Great quality and prompt service. Thank you!
Have not been there in many years so did not know what to expect. Still as good as I remembered especially the guacamole
The menu is not exhaustive but is very complete - something for everyone at reasonable prices. The Carnitas were terrific and my wife's seafood entrée was outstanding. Don't miss the guacamole!
Guacamole is Great! Be sure to get it. Guac and an appetizer makes a great lunch.
As always it was a fantastic meal. We like to go to Rosa after the opera at the MET.
This is our favorite restaurant in the Lincoln center area.
Upstairs a bit less crowded. Shrimp and fish tacos very excellent along with good sides. Another couple leaving gave us their untouched (bagged) dessert as they couldn't eat it - very nice for us.... A good place before/after a Lincoln Ctr performance.
The food was great the service was good really like it
Our waitress was awesome. She had a GREAT attitude and was very sweet and friendly. I believe her name as Ziomara, she is from Puerto Rico. The food was amazing and drinks were super good. Everything was GREAT but having a very nice and sweet waitress makes the entire experience even more special. Thank you!
Nice atmosphere and inventive menu were overshadowed by very poor service and cold plates. Tableside guacamole is the best I have had anywhere but they did not bring any chips. Brunch cornbread was delivered in an iron skillet with a "its hot warning" but it was not even warm enough to melt the butter. Brunch dishes, inventive in description, were average in reality. Drinks were brought halfway into the meal...etc. It just seemed like a very off day.
Yummy! Friendly and prompt service. My top choice for Lincoln Center area.
We had a wonderful time. Food and drinks were too notch
enchiladas were terrible and walking up those flight of stairs was ridiculous. Very overpriced for average mexican food.
Rosa Mexicano always has consistently delicious food.
Always excellent brunch or lunch before the Opera across the street!
Rosa Mexicana has amazing food and wonderful customer service. It's always one of my favorite places to dine whenever I'm in New York or Washington D.C. However, I will have to sat this one by far provided the absolute best customer service. Our server was fantastic with our large group of picky eaters.
Great place to go with a group pre Lincoln Center. Reasonably priced .
Delicious chicken tacos at lunch!
Great evening. Pretty cool atmosphere. Wait staff was very attentive. Food was great.
Enjoyed my dinner. Portions are huge.
Shared a plate.
Had a nice tyime.
Love this place and especially this location! Great as usual!
Was blown away by this place. Great food and great atmosphere. As a tequila lover, was very impressed with their selection and recommendations.
The restaurant was a pot luck choice and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service. We had the carnetas and shrimp for our main course and guacamole for an appetizer. I have loved Mexican food for many years, and found this restaurant to be among the best. A definite must if you are in the Lincoln Center area.
Good Food severed fast from a friendly staff. Overpriced for Mexican Food but still very good mostly tables for two so great for one on one dates or business meetings.
One of our favorites before the opera, right across the street from Lincoln Center, and always very accommodating to our curtain time. Of course, the guacamole made at our table is a must and the tres enchiladas is a favorite of my husbsnd's. The skewered filet mignon and chorizo on a bed of rice ws my choice this time and it was a perfect medium rare. With time to spare we shared an order of churros, fresh, hot and lightly sugared - a perfect ending. A bit noisy for conversation but we were mostly busy enjoying our food and Margaritas!
Branji was our server and she was attentive and a delight.
Food was delicious and had a great presentation.
A lovely evening.
Excellent customer service! Great food! Love the cocktails...
This restaurant never disappoints. Always high quality. We love it.
The food was ok, I feel like they accommodated the taste of authentic Mexican food to the American paladar. Therefore I found the food kinda bland. Also very over price. If you into over paying for bland tacos this place is for you. Otherwise save your money and go to a local Mexican restaurant. I wish they will improve their cooking cause the scenario is nice and all but if the food sucks I can’t go back
Good food and good service however premium drinks were way to small. Can’t charge high prices for such small drinks
Entrees were soso
While a good selection our food was mediocre
Guacamole and drinks were good
Exceeded expectations. Guacamole made at table really is to die for. Portions are large. Desserts are great.
Good service and food was good, but restaurant dark and a bit noisy.
Overall food was good however the enchiladas were a bit underwhelming. Sauces were fair and quality of meats/ingredients seemed bland. Shrimp quesadilla was good. Tabloids guacamole excellent as were the desserts.
It was my first time there & honestly it didn’t disappoint my expectations. Service was great, food was delicious and the ambiance was pleasant. Will return soon!!
Food is consistently good. Service is casual, yet professional and friendly.
Good choice if you have a group or meeting with friends.
The restaurant is beautiful, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the shrimp in garlic and it was so terrible that I ate only 2 of them. They were simply boiled and placed on the dish. They were tasteless and certainly did not have the taste of shrimp sautéed in garlic. Also they arrived cold!
As for the drinks, I ordered a traditional margarita but ended up sending it back because it had no taste. it tasted diluted. The waiter explained that it was because I ordered the traditional but he took it back.
All in all, I would say that I am not likely to go back to this restaurant.
Convenient to Lincoln Center...Food and service excellent. First time here but will be back.
Food was, as always, quite good. Service this time was very, very spotty. Servers appeared and disappeared pretty much at random.
