This place is wonderful! Everything from the food to the service to the drinks was superb! I love that it's convenient to my home, and I look forward to going back soon.
My wife and I have been twice since moving into the area. It’s a great little spot for some great wine and nice tapas.
Four of us had 5 tapas and a cheese board and would order them all again. It was the best cheese board I have had, which included a triple cream. Great wine selection for pairing. We finished with some great hand crafted bourbon after-dinner drinks. Our amazing waitress, Abbey and her co-workers made sure there was not a minute of want. All while a very good country singer played in the background (think Chris Stapleton style). I am looking forward to Rioja wine tasting/pairing Jan 13. Always a great experience.
Great place to socialize over a few drinks. Food is "ordurvey" rather than traditional full entrees. Atmosphere is great and their service is very friendly and attentive. We had a great time.
The food was Amazing and came out quickly after we ordered. The service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely dine here again!
Atmosphere is wonderful, and the food, while a limited menu, was all quite delicious. Wonderful wine list with varieties you don’t often see. Our waiter needed more training and knowledge, but otherwise, the experience was quite lovely.
Our reservation was cancelled by the restaurant. Apparently the woman who checked us in didn't know what she was doing. Thus, we DID NOT collect our points. I emailed OpenTable about the situation but have not heard back. We're a little miffed about the situation.

Great place! Love going there. Not cheap by any means but unfortunately neither is anything else these days. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu, and the wait staff knows their wines for sure.
We had been there for dinner and went back for brunch. The sandwiches we had were fantastic and the side were equally as good. The only issue we had was the deviled eggs. They were nothing to write home about and compared to the other tasty offerings, I would skip them. Overall, it was great. We will definitely be back!
We wen to Rootstock on a first date and was very pleased with the service. The staff were all very knowledgeable on the wine selection and food. We had a cheese platter and bacon wrapped shrimp, both were excellent. It was also a nice touch that an assortment of pickled vegetables and olives were served as an appetizer.
The food taste is OK. The overall value is not where it should be. In short everything is expensive for what you’re getting it needs about a 30% reduction in price to be comparable to other things in the area considering the food and the value. Nice place nice people but not the place to come to eat.

I always enjoy Rootstock and love the variety it offers...but they didn’t comply with any COVID parameters even though they had a sign posted they comply and I even checked before arriving. No staff had masks on and they were very cozy with each other and with those sitting at the bar. The tables were still situated as of there was no COVID and they seated a couple right next to us even when there was other options. While I may consider returning it will be well after I get the COVID vaccine.

Live music was too loud. Chef's board was not great and was not balanced in flavors or options. Sweet bread on the board was a bad choice.
Overall good wine list and bar menu, service was good, food was good not great but good selection. It rained so they moved the live music inside and unforgettable that made it a bit loud and hard to converse with friends.

This is a great local shop that I always enjoy going to, the staff is great and service is amazing. What I have noticed is that their drink prices have increased and the actual glass pour has decreased considerably. Was there on Saturday night and each drink i received was less then half filled of the plastic cup they provided... Not sure I will be going back if this will continue.
Hi Dale, thanks your feedback. We do appreciate you being a loyal guest. I'm happy to openly discuss pour sizes By the glass wine options are all 5oz. We have a little cheat mark on our glasses that allows us to accurately pour . The polycarbonate glasses that are provided to our outdoor dining guests also have a thumbprint indention and is easily identifiable as the 5oz mark. I would genuinely like to know if you feel the pours were less than this and allow me to get your next glass on us.

My meal was delayed in coming out, once it did come out, the chef delivered it herself with an apology (not an excuse, which I certainly appreciate) and offered dessert on the house. That was greatly appreciated and the dish was amazing. Definitely a great date night spot.

What a wonderful place! Great food, great drink, and great staff. I have gone two weeks in a row. They also have a rooftop area! You will love it here. Try it this weekend!
Service was very good, but many advertised meals were not available. The food we ordered was very good though..
This was our second visit here and it was wonderful! The server was very friendly. Did not feel rushed, enjoyed our time out without our children. love to ask the servers what their favorite dishes are. Joseph did not disappoint! Wine tasting flights were great. Small plates were filling. Dessert was yummy! Will definitely keep going back.
Had a rooftop lunch with great drinks! The bartender Joe was awesome. He gave us some great recommendations and he was very knowledgeable about the wine/whiskey. The mussels were delicious. We will definitely go back!

In a bustling world, this is an amazing place to unwind. It has a quiet and very relaxing environment with an excellent variety of cocktails.
This is a great place to go for a drink and overlook the city. But if you are hungry eat before you get there. They only have tapas and they are limited. I wish they would expand the menu. But for drinks and ambiance it is great!

Our Executive Chef currently offers 5 entrée sized dishes, the 8oz Bistro steak, with fingerling potatoes and asparagus is a top seller, my personal favorite is the local caught trout on butternut squash, come on in and check it out soon.
We love the rooftop atmosphere and all of the yummy tapas. Great wine menu as well.
