    Overall the food was very good. Our server was very attentive and personable. The cornbread was the best part of the meal. The drinks also were very good, but the dessert was just so so. Overall a very nice date night experience.

    great experience with great food, service, and scenery. we got a fried chicken for an appetizer as well as the cornbread, salad, and gumbo. All of them were awesome!

    Everything was just perfect! Service was outstanding, helpful and professional! The food was to live for! Fried chicken OMG! Took an order of gumbo home for days yum!! Greens, I had an Irish mum whose favorite color was green, but she never introduced me to the these most delicious treats! Thank you Tiffany! Oysters! Those little fried cheese balls? Yes yes!! An overall great experience! Can’t wait for the next journey from the White Rock Area! Worth the round trip, traffic and all! Love you guys!

    Exceptional service and very accommodating when it comes to vegan and vegetarian options. The food delivered looked and tasted delicious. Everyone was impressed and satisfied.

    I liked the restaurants ambience and the service was excellent unfortunately my New York prime steak was overcharged and had a burnt crispy layer covering the entire steak. The service was awesome, but then we got to the dessert that we ordered to go and we got home. We noticed that the portions were so small food was a bit pricey for the quality. Coop!

    Roots was absolutely amazing, the food and service was phenomenal. Kennan was our waiter and was a joy to talk to and was very knowledgeable on the menu and restaurant itself. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu it was incredible.
