   The food was excellent, well presented . The vegetables were in separate dishes which I really liked. The food was a good sized portion. The wine choices were very pleasant. The venue was light and airy. I have recommended it on WhatsApp.

   We come to Roots and Seeds quite a lot. It’s great atmosphere, food and drink are excellent. It is also very child friendly which is important to us as we have an energetic grand daughter

   Roots & Seeds is a really interesting idea, well executed. It is a friendly, relaxed and child friendly restaurant that serves excellent, high quality food with friendly efficiency. We visited for Mother’s Day lunch. They were very busy but extremely accommodating when traffic made us late. The food is really excellent. All the adults and older children had roast lunch. The meat was delicious and well presented. The vegetables were almost the star of the show though - often overlooked and underwhelming with roasts they were the opposite. Sweet perfectly cooked carrots, leeks in a creamy sauce, crispy roast potatoes, red cabbage and cauliflower cheese. The youngest of us had a nicely cooked burger, chips and salad. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a noisy environment. Its child friendly nature means that there were a lot of families with young children. If you are looking for a peaceful adult lunch, weekends and holidays may not be the time to visit but we didn’t mind this. When our children were younger we would have loved being able to eat super food without worrying that we were annoying other diners. The service was quick and excellent. We then enjoyed walking off the feast in Cirencester Park. With a location like this they could have put in a standard “National Trust” style cafe but they have done something much more interesting and it’s really worth a visit.

   A bustling cafe in parkland on the edge of town, which was perfect for lunch and better still, a cafe that you can book, which isn’t always easy to find. They had a varied menu and catered easily for various dietary needs, so no one was left without a choice, and some very different and delicious options on the menu at a very reasonable price.

   This is a confused place, can’t decide if it’s a restaurant or a cafe. Food is good, tho quite limited. Burger was very unimaginative tho still tasty. Service friendly but haphazard and chaotic. Really want to like this place, just not sure.

    We really enjoyed food, it was very good and yummy. The atmosphere was very busy for us, but we understand the idea of the restaurant.It's a family place and it's great.Maybe if the weather is warmer we could sit outside and enjoy calmer environment.Thanks.
