This was our first place we ate on our first night back traveling!! It was so enjoyable. We were outside, staff was so lively. The food was delicious. Live music

Best meal I’ve had in a year
This is a great neighborhood spot with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The service is always friendly and excellent. The food is delicious - never had a bad dish. And they offer great specials each day...fantastic and creative cocktails too!
Expensive for southern "comfort" food, but very well executed. We had the fried chicken and the ribs, which are both delicious. creative sides and cocktails made for a very nice evening.
All servers were incredibly nice and the food was amazing. Monday is a great day to go for half off fried chicken.
I think the price is greater than the food supports. Nice atmosphere and the service is good, but I wasn’t overly impressed because of what I paid and what I got for it.
With reservations had to wait 20 minutes to be seated

The food was very good. However, some of the menu descriptions are misleading. For example, there was an item described as "meatloaf," which was not meatloaf, but rather patties made of pressed, shredded beef, tasty, but definitely not meatloaf. The service was fair, bordering on poor. Our meals came out in intervals, the last two of which arrived, ice cold, after everyone else had finished eating. They did not have any desserts, which was disappointing. Even making allowances for the impact of Covid, we were underwhelmed.
Food was amazing, excellent service. We went for Brunch but will definitely return for another Brunch or for a fun Chicken and Bourbon Night.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday and it did not disappoint. Great food and service was excellent. Outdoor seating was as nice as the indoor. Definitely coming back to try more menu items!
I am very picky with eating out and I rarely leave reviews. We were in Miami for 5 days and ate at Root & Bone for 2. Get the chicken, your welcome.

Waiter was great.
I gave service 3 stars not because of the waiter but because I think they overbooked for Easter Sunday and we waited a very long time for our food.
It was almost 45 minutes between the appetizers and the main course.
Overall we enjoyed our brunch but we were disappointed at the long wait.
First time visit the drinks and food were really good and very tasty.
Went for Easter Brunch. We were seated outside on a beautiful South Florida day. Had some Bellinis and eggs Benedict. Great experience.

The restaurant ambiance was very nice and fit with their type of cuisine. I really enjoyed the tea chicken and their ribs. The chicken and ribs was flavorful, very moist. Ribs was so tender the meat fall off the bones. I would highly recommend Root & Bone!!!

Fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese tip was awesome!
We had the deviled eggs, chicken biscuits, kale Caesar, half fried chicken, the “meat loaf” and brownie dessert. Everything was amazing!
Love this place. Only complaint is that we had to go inside to ask for a waitress. Took over 15 min to get service (water).
It was a great venue for brunch, my major complaint was that the music was too loud
First brunch at Root & Bone. We keep coming back to the restaurant because of the live music. Fried chicken was exceptional! Loved the biscuits and fried green tomatoes as well. Pimento cheese is NOT pimento...likewise, waiter brought wine glasses for our prosecco because there weren't any clean glasses. Those are things that can be adjusted in the kitchen and with the wait staff. Regardless, we will be back!
The food was a little bland, I'd recommend their other restaurant next door (Mi'talia) over this one. Just depends on what you're in the mood for.

The food was absolutely amazing! Our server, Stacy, was fantastic! Loved the decor of the restaurant!
