   Absolutely love this restaurant and the food is absolutely amazing. Just a little disappointed this time with the atmosphere. The restaurant felt cold and the manager was sitting right beside us thru the plexiglas eating a burger and texting just took away from the overall experience. Waitress was super sweet, but something just felt a little off this time around. Food was awesome as always.

   Hi Amy, Thank you so much for your feedback. We appreciate all of the feedback that we receive from our wonderful guests as we are always looking for opportunities to grow and improve. We are really happy to hear that you enjoyed the service that our waitress on shift that day provided you. We will make sure to feed that back to her. We do apologize if our staff member having their meal for their break made you feel uncomfortable. All of our staff members are entitled to breaks during their shifts and throughout the pandemic we have provided our team with complimentary staff meals. Due to the limited space of our venue, we do not have a staff room for our team members to comfortably enjoy their breaks and meals in so we do permit our staff to sit in the customer area as we enter the remaining end of service. Moving forward we will assure that staff members sit at opposite ends of the venue from guests that are still seated in the restaurant. Thank you and we hope to see you again in the future.

   It was very good but as soon as we arrived and seated, our waitress immediately told us we only had 1 1/2 hour to have our meal!!? So this put us at a rush rush feeling. Our reservation was at 5:30pm so it was early enough to order, and leave. I didn’t think that was a good start. I had a very good friend recommended this place to me. I don’t think I will RUSH back there to have dinner because there are plenty of other places that would not do this at the time of entry. I also found it to be a bit smoky at times and even with the partitions in place it felt still very close next to the next customer. I did not see the waitresses telling other patrons that they had a time limit. So because of that I felt targeted like I didn’t belong and maybe she though I could not afford that type of restaurant??!! Well I could afford it and then some. But with that said. She did not get the 25% tip that I would normally leave, instead I left far less. I don’t think I will return

   Thank you for your feedback. COVID protocol certainly has presented many challenges for the hospitality industry. Public Health had visited our establishment that day and had reinforced guests maximum visit limitations and our server was not able to reach you that day to let you know in advance of your visit with us. Our seating arrangements are in compliance with COVID policy. We wish you all the best for 2021 and hope that you stay safe.

   Best birthday dinner!! The food was amazing my daughter had the lamb, my husband the branzino and I had, my favorite, the venison. Amazing chef, amazing presentation and out of this world taste. Loved the créme brulée!!

   Very good dining experience; busier than I thought it would be on a Wednesday evening. Service was exceptional and the food was delicious. Nice to see scallops on the entrees menu.

    As usual, a superb dinner at Root and Bone (short rib pasta special was incredible!). The restaurant has invested in beautiful glass partitions to separate tables and patrons are physically distanced from one another without negatively impacting the atmosphere. They've done an outstanding job during these times.
