Roosters Brewing Company is located in Ogden, Utah and offers a brewpub menu on every day of the week. This restaurant is known for serving a diverse population, which can range from mountain bikers to formally dressed couples. Roosters Brewing Company is also a micro-brewery with the city's most unique menu.
Pizza lovers may enjoy the Hawaiian pizza at Roosters Brewing Company, or the chicken carbonara with grilled chicken, white cheese sauce, mozzarella and chopped bacon. Other great options include the grilled rib eye steak, herb crusted rack of lamb and pepper jack mac and cheese. Enjoy one of the many beers on the menu to add a touch of flavor to an already delicious meal.
Don't remember our waitress' name,(wish I did), but she was the best! Attentive, pleasant, and there if we needed anything! Food was great!
We have stayed in Ogden many times on our way to California but have never made it to Ogden's Historic 25th Street. Turns out it was only a 5 min drive from our hotel. I researched the very few Open Table restaurants available for Ogden and chose Roosters as it had the right type of menu after a very long drive. Turns out the food was delicious and the atmosphere very "hip" and relaxed. The appetizer of Jack Cheese shrimps was outstanding as was my husbands fish and chips. My pear salad with grilled chicken was very good as well. It was nice to go for a walk after dinner and stroll down the historic street and stretch the legs after a 9 hr drive.
I am sure anyone would enjoy their meal at Roosters
Enjoyed the food overall. The service was ok I think I had a new server. Love six dollar pizza Wednesdays. The wings used to be the best now they are small and overcooked.
Noticed that with a reservation they take you upstairs and without you say downstairs. The food was good, but the fish and chips was almost a processed fished instead of halibut or solid. Overall good
Great place to eat and then add on top of that the beer they brew makes Roosters perfect for dinner, lunch or that Sunday brunch.
I love Roosters, and their service is awesome. This was not a great experience, but still deserves a "very good" rating. We went out on graduation night and it was SUPER BUSY. It was extremely loud and the service wasn't great. But when we approached our waitress (note not the other way around) for questions or help, she was very accommodating. Food was great as usual and they honored our reservation despite the fact we were 30 minutes late. They had to seat us in the loud outdoors section since we were so late, but they sat us despite how late we were and didn't make us wait. :)
It was wonderful to see Jambalaya back on the standard menu. Not sure how long it has been back, but I sure missed it.It is wonderful and the scallops were exceptional.
Disappointing; haven't been in a while, and probably won't be back for another long while. Most of the food was bland and overpriced; all four of us were left unimpressed.
I booked a reservation through OpenTable, and received an email confirmation. I later called the restaurant directly to confirm. They had no record of our reservation and said they were booked up for the evening and could not fit us in. If a restaurant signs up to use OpenTable, they should honor the reservations made.
Roosters is one of our favorite places to eat. We eat there at least once or twice a week. Food and service is consistently good. Love it.
Went there because we had a gift card. We eat low carb, and the waitress was happy to customize our orders for us. Will go there again.
Food was good, excellent beer since they brew their own, service was very good. We have eaten there before and have always been happy. WOULD DEFINATELY recommend.
We had to wait for our table, and then was seated way in the back. which was a bit louder then other visits. It also took a bit longer for drinks, yet not real busy for New Years Eve.
Food and service were wonderful as always.
The food was fanatstic, and the service was great. I found many reviews online from previous years that were not flattering, however it was not indicative of our experience. We stayed passed closing and the staff was very accomidating.
My husband and I came for date night, and we had a great time! The location was perfect, the atmosphere was great, and I got to try something new! I got to sit there with a good glass of wine, gaze out the window on the snow covered 25th street, and have a good conversation with my love!
We went around 8:00 pm and it was a perfect time to go and they had pur table ready for us when we got there. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We will be going back there again soon and buying giftcards for family/friends for the holidays. Delicious food
Outdoor dining that isn't right on the street or sidewalk. You can hear the live music from the street, good food, good service.
Nice looking spot on "Two-Bit" street with mediocre pub food and service. Stick with the beer. There's potential here for a decent restaurant experience but right now, not so much.
Everything was just okay...nothing really stood out. The service was fair. The ambiance and decor felt kind of dreary to me.
I ordered a flatiron steak cooked medium that came with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
The plating of the food was basic as well as the flavors. The steak was butterflied, which seemed strange cause it was not that thick, and covered in a peppercorn cream sauce. The steak was closer to medium-rare than medium. The vegetable medley (onions, green and yellow peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, and zucchini) was bland and seemed more like a steak topping if you dropped the zucchini and broccoli. The mashed were basic and the edges were crusty when it arrived at the table.
I most likely will not return.
