The Down-Under Dining Experience!

Roo’s Leap Restaurant already has a great reputation… fresh ingredients cooked to order, and a friendly efficient service with a laid back Aussie attitude.Whether you’re looking for a great night out or you just can’t be bothered cooking, we’re sure we’ll have just what you’re looking for.

So what’s on the Menu? Well although we have an Aussie theme you’ll be pleased to know that Australians don’t typically eat Ostrich or Kangaroo… so neither do you! We have a fantastic international menu including our wonderful prime steak burgers, various warm sandwiches, steaks, salads, pasta dishes and, of course, our special “barbied” meat, chicken and fish dishes. We also have a number of vegetarian options. Our menu has over 50 dishes to choose from!

Please note we are dog friendly in our lounge during lunch hours only.

Had a lovely lunch yesterday. Service was absolutely wonderful. I had asked for a couple items to be taken off my wrap and our server was amazing she noticed they were still there before the plate was even on the table and had it remade. Was remade so quickly. Loved out experience!

We had a lovely meal on a busy Saturday evening. Food was delightful, albeit big portions. Attentive staff and met all our requirements. We always enjoy coming to Roo’s for a meal.

We came to Roo’s to celebrate birthdays. We had an amazing meal, all the staff were friendly and the food was superb! We will definitely be back again.

The third visit here and it’s stayed at the same high standard. It’s very relaxed but people go semi formal or casual and it’s good for any group or individual or couple to dine. Very good food choice, you won’t see tables cleaned better anywhere and the staff are very friendly

A vibrant lively restaurant, highly efficient service, great food (the best burgers anywhere) and great value. A superb family venue for great food. It has never lowered its standards since the day it opened and I’ve been every year since!

A great family meal for a birthday celebration, great service by a very polite & helpful young lad - we were all full after starters and mains, but the option of having just a scoop of ice cream or sorbet for £2.50 was the perfect refresher!

Excellent food and service but we wouldn't eat here regularly as it was quite expensive. Definitely one for a special occasion
