I was in Chicago for a few days so I had to be picky about where I ate and I am so glad I came to Roop. Everything single thing I had was delicious - thank you to my waiter Zach for his recommendations. I got the hot n’ gold as a drink, the chicken malai skewer, paneer pasanda with basmati, and gulab jamun cheesecake with masala chai. I will be thinking about the paneer pasanda for a while :D

We booked this Michelin star restaurant with lot of anticipation but it was a disappointment compared to other Michelin star restaurants we have been to. Need to focus more on food taste please.

ROOP has made a mockery of Indian food. The baingan bharta was SWEET and the paneer kofta curry was bland. While the sabudana cutlet was good, it is safe to say that I will not be dining here again.

Ambiance is nice. Club lounge music sets the modern vibe. Food is very good. Jackfruit, chicken skewers, lamb shank and speciality cocktails were awesome. Pretty quiet on a Wednesday evening. Severs are very knowledgeable.
