Frank freaking sinatra. Loved the place very cute and cozy. If you don't mind people walking in and out from below for the escape rooms. Most of the ppl below were respectful, at least on our night. Drinks were great and the flat steak cooked just right. Willing to come back for the other experience's.

Upon arrival, there wasn't clear direction on how to get there due to Oscar prepping - person on the phone was not helpful at all, so it made no sense to put a number for questions. The woman that helped us was hard to understand and hear and so we stood there for a bit figuring out what she was doing. Food, ambiance and show was good.

Alex the magician was so much fun and very attentive :) The music was great, very soothing and you can definitely hear her talent and out waitress Bonnie was so welcoming and on top of our order, she was a sweetheart. The entire experience was amazing, my husband and I will definitely be back :D

The ambiance was amazing! Lively and fun! We loved the cocktails: lemon drop, coffee martini and mojito. The charcuterie boar, empanadas and cheese balls (I forgot the name) were very delish! The main dishes and dessert were not really Latin inspired and they were not good. The performances were OUTSTANDING! We loved their song selection and the conga line! Definitely a fun night out!

My partner and I booked this reservation as a raincheck Valentine’s dinner since we were working actual Valentine’s evening. I’ll start with the positive, that we did like the food. My partner ordered the Schnitzel and I the Lamb. Nice presentation and decent meal. However, the Negroni that I ordered tasted of cough syrup which made me think if they forgot the vermouth and the dessert menu was completely lacking with only offerings of a single scoop of ice cream. We chose to visit Room 13 on Sunday evening because there was supposed to be a magic show beginning at 8:00pm. We decided to book at 7:30pm with enough time to get settled before the show started. When we arrived, there was a lounge singer performing to poorly mixed backup tracks playing far too loudly for what is supposed to be an intimate atmosphere. The singer, herself, was of poor quality. Singing flat the majority of the time, she had no understanding of how to address the space she was performing in (laid back lounge style, not Broadway belter). But we held on because we knew magic was going to be coming, or so we thought. After waiting until 9:00pm with no sign of the magician and an extended set from the aforementioned singer, we decided it wasn’t worth waiting any longer. With no regard for the actual time period you are trying to emulate (eg inconsistent decor, songs, costuming), this restaurant becomes a gimmick rather than themed. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

All we’re great… Food… lots of flavor, we had the (four people) steak, Cajun pasta, seafood risotto, mushroom risotto, which is what I had. Apps… I had the cheese balls, forgot the name. They were good, but they could add a few more they’re small. Drinks… thumbs up They didn’t have dessert. Magic show… was great not sure how he does it, but it was cool and so was Alex. The magician. Overall cool spot.

The singing was nice. Feel like there need to be more of a show to get us going. The food was not great… only thing decent was the Caesar salad and the charcuterie board that was actually on the house. I do have to say my Paloma was great! For spending $350 per couple we expected way more. Would have preferred just doing the escape room at that point.

My family had an excellent time here for my cousin’s birthday! The entertainment was lots of fun, especially the conga line! The singers and dancers knew precisely what songs the crowd would react to for Havana Nights. My relatives and I enjoyed each dish. I kept hearing them say how much they loved the food and the ambience. The service was friendly, attentive, and prompt as possible despite the busy night. We are all looking forward to coming back! My relatives are already asking when we can book for the May Magic dinner show!?!

Amazing experience overall. This place is just fantastic, we came for the Sinatra night, and it was just like if we were back in the 50s. The service is very good, they care about customer experience very much, cocktails are honestly one of the best I ever tried and food was so good too. Recommending house favorites, lemon drop, espresso martini is a must, Mia margarita deliciousness….also charcuterie board, mushroom risotto and the blackened salmon was fantastic. We are definitely coming back, they have themed nights from Thursday to Sunday. Thanks Room13 for creating such a nostalgic and classic vibe!

The place was incredible. Unfortunately the service was not at the scale of this place. The person serving our table needs training, he looks polite, nice and pleasant. However, he left us waiting around 30 minutes before we can get to our table. Every time we requested something he forgot about it, or couldn’t handle the load of work he had.

We came for the magic show and there was no magic show we asked our waiter about it and he said the magician comes around to the tables and he will tell him to come over to ours since he wasn’t been yet but never showed up we had our table for 1 hour 45min. Food was great! Staff was nice :)
