Service was spotty and not responsive. They appeared understaffed.
What awful experience. We made a reservation for mother's day brunch on open table. We attempted to modify the reservation by pushing back 1 hour but told no availability so we kept our original time.
After we arrived and were sat, we ordered and that was the last time we saw our server. That's right, never checked on us once in the 75 minutes we were there. I even had to track her down to pay the check.
At one point, the hostess did ask if we wanted more coffee . . . But she never came back to refill so just 1 cup after being teased with a refill. When the food did arrive, not everyone was served at the same time. One or 2 plates at a time. Then, the food was not great - could taste the vinegar in the eggs benedict.
Finally, as we were getting ready to leave after paying the check at the bar, the hostess offered our children some coloring. Really? At the end of our meal? How about during the ridiculously long wait. Oh yeah, did I mention that they were unwilling to change our reservation? The place was less than 20% full the entire time we were there. Horrible service, horriblely managed and not good food. We won't be going back.
Made a reservation for 12 for lunch on a Saturday. On the website it had a lunch menu which looked really good. When we got there they only had a minimal brunch menu. Service was good, food was very good.
Was downtown and stopped by Room @ Twelve for their sushi happy hour. Received outstanding service at the bar including great wine recommendations + delicious sushi. The decor is beautiful and I enjoyed the casual bar environment.
Place was really nice. It was very clean as it is part of a higher end hotel and residence. Food was nice. Hood portion sizes and was cooked proper. The service was the only thing that was a detractor. She was not attentive and I had to flag her down several times after a long pause in service. Management never came by to follow up with experience even though we were only 1 of 3 tables sat. I would have expected alittle more service on a 180.00 bill.
The food was fantastic and the server was great. If I'm in the Atlanta area again, I would definitely be eating here.
The service although they were very nice, was very, very slow for the amount of people in the room. It took us about 30mins to get our drinks or longer, we ended up going to the bar for our second round of drinks. The food took approx. 2hrs to get, although it was very tasty it was warm when I got it and not hot. I will the restaurant a redo based on the food.
Got the trout and my colleague got empanadas and salad. Portions were generous and tasty.
Date night. Inexperienced server, over cooked food we were always as asking for something or is not a ‘special’ place and over priced.
We had a great experience at the Room at Twelve, Will our server did an Aweome job! He had some great recommendations for dinner and deserts and was very attentive and personable that made our dinner outstanding. We ordered some sushi for an appetizer and the filet and salmon and bread pudding for desert. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Atlanta.
Great mix of food. Everyone in our party of 6 found something they liked. Sushi to steaks, salad to apps, they had it covered. Also very reasonable noise level.
We are arrived at 12:45 PM. It was surprisingly close to empty, but it still took our food almost 30 minutes including the appetizer. The hostess had to bring us our check because our server was also handling to-go orders and couldn’t be found once we were ready to go. I had the shrimp and grits which helped me forget about everything else once it finally came.
The restaurant was small but beautifully decorated and the food was delicious.

Jonathan was absolutely amazing! He was the host, the waiter, everything! He made our experience past amazing! I had Mexican sushi which was not that great but next time I'll try something different. My boyfriend enjoyed his shrimp fettuccine though. Even though it was a small portion, it was fun of flavor.
Horrible experience. Never ever will Room get another dime of mines. Definitely not referring friends or enemies.
My reservations were at 815 I arrived at 8 and was told I was too early but would be seated soon. Me and my bf weren’t seated until 9, and only because my boyfriend became frustrated by the lack of communication by the hostess. When we were finally seated our waitress noticed our table candle wasn’t lit however failed to light it. The other guests who ordered after us were given their food before us, although one table ordered the same food as my bf. The runners initially kept delivering us the wrong food ( this happened twice). And when we received our check we were rung in incorrectly. This was not my first time eating here, it was my first poor experience. It was my bfs first time there, I’ve been talking so highly about the place so he wanted to see for himself but he now doesn’t want to return.
Horrible experience. Made reservations for 8:00pm. We had to stand in line for 50 minuets before being seated. It took 10 minutes for the server to come. We gave her our entire order and specified we wanted the salads before our food. We ordered two salads and two drinks to come out before our meal. One salad comes out and had to wait 5 minutes for the other. Our drinks took 20 minutes and salads 25 minutes. 2 minutes later our food comes out. Our server laughed and saying it’s not her fault. Spoke to a manager and all he could do is take our salads that we barely touched off the bills and our watered down drinks that were sitting at the bar. Still end up paying $80 for a ruined Valentines Day. Will never return.

We ate at the bar, once we were seated we waiting about 20 minutes to be offered a drink. Then the server which appeared to be a manager took our order, another server came 15 minutes later and asked again! So the first time we ordered nothing had been put through. The service was extremely poor, I understand it was valentines weekend so they were extremely busy but for such a nice restaurant the service was awful! Would definitely not return.
Ordered crab cakes and asparagus as a side. Asparagus covered in butter and crab cakes brown but not warm. Would not go back.
Looked at menu before going and the thing my wife wanted was no longer on the menu when we went there otherwise was good
I have not seen a restaurant more poorly run than this place. I’m not sure they even serve food.
Poor service, average food.
We were a little early so we went to have a cocktail at the bar while we waited for a friend. They were out of Captain Morgan’s. How is that possible?
We were seated in the dining room which was nice. We looked at the wine list and decided on a bottle of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. The server came back and told us they were out of it. Really? So now they’re 0 for 2.
We ordered our meals and while waiting we noticed a lot of confusion in the kitchen area with the servers. One of the guests from a larger party seemed upset about how long things were taking and went up to talk with the manager.
I ordered the sushi which was actually good. The shrimp fettuccine on the other hand was more than al dente and the amount of shrimp in the dish could be counted on one hand. Very disappointing. Our friend had the lamb chop and enjoyed it.
Overall, we enjoyed our time together, but I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. Too many other places to go.

Horrible experience on January 28, 2019.
My wife and I have enjoyed the Concentrics experience at this restaurant a few times before this one. Two birthday celebrations and one anniversary celebration. But this birthday celebration dinner was the worst I've experienced. My pork chop was delicious, but it was first brought to the table incomplete. When I pointed out the error, it was taken back then returned complete. Unprofessional. My wife's Filet Minion, however, was the worst cut of red meat we've ever seen. She took one bite and sent it back. It was dry and very tough. So, she tried the Lamb Chop dinner. Again, the worst piece of lamb we've ever seen. Undercooked and full of fat and grizzle. She gave it the effort to find a few edible bites, but ended up with almost all of it on her plate. Completely spoiled a birthday dinner.
BUT, we went to Blue Ridge Grill for a lovely dessert and after-dinner drink to salvage the evening.
Stay away from Room at Twelve. Don't waste your time.
Sushi roll sushi was very warm, even for a flash fried roll
Great location and an awesome facility. Service started out good but then everything seemed to run in slow motion. Taste on all the food was good, but both steaks were well above temperature. The medium rare steak was medium to medium well and the medium steak was medium well to burnt. Both steaks were overcooked on one side. No one ever bothered to ask how our food was or offer coffee or desert.
We were in town for a convention. The service was very poor. Ordered wine that never came to the table,
were never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. Water glasses were never refilled. We were entertaining customers. Not happy
We were a group of 8 in the private dining niche near the fort entrance which was nicely designed and private. The waiter was polite but not overly attentive. I ordered the 7 oz Filet Mignon. The filet had a good flavor but several people at our table mentioned that perhaps the side dishes were prepared earlier or were simply done well before the entrees as they were cold, overcooked, and dry. One of the couples in our group staying at the Twelve went back to the lobby bar around midnight to have some wine and desert and mentioned the next day that the bartender and the manager appeared to be entertaining all of their friends around the bar and the service was non-existent and very unprofessional at the bar. After ordering drinks sitting directly at the bar they had to ask multiple times to be served. The hotel stay was nice but both the bar and restaurant seem to be suffering from an overly casual 'we don't really care" attitude.
Last minute choice/ very pleased
This was aweful. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Food was not cooked properly and it was overpriced. Would never recommend.
This was a cute restaurant but the cook butchered my lamb chops. He must’ve spilled peppercorn or fresh cracked pepper on it while cooking and instead of making me a fresh dish, he tried to serve it to me. It was so spicy, I couldn’t eat more than 4 bites before I sent it back. Ended up with a salad and salmon. Both of which were taken off of my check so that was nice. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen again, especially for couples out on date night for NYE.
The food is fantastic, flavorful, especially the fried calamari, we ordered two of them!
The hostess was amazing and worked hard for us. The male waitstaff younger and older man were great! The other waitstaff did not appear to be very knowledgeable about the food and had spotty overall service. The sides are over-priced and the entries are about $2 over priced to be a regular stop. Prices for their salmon and steak seem fair.
Awesome food and even better service
It was fantastic. But the service was slow due to low staff on Christmas Day.
I recently went to the restaurant and found the experience from the beginning to be dreadful. The hostess was unorganized, the server was clear in her opinions about what was good and not good. I ordered a steak and asked for medium well, it was medium at best. For the cost and the service, I was not impressed.
This was supposed to be brunch for Christmas. The website was not specific that the regular lunch menu and a special buffet would be served today. The brunch had limited items and was priced at an unadvertised $55.00. The food however was good. We ended up ordering shrimp and grits and the salmon dish. I ordered calamari for an appetizer that never arrived( luckily it was not on the bill either) . Lack of detail ! I do have some sympathy for anyone who works on Christmas , so we will let that oversight pass.
The decorations were lovely. All things considered a good experience, but I would like to return for brunch
