   Half the menu not available. Food not cooked to order. Food missing from order. Sides ordered with main delivered before starters arrived. Service nonexistent. In view of this some items were taken off the bill, but service remained.

   Haven't been to the rooftop in a while, but it was a lovely meal - great service and it's such a beautiful place. We both had roasts as it was a Sunday, my husband's yorkshire was a bit undercooked but other than that it was fantastic. Cauliflower cheese was one of the best we've had!

   Lovely experience, venue and service. Music was slightly loud and not condusive to Sunday early lunch

   This place never ever lets you down!! Service=amazing! Food=amazing!! The fillet steak is the best we’ve ever had!! Just love this place and will always highly recommend

   My partner and I have been to rooftop gardens probably a year ago and enjoyed our time. But unfortunately tonight we experienced a very different experience to last. It was Saturday night, but the noise level was very loud. It’s more of a drinking place than a restaurant now. We waited over 30mins for our order to be taken. I had the duck & chorizo rice which was so plain and left me feeling like I could have made that at home. My partner asked for medium rare fillet and got well done. The desserts were obviously pre made and nothing special, just a waste of money. For a cocktail, 2 soft drinks, 2 mains and 2 desserts it was £105!!! We left feeling we had been ripped off as we had a bad experience with bad food.

   The food was delicious, though the portion size was small, and quite expensive especially as the sea bass did not come with vegetables or potatoes, so became pricier when adding sides to the meal. The service was fantastic- friendly and helpful waitresses. I would go back there, but due to the prices would probably go for small dish and drinks next time.

   Workers there extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything is good

    Usually amazing service, we would stay for Penrith of drinks with food- but the service girls were mainly just talking between them at the desk, and had to keep trying to grab their attention to be served. So disappointing compared to the last few times we have been. I took a new friend and she commented she wouldn’t go back…
