Please was nice. Food was good beignets were delicious. At bit over prices but recommend it for the experience
I highly recommend to go here. The service was excellent and the hosts were friendly! Jennifer was awesome and Oscar was our server and he was good too! Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!! Wish the good items were larger and more vegan options but overall good.
Due to shortage of workers every thing was delayed.
There is not much of choice of food for us. The place is nice and the people are great. However it’s not worth it for us to drive all the way.
Amazing! Anna was Fab! the 10 course brunch blew my mind! Thoughtful, playful and delicious!!! Every course was on point!(Mango Jell-O shot! OMG!) xo
Hostess Jennifer was fantastic above and beyond made it fantastic for my party of 3 from New Jersey
The LA Girl was tasty & the coconut shrimp ceviche was yummy! Great view with awesome music! Perfect place for a long, overdo reunion.
The place is beautiful, great for taking pics. The music is a good mix of hip hop and top 40. The service wasn’t that good, took forever to get water and drinks. The food was okay, also nothing special, the shrimp and grits must have goat cheese so that threw off the taste.
Overall fun ambiance, just come here with patience and don’t expect much from the food.
Great seat overlooking downtown and the server was a very good one. We had a couple of drinks and an appetizer of Mac and cheese all very good. I would highly recommend this place.
Horrible service, took over an hour to just get drinks and another 45 minutes on top of that to get food. Servers had to be waived down or followed around to get them to help
In one word disappointing. I had a reservation and had to still wait 10-15 more minutes. I was offered a table that was tucked away but looked it would better suited for small kids. I ordered beer on the menu and they didn’t have any my girl wanted a pina Colada they don’t serve them. I ordered an appetizer from the menu and they were out of an ingredient and could not serve it. I ordered other drinks and decided to leave before they showed up . I offered to pay and they said don’t worry about it you never got them. Long story short we left and ate at Morton’s who accommodated us just before closing time.
Great atmosphere. Food is pricey. Drinks LA Girl amazing. Suggest bring a sweater/coat it does get chilly. Heaters are available.
The food was delicious. They seemed understaffed. When we asked them to turn on the heaters it took a while for anyone to get around to it or figure it out. The waiter was unfamiliar with the menu and tried to push us to buy more expensive items. I asked him if they could switch out the side of fries for something else. The waiter said he would ask the cooks but never followed up with me and I recieved a plate of fries. Very pretty view and good food.
The service started out very good. Toward the latter half of the experience, the waitress forgot about us and failed to bring a drink. Instead we were given the check and told that we exceeded our time with no warning. Then it took the waitress 15 minutes to process payment which could have included two more drinks while we waited. Management and service could be improved.
Rooftop is a cute and cozy space. Nice view. Good vibes.
The beignets are soooooo good! Omg!! You have to try them. The steak was delicious also.
Waited 45 minutes for drinks to come and it came after our food. How does the food come first before your drinks?I didn’t know it took so long to pour some Coke over ice and pour some frozen rose in a cup. Part of our food came 45 minutes later and we were still missing some eggs. Was really disappointed with the overall service and halfway through the way the waiter comes and tells us they sold out of the drink I had originally ordered. Overall cool ambience and nice restaurant but poor service and lack of taste in food. I will not be returning again.
Food presentation not up to par....luckily it tasted great! But not worth the price! Same drinks ordered & 1 was half filled, slow service.
Food was not good. The chilaquiles were like nachos, the coffee was pretty watered down, the service was sub par. I had asked for another coffee but they took so long that we ended up paying and not getting the coffee. I had taken my friends for a rooftop experience and they were disappointed...
Great food and atmosphere. Service left a lot to be desired.
The servers were wonderful. Every staff person we interacted with was communicative and welcoming, and the drinks and view were great. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!
It was our first time there. The view was amazing. The food was great. Just the overall ambiance was espectacular
We loved loved our waitress KAREN SALVATIERVA!! She made out experiences there a blast! We went for the brunch and it was a lot of alcohol so for people who do not drink alcohol warning the brunch is mostly alcohol. But overall other than the very limited brunch menu our waitress made the experience unforgettable great energy great service she took great care of us. The view is just of buildings I love rooftops I love being able to see a nice skyline or overlooks the city but the view at this particular restaurant was just buildings. But nonetheless give it a try we enjoyed ourselves overall if you’re not going to be super Duper pickle.
I contacted them 3-4 times and never received a reply from them, reservation times are not respected we waited 20+mins to be seated after our reservation time even though we arrived 15mins earlier.
The food and drinks were amazing. I took my family to celebrate my son’s high school graduation and wasn’t disappointed. The ambiance was great and the crowd was young. It was loud, however, I knew it would be. I definitely recommend this place.
Literally had the worst experience ever. Completely ruined my birthday. Not sure what the point of making a reservation was if I still had to wait over an hour to be sat. Not only that but we waited another 30 minutes to get our drinks and they tasted awful. Our server was nice and did his best but this place needs to get it together. Basically paid $250 for the aesthetic. Even that was bare minimum. Extremely disappointed and telling everyone I know to never come here.
Our waitress was the best!! Loved the ambience and food.
So much fun, love the music
The Rooftop is nice, but I wasn’t particularly fan of the cocktails or the food
Slow service. Drinks didn't come out until after entrees. Slow service overall.
Went for my birthday, it was beautiful!
I believe I won't be going back to the Rooftop restaurant at the Wayferer Hotel because it was disappointing for a few reasons. Chiefly among them was the two tables 9ffered 5o us, after making online reservations and specifically stating it was for a loved one's birthday, both had uncomfortable stools passing as chairs, while everyone else around us had comfortable chairs and intimate table placements. We were placed in a corner table where we had a solid view of a new construction site. I wanted the awesome and gorgeous views I had read about. Secondly, while the crab-stuffed mushrooms were what God must feast on as an appetizer, there was a portion of ny bruschietta wrapped chicken that was tough, hard and impossible to eat. His scallops were good but kept from greatness by a tepid temperature in which they came out from the kitchen. My cocktail had an obscene amount of ice, too. The ser ers were passable, but not particularly memorable.
Peter served us and was awesome. Great service!
Pork belly was too tough
Drinks were good
Next to the speaker so it was loud. Install more speakers and lower the volume.
The environment is very nice, and we were seated by a very nice staff who showed us around and answered our questions. However, our server was somewhat rude and made us feel a little unwelcome. The food was quite good, though some of the drinks had space for improvement. Overall, the experience was alright, but I would need to consider it if returning.
The place was dirty. I had things floating in my water and the drinks were awful. Also felt rushed by the manager. Never going back again.
Honestly, we ordered 5 different items on the menu...
it literally allllllllllll tasted the same.
Server was great..
food was literally terrible.
Great atmosphere and drinks. The food was not excellent and they were out of several items on the menu.
We loved Rooftop! It was such a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this to any of our friends and we are excited to return.
Good service, nice ambience. Ordered the dirty fries with steak picado, it was delicious.
This place has a casual and chill vibe.
Good music. I would come again.
