    We did not use our reservation because they had closed the restaurant and no one notified us. We were hosting a small work party and only found out the restaurant was closed when we arrived. We had to pivot to the restaurant downstairs in the hotel. The service was very slow there. Some notice would have been appreciated.

    This place has great potential. The atmosphere is amazing but the staff are a bunch of young high school kids who seem that they have zero experience. Let alone that there is only 2-3 working at a time. If they were trained how to make drinks and serve, plus had a dress code and followed it, they would do incredibly well. Disappointing

    The service was spotty. Plastic utensils and paper napkins were a disappointment considering the environment. The food was mediocre. I would recommend removing the charcuterie board from the menu if Oscar Meyer lunch meats are all you can muster. Send your chef to Bacco’s fine foods to learn what a charcuterie board should be for F’s sake.

    The view and ambiance was great - but the menu was limited and the few options that we did order were just OK or not great. Service was incredibly slow. I wouldn't go back unless I was only planning to grab a drink at the bar.

    Coctail menu says a mango marg is $16. I ask for a house marg thinking it would be a little less expensive and I dont like mango. I get 2 margs. Then get the bill. $20 each! $40 for 2 small and weak margs?? I asked the waitress to clarify and she told me “I dont know, I just pressed the margarita button” took my money and walked away. What a waste.

    Beautiful views. Cocktails are very expensive but not very good, definitely not worth the price. Had a reservation and wait service never came to our table after being seated.

    I'm sorry to report that we were truly disappointed. There was no food offered, even though there was a menu on the website, and no draft beer either. The girl behind the bar had no list of offerings, and no idea what they were, so she opened the refrigerator door for us to look and choose. All the tables were filled with dirty glassware, that should have been picked up. We found a comfortable couch, but had to listen to rap on the speaker system. The view was not incredible, unless the preference is parked cars and tops of tall buildings. We finished our beer, and left to find a nice meal.

    Horrible, dont waste your money or time coming here. We ordered drinks and the bartender didnt put any alcohol in them when i went back to ask he admitted it and said he didnt know what was suppose to be in the drinks so then he proceeded to just dump champagne into the already made drink... not one waitress came up to us while we were there for 20 mins. We left right after drinking the juice we were served that we paid 40 dollars for. On our way out we were talking to another patron who had a horrible expierence as well and were met by the bar manager in the elevator lobby who heard all our conversartion, instead of apologizing or trying to make anything correct he referred us to another resturant, yvonnes, which ended up being amazing. So skip this place and head right over to yvonnes!! I wouldnt even give this place 1 star tbh.

    For a place that's hailed as one of the best rooftop bars in Boston, this was a disappointment - from watered down drinks to lack of brunch menu (apparently Rooftop at Revere stopped serving brunch sometime ago, but they still accept "brunch" reservations). Would not recommend

    This place had EVERYTHING to be great, but unfortunately did not deliver the very basics of a restaurant/bar: service, drinks, food were terrible. After being seated for 32min we were asked what we want to drink, brought in cans (no glasses), pitch of so called Sangria (more like crystal pink lemonade) with plastic cups. Then, no one bother to come over for drink refills, or food ordering. Every single time, some this was needed someone had to go find a waiter that could help us. It is so unfortunate since Boston truly lacks outdoor seating space, this could truly be an amazing space if better managed.

    Had a reservation. It rained earlier in the morning. Reservation was for late at night. Went there with the whole party & was told it was closed with no warning. Just poor customer service.

    Really really disappointing experience. The whole view is tainted by the fact that you still have half of a parking lot to look over. The service was terrible - no one ever came to our tables, and the bartenders were more interested in chatting with each other than helping guests. The only nice thing about the seating are the cabanas, but all the other tables and chairs are cheap and not comfortable. It could be a great space but it needs a lot of love to get it there.

    We were there on a Wednesday night, and it wasn’t exactly busy, but we waited for 25 minutes and no one even bothered to ask us if we’d like a drink. The rooftop bar looks nothing like the pictures, and the views are fairly disappointing. An ugly parking garage wrecks the view around most of the perimeter. We left without having anything.

    Being a table of 2 it did not appear that the wait staff wanted out table. Took 35 minutes to get a drink. The food we ordered was all over cooked and tasteless. A very expensive, highly disappointing experience. I had picked the hotel specifically for their roof top bar to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and left completely defeated and disgusted.

    The service, in general at the Revere, was poor. We made a reservation for our Anniversary dinner. Rooftop area not well kept (napkins and plastic cups littering edges of patio). The host who sat us was okay. Just meh. We waited for for service. And waited. And waited. We overheard folks at a nearby table—who were seated before us—commenting how the restaurant keeps seating people as if they have staff. It was clear that they did not. We weren’t even acknowledged and eventually left. We headed downstairs to the Revere Guild restaurant—the hotel’s other eatery—but it was closed. What a disappointment.

    It was a special occasion for us, and I wanted to do a little surprise for my fiancé, but instead of that we waited 20 min for drinks, one of them had hair in it the other was in a plastic glass, those cocktails prices were not meant to be in a plastic for sure. 0 garnish in them as well just some mixers in plenty of ice, not good. We ordered charcuterie board which was straight package from Walmart, tasted like death. The view is nothing special… has nice breeze though:) Btw no one asked about the occasion or if we want to something cake candle sparkles … i had them with me wasn’t going to ask but it was never acknowledged and the waitress showed up twice. We left after an hour and half and this is because we were waiting forever for the check…

    I booked a table for a party of 5 to celebrate my birthday. I came in time and was told that they gave my table to someone else and that I have to wait for another available table. After that, I spent 20 mins waiting in the middle of the bar with my guests. Finally, after talking to another manager, they gave us a table. We spent around 20 mins at the table but no once came to us to take the order. We left and I will never ever going to come back there. Ruined birthday plans and terrible service.

    We waited for over 45 minutes and didn’t get any service- not even water. We tried to get someone to come over, but after almost an hour we had to leave and get fast food because there was no time to stay at the restaurant to order and wait for food to start being made at that point before our reservations for a show. Don’t think anyone noticed we were seated or left to be honest.

    Great view of the city. The only knock on the place is that since the menu and ordering is done online , it can get a bit confusing, specially if you have questions (you would have to wait for a server). In my case i just walked to the bar and asked the bartender.

    We made a reservation for our friends bachelorette weekend and when we got there didn’t have a table reserved for us. They started looking, found a table and then no one came to serve us. We sat there for 35 mins and no one came to even offer us water. The view of the sunset is pretty but after giving them grace time because we noticed they only had like 2 servers on a very busy Friday night we decided ro leave after 40 something minutes of no one attending us. Additionally the food was being serve in carry out containers and that was not the vibe for the night we had planned. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay or try anything but the view for the time we stayed was pretty. We were not the only ones at tables wondering what was happening and when we decided to leave the host saw us and didn’t even say a thing. The sad part is that they had a line of people waiting to be seated and people kept leaving unattended. Hopefully this gets resolved soon!

    It was terrible. I had reservations and it took them 20 min to wipe down a table that I could see was empty just needed to be cleared out. The host was all over the place. The service felt chaotic and all over the place. Finally, they sat me down and I waited another 20 minutes and no came to take my order. I complained to the tall guy dressed all in black and he proceeded to tell me that I had to get up and go get my own drinks. I told him first of all no one explained that to me when I was sat here and second of all the table in front of us has the girl with the black hair and fair skin come up to that table about 3 times to bring drinks, and has not stopped by here not once. We ended up leaving with out consuming nothing.
