Overall is great! I read many reviews and found it bad about service but my night at Nobu went well! Host was very welcome and friendly, servers were great. Foods are overprice but taste good! The view was very stunning.

I found the greeter staff to be very rude. The waitress even started off as rude and got nicer as time went on. Specifically whenever I asked a question the staff seemed very annoyed.

The server is the food. The drinks was very good. I enjoyed it thoroughly, but there were others who weren’t dressed in the same attire so it didn’t feel as fancy as I would want it too.

The food wasn’t great and came out lukewarm. We were sat right next to the dj and it was way too loud to have a conversation. They should not allow dinners to sit that close to the music, the speaker was right next to one of our chairs.

Unfortunately, our experience at Nobu Rooftop fell short. The hostess was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which set the tone. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes without any service, even after approaching the hostess stand twice to ask for help. Another couple nearby told us they had been waiting 30 minutes and ended up leaving. The space was loud ; not in a lively way, but in a way that made it hard to enjoy the atmosphere. To their credit, the food was excellent as always, but the drinks were weak and didn’t meet expectations. We usually stay for a few rounds, but when you don’t feel taken care of, what’s the point? Disappointed in the lack of hospitality. Hopefully, they address the service issues because the kitchen deserves better support from the front of house.

I could rate them a zero star if I have the choice. The hostess there shows no respect to their customers. Do not waste your time and money to go there! Find a better rooftop and place to be! I booked a table at the rooftop to enjoy the nice weather, when we got there the hostess assigned us a dark spot near DJ table, which is super loud and has 0 view of rooftop, then I immediately asked for resign the seat, as there are a lot of nice tables out on the terrace are available. Talked to another hostess and she directed me to the front desk, and I heard she is taking to the front desk hostess “just tell her there’s no table available now”. Like are you serious???? So the front desk hostess told me there’s no table to switch, I then asked I saw there are plenty of nice empty tables around, she said: “oh there’s special event, for our regular customers who liked this table”. What a lie! Then we just left, never come back again. Talked to at least 3 different hostess none of them are helpful and respectful. They just want to shoo you away. And one of them looked apparently high. What a joke.

Loved it! Price of the food is ridiculous for size but that’s too he expected for Nobu. Service slow not enough staff. Was seated next to the dj speakers very very loud and now terrace spaces for available to move to when I asked. The gf soy sauce was spoiled never got a new one even thought the waitress said downstairs would send one up and had to use regular being allergic to wheat thought I could manage it with using as little as possible but couldn’t and didn’t have a Benadryl on me, so that wasn’t fun afterwards.
