    The food? As expected—solid Nobu staples like spicy tuna and yellowtail jalapeño. But the service? A masterclass in how to derail a perfectly good night. A friend who arrived late just to join us for birthday cake was denied entry, despite the fact that we were still seated and mid-celebration. The cherry on top? Someone at the front desk, with all the warmth of a space heater in a wind tunnel, told him the only way he’d be allowed up was if he booked a room. For cake. When we asked for a little flexibility, our waiter doubled down with a snide, “maybe, if the manager is in a good mood.” Charming. Earlier, another guest in our group had been mistakenly charged for a completely different table—despite the restaurant already having my card on file. Not ideal. And as the birthday guest, I was left lighting my own candles. A moment of silence for the concept of hospitality. Stunning view, decent bites—but unless you enjoy being treated like a burden for celebrating your birthday, I’d look elsewhere. Nobu may serve elegance on the plate, but don’t expect it tableside.

    They were out of their 3 most popular dishes so make sure you don’t get too excited for the good stuff… sad

    Our sofa had bottle tops on it and overall it didn't seem clean. Windows etc sweet full of finger prints and just didn't appear clean. Will not be back. Parking outrageous at $45 for 3 Hours!!!

    It was very windy and after being there for less than 5 minutes we decided that the outdoor area wasn’t going to be the best. So we asked our server if we could be seated inside she said we had to ask the host and she wasn’t a hostess. After asking the hostess she said we could not be accommodated since others had made reservations. The server took FOREVER to get or order. I mean we sat there for at least an hour waiting for her to get our order. And she never came back to check on us in between. We had to go find someone else to get our checks. The food and view was the saving grace.

    Food was great, but was supposed to sit down at 7:30, they didn't seat us until 8:30. I will be back though.

    Forgot to put candle on the dessert for birthday occasion but it’s okay. It looked very busy for a Thursday. Overall good first experience at the rooftop.

    The experience at Nobu is always fantastic! However this time the service was horrible to say the least at the rooftop . Multiple times I was interrupted during a conversation with a friend as the staff seemed to be in a rush to clear the dishes and also took away my drink before I had even consumed it halfway. Suffice to say the service staff is not well trained and lot of the other guests were unhappy with the service

    My favorite bite of the evening was the Wagyu sliders! The fries were also really good and a great portion🍟. The Chicken Karaage and the maki rolls were just okay. My date and I enjoyed our drinks and the ambiance 💫

    Amazing service views and food and drinks! Jessica was our server and she was the best! So sweet and accommodating for a mom with her daughter. We are staying at the hotel and just needed a quick bite and she was very helpful and let us sit on the patio area that was supposed to be closed but she opened it for us so that we could enjoy a quieter area and sit on a couch versus a high stool which would have been hard for my young daughter. Thank you Jessica!
