    I made a reservation for my anniversary, and they didn't actually reserve... anything. It might as well have been a walk-in. When I got there, all of the good tables were taken, they handed us paper menus and said "sit anywhere." I said I had a reservation and they just said "ok." The only benefit my reservation served was to THEM, as if I would have cancelled they would have auto charged me a $20 fee.

    Amazing food and great rooftop atmosphere! It was a warm day and we showed up mod afternoon so relatively empty but by the time we were leaving at dinner time there were tons of people! The food was fantastic and not a bad value, highly recommend.

    Went before a show at Oracle and had a good experience. Reservation was ready on time and food was fast and fine (not outstanding but solid for the price). They were cranking out the drinks. Staff was nice. Place was loud and energetic. Sweet, small spot. Great for pre-game!

    Had reservations for 7:45pm on July 4 for an anniversary dinner. Kitchen closed at 8:15 and bar closed at 8:30! Made us feel unwelcome. Food was average, but space was enjoyable.

    The food was cold and at best grocery store frozen food tripe- The images of interior and food on the website is misleading T They need to update the atmosphere to say it’s basically a sports bar venue The chairs and tables were patio at a park Several of us selected this place based in the description and we were overly dressed The kicker - you had to get up and order your food This is 1023 why not have QR code to scan and not thru your app Overall experience was mislead from false advertising

    I was really excited to go here because it look so cool! The vibes were great and so was the spicy marg. But the tacos had no seasoning and were not good. Everyone else's food was alright.

    calling this place a ‘rooftop’ is a stretch.. one of the shortest building in the block, no views - all you can see is other buildings; super noisy - was looking for Rooftop ambiance, instead felt like a noisy crowded student bar - shocked why it’s so highly rated on yelp!!

    It was a good vibe place. I had taken some out of town friends visiting me for dinner there and some of them felt our server was talking with sarcasm towards them, not in a funny positive manner. So I don't think I'll go there again. But otherwise the restaurant, food and vibe were all good.

    The day before the event I was emailed by the party planner who informed me I could have the additional guests added to the party and when time came for the event the food was fantastic and the drinks were wonderful. I’d never been on the rooftop before and having a chance to celebrate for my wife’s birthday made this a GREAT place to entertain our friends and family. I only wish it wasn’t so nerve wracking trying to communicate our needs to the team before hand. I imagine it’s been hard with the pandemic and don’t hold this against the business. I hope to come back soon and while not with a larger party, still to enjoy the fantastic Flank Steak, the amazing Pizzas, as well as the phenomenal Octopus and seafood options we were able to have. I only wish the biscuits came in LARGE quantities because they were a hit with the table. Special Thanks to our servers and hostess to helped us manage the orders and bill. It kicked off such a special moment for the birthday and I hope to see this success continue for 25Lusk’s Rooftop 25!

    Had a lot of issues with the hostess when we arrived and it took approx. 20 minutes and her talking to her manager to sort it out. A little customer service when dealing with a party of 14 people who have a reservation and who are ready to spend money will go a long way. At least her manager had the sense to not let us walk out the door (I was fully prepared to do so). Apparently there is a 2 hour minimum for tables on some nights... we were not aware of that but she kept referencing a "contract" via our OpenTable reservation. I looked back and did not see anything in our confirmation email about this... maybe it's on the site before you confirm your res. The food was ok -- avocado hummus was too runny and the pizza dough needed salt. The crudo was fine. The pretzel bites were probably the best thing on the menu (and we ate probably 3/4 of the times on there).

    Good food but don’t go there when it’s raining. The food was good and the service (you order at the register) was good; however, we were there in the evening when it was raining and all the shades were down so you couldn’t see outside. Basically is was like sitting in a big box with no view. We’ll try it again some time when the weather is nice and the shades are up! ☺️

    The service seemed to be confused about how to sit us for our reservation, we were a party of seven and there were plenty of tables available but nothing was prepared. The wait for water, menus and to order was long, nothing seemed to flow. We ordered bread and chips for the table and the portion sizes were very small. The food we ordered was marginal, nothing bad but nothing great. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant, there are a lot of other choices where you get better service and more value for the price.

    Great little place tucked away in the city. Just a quick little walk from Oracle park. Food was great with quick service.Didn't like having to go up to the bar/counter to order more food/drinks but, nonetheless food was good and drinks were even better! A must visit when in the city, at a game or anytime.

    The setting was exceptional. Large rooftop with both intimate and family style settings. Fun, hip vibe. Menu not overwhelming. Good drinks. What truly set Rooftop 25 apart was the staff. They were simply one of the best group of professional wait staff I’ve encountered. Informal, but professional and competent. They blew our group of 19 away with the way they took care. Food delivered was hot and fresh which is a challenge for a group this size, so clearly the kitchen lives up to the wait staff caliber. Thank you, Team Rooftop 25!

    Loved loved the place. We booked a birthday party on the rooftop - absolutely amazing views and staff. Although I think more heaters can be added. The staff was great - friendly and energetic. Cocktails were pretty good.

    Family was visiting and heading home. This was their ‘good bye’ dinner. Everything was great with the exception of the temperature. They only had a few outdoor heaters and none were near the table we were sat at. Otherwise food, drink and service was really good.

    Nice spot for a bite and a drink after work. I would recommend an app/phone ordering system so it's a bit more streamlined. It's not fun to stop a conversation to go up to the line to order.

    Rooftop 25 was a very fun. The food was excellent. I would recommend it to others. There were very limited options for vegetarians, which made it challenging. The service was very good and the staff was very pleasant and willing to help. There were a couple of parties going on which made it very difficult for our party to enjoy each other. We would go again but try to find a time that was not as crowded.

    First time dining on the rooftop and was at first disappointed that the vibe and menu was unlike the dining room which we love so much. But we had such a great time. The service was super and food was excellent and exceeded our expectations! Thanks for a great evening.

    This isn’t a place you’re waited on at a table if you’re looking for a restaurant experience. Had to get in line to order food and drinks, like at a fast food restaurant, you’re given a table number and your order is brought out to you. Got to front of line and they weren’t taking food orders because the kitchen was “backed up” and we had to “try again later”. When our drinks finally arrived, there was confusion where to bring the drinks and the order was wrong. Patio heaters not very strong.
