We went here many years ago and went back this week. We had a reservation through Open Table and were seated promptly. We were greeted in a timely fashion and given a glass of pricey bottled water (the norm in Cabo). We received our wine timely and were given some bread. Took quite a while for them to come and prepare the table side Caesar which was $23 US dollars. Guess you pay for the “show”. I will preface my comments with the fact that I am Italian and a decent cook myself so perhaps I have high standards. We ordered the gnocchi which came as LOGS and were super dense and tasted nothing like a gnocchi. They were served with “smoked tomatoes” which meant grape tomatoes were cooked until the popped. They gave about ten logs and only four tomatoes. The broth was the only decent part of this dish. If you like gnocchi… even frozen ones from the States, DO NOT order these. We also ordered a calzone. Super disappointing. Hardly any sauce. Barely filled with anything so basically $20 for mediocre at best dough. The service was beyond existent after they took our order. No one asked if we wanted more water, wine etc. Why it gets 4.7 starts on google is beyond me. So many better places to get mediocre pasta at better prices. Try Luna Italiana. At least the prices are reasonable, pasta well done and flavors are very good.

The bread basket is a must have and is perfectly flakey and the pastas were amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful and the overall restaurant environment was beautiful. Also pretty affordable prices. Would highly recommend

Every trip to Cabo requires at least one dinner at Romeo y Julieta. The bread was so fresh - the table side prepared Caesar Salad a must have. Lasagna and Canneloni are game-changers. Great time as always!!

We invited friends from North Carolina to join us in Cabo and went to our favorite restaurant, Romeo y Julieta! It was lovely eating outside and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Everyone loved their entrees and enjoyed watching the Caesar Salad prepared tableside. A wonderful experience!

Pésimo servicio, la persona que se presentó como “nuestro mesero” JAMÁS nos atendió, no regresó a la mesa, una burla para poder ordenar, son un ASCO de servicio. La comida estaba bien pero con el pésimo sabor de boca, cero se disfrutó. El ambiente bueno, la música en vivo es espectacular. Una pena que sean tan reconocidos y den un servicio terrible, no volveré.

This is our long-standing favorite spot in Cabo. You just can’t beat it for a charming setting, great service and delicious food. They always have a steel guitar player, as well, and that seals it for me. Just go!

The Caesars salad was phenomenal. We wnet here for Valentines day so it was quite busy. Overall, good service and great food. Only disappointment was they didn't have the fresh Tuna steak I had eaten there previously available. (that was 1 of the primary reasons we made reservations.)

We were on vacation in San Jose Del Cabo and took a drive down to Cabo San Lucas for the day. Realizing it was Valentine’s Day we figured no chance of finding a nice Italian restaurant. However, by luck when I check open table the was 1 reservation available for 4:30pm so we took it. Wow, what a lucky find. The food and service were great and the prices very reasonable. We will definitely go back on our next trip.

We always make it a point to eat at Romeo y Julieta when we vacation in Cabo. It has been one of our favorites for over 10 years and the food and service didn't disappoint. We ordered the Romeo special which is a filet mignon, grilled shrimp and fettuccine alfredo. The only issue was the flavor of the fettuccine. We ate at El Peregrino the night before and had their shrimp alfredo and it was probably the best I've ever had! The sauce is outstanding and the amount of shrimp is generous. The fettuccine in the Romeo special pales in comparison. The nice thing was our server Oscar substituted the fettuccine for a pesto flavored spaghetti which was much better. Overall the atmosphere and food quality was fantastic. You will not be disappointed dining here.

Second time visiting and not as great, unfortunately. Our server was kind but service overall was quite slow despite it not being a busy night with many staff on hand. Food was mediocre. Hostess was attentive and ordered us a cab to return to our hotel with minimal wait time. We may have experienced an off night as we really enjoyed our first time here.
