Great evening. Been a while since we were there and La Briciola lived up to expectations. Surprised there was not more people. Varied menu had something for everyone in party. The grilled fish was a standout. Well-priced wine list. Perfect evening.
I've been disappointed here before, but I forgot, so I should leave a review. I had a pasta main, and the mushroom sauce was just too thick and glue-y and the flavors were sort of TV-dinner-grade.
Went for a business lunch from noon to 1pm. Food didn't arrive until 1:15pm! Had to get it to go
Would love to come here again!
Amazing food and service, wish it were closer to where I live! Loved the ambience, even though a nearby table had a person who spoke very loudly and the high ceilings did not dampen the sound. Can't blame that on the restaurant though!
Perfect place for a romantic dinner with the one you love.
Food was good, not great. Online wine is way out of date and not accurate. You will be seated a few inches from others. Service extremely slow. Uber has the wrong location in its database. Drivers will attempt to leave you or pick you up about 140 yards north and on the wrong side of the street of the actual location.
This is a very authentic italian restaurant. The pasta is fresh and sauces are great.
Note that they only serve beer and wine - no cocktails - but not a problem as they have a good wine list.
Food and wine are a great value.
Luca our waiter was great.
Bummer. Our service was horrible, the food not much better than that, and the restaurant where had only two occupied tables, but they put us together so it was much noisier than it should have been. I had made a note on my open table reservation that two people at my table had a garlic allergy, but the server seemed not to know and was not at all helpful in navigating it. I would steer clear of this place.
Waiter was so accommodating and friendly. Totally enjoyed dinner. Quite and comfortable setting. Definitely highly recommend.
Great food and service. very enjoyable restaurant experience.
Good not great. Cozy ambience.
The food was fantastic. Everyone was raving about the dish they ordered. I had the salmon it was spectacular, it was served in a piccata like sauce and was just divine. We were a party of 12 for a work party and had an amazing time, the waiter was super nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend La Briciola
Two of us had lunch today to “prospect” for our staff luncheon next week. Food was very good, service was quiet and not pushy nor rushed. I will happily bring my party of 7 next week!
Best gnocchi I have ever had!!
A great place to eat if you want a nice sit down Italian meal before seeing Cirque du Soleil, a short walk away. The Maitre D' is kind, has mild sense of humor, and I swear he remembers my family. We eat here each year before seeing a show over the holidays.
Small and intimate with excellent food and service. Great place for a quiet evening.
We go to Briciola annually for family holiday meals prior to The Christmas Ballet. It always makes for a wonderful evening.
Very mellow traditional and solid. Basic and handmade in a good way
LOVE this restaurant. The food is excellent, the waitstaff is attentive, and ambiance is wonderful. My husband and I highly recommend La Briciola!
Really great, authentic place. Been here many times and hope to see them in business for many years to come! Great food, professional and friendly service.
Lovely. Delicious food and attentive service.
Great place with local comfy ambiance.
We arrived for a late evening meal and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was great. We felt a little guilty being there close to closing time in a sparsely populated restaurant but that was not an issue on their end. The food and service were just as lovely as if the place had been packed.
Food and service consistently great!
As always, food, service and value consistently excellent! This is my go-to restaurant close to my office. Walk is a little further than some other venues, but always worth it.
Delicious home made pasta with sauces that thrill the pallet.
The food and service are wonderful. The staff is amazingly welcoming. We visit San Francisco several times a year from NY and always make time to dine at this amazing restaurant.
The food is incredible!
Second time visiting this restaurant and again enjoyed our unrushed and relaxing meal. Friendly staff, fantastic food, reasonable pricing....can’t beat that! Will be back when our travels take us to SF in the future.
We loved this "oldWorld" classic Italian food and original Italian owners. Wonderful delicious food and great service and ambience!
This place is amazing. You’ll feel like you’re in Italy. Definitely going back!
My husband and I love this place. The food is superb; in fact, it's hard not to order our favorites and not try something new. The service is excellent and it's a little slice of heaven in an area that you wouldn't expect a restaurant of this caliber! We highly recommend it!
This quaint, unassuming restaurant never fails. Great food. Very good wine list. Very personable service. I would keep on coming back.
Was good. The location is not the best but the food makes up for it.
Food was great, but service was slow considering we were the only table for more than half of our visit.
The food was incredible, especially the burrata and the sole.
The food was very mediocre. Not terrible, but not great. Service was good and waiters were friendly.
The ambiance, service and food was outstanding!!! I will most definitely go back. Very authentic Italian food - I had the pasta with the lamb Ragu- unbelievable flavors! Loved it!
