Perfect dining experience! Rhonda was the best server we did not want or need for anything Bartender was WONDERFUL! Girl friend can shake a cocktail! This is our new brunch spot!
My chicken was tough and full of bristle. The best part of the meal was the Caesar salad I paid extra for!! My liminata was way too sweet.. I won’t be back to this location. The food at the Frisco location is better..
Service is horrible and keeps getting worse. Even though the place was empty on a Monday, we had to wait forever to get drinks and bread, and it was impossible to get refills without practically begging. They give lots of pasta but virtually no protein. Shrimp scampi with five shrimp. A chicken pasta dish with four tiny shreds of chicken that in total wouldn’t weigh an ounce. Last time here.
Our waiter Joe was great and the food was delicious.
Poor service - there were only 3 tables with guests and we continually had to try and flag down our server.
Waiter was slow and behind. Waited 15+ minutes to be greeted. Wine had chunks of cork in it. Bread was cooking and we waited an additional 10-15 min for bread. Bathrooms were a mess, all toilet paper was on top of containers instead of on the rolls, floors were covered, and no paper towels. Asked a different waitress for crayons and she told us to go get them in the basket up front. No manager stopped by our table or was ever seen. Food was good but restaurant was poorly run. Restaurant was not busy at all when we got there.
Mama 's Trip is the best! Our waitress was topnotch!
My reservation was for 1pm. We were seated by 1:10 which was fine. It was all downhill from there. Our server forgot everything and had to be reminded repeatedly. The food took an hour and a half. We never could get our drinks refilled even though we asked. I finally got up and refilled our drinks myself. We then waited for the manager for 30 minutes, was told she’d be there any moment. Finally called her at the fourth time passing by our table.
Other snafus..had to mix our own olive oil with salt and pepper- no fresh ground pepper from the server, the food wasn’t very hot, witnessed two employees getting into it a little, at least three other tables of disgruntled customers, no toilet paper in the ladies room stall, a toilet that wouldn’t flush...
The manager did give us 25% off the bill but it’s not enough to make up for 3 2 1/2 hours of waiting for pasta and fish...
This visit was a nightmare. There were issues in the kitchen - so food was slow (an hour from order to delivery). Our server seemed very distracted. Took over 30 minutes to take our meal order. She would acknowledge empty glasses but never refill. I actually filled my own water and went to bar for soda refills. Our appetizers came out cold and gross - after our meal. They did take those off the bill, but we were at the restaurant for 2 and a half hours. Thankfully I was with fun people and we had a lot of laughs.
They didn't have my reservation on Mother's Day and many other group parties, as well. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table. It took over an hour for our food to arrive and the table next to us, with the same number of people, had already eaten and paid their check.
Waited over an hour for biscuits and gravy and one egg. Egg was burnt and over cooked.
Manager refused to come by table.
We waited for one hour and ten minutes to get our food. Which then made us late for our next event. We will not be returning.
Been there maybe 6 times in 3 years, Saturday’s entrees were way off, salads were warm, beer glass was warm, bread was very hard. Not the usual quality or crowds we experienced in the past. Menu has really changed. Being a Saturday the place was empty, maybe 8-10 tables of people and the bar was totally empty.
The bruschetta is the best. Mushroom ravioli is excellent!
Went here for a proposal dinner. The service was above and beyond what we expected for our large group! I hope to plan another event here soon.
Easter lunch -
It was ok. The food was different and the service was kinda nonexistent it’s an ok place
Only complaints are
1) There was a speaker directly above our table making it difficult to hear others talking, even though we asked twice if the music could be lowered or preferably the speaker shut off.
2) After lunch specialty drinks were ordered and it took a very long time to get them considering how light the crowd was on a Monday.
Each time I have visited this restaurant and location, I always enjoy the food, service and ambiance
Decent price and good food had a reservation at 7:15 and didn’t get sat until 8 after all the walk-ins which was annoying but server was attentive and funny and food was good for what it is
Macaroni Grill did a great job making Valentine's Day a special one . They gave a fresh rose of your choice to each woman and also had a red rose in a bud vase on each table. The special menu was excellent and reasonably priced. The service was very good too. We enjoyed the evening very much!
Horrible and manager and hosts were terrible and rude
Food was reliably good. We do not recommend the chocolate gluten-free dessert unless you need to eat gluten free, we should have gotten the regular chocolate cake. Our server was attentive although very busy on Valentine's night, thank you for a nice evening!
Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept on top of drinks, both soft and hard. We were given excellent recommendations. For this I will always return.
The food was good as usual at Macaroni Grill. We had two problems on the bill. One was an overcharge on the Caesar salad. When we pointed that out, they fixed it, but then forgot to apply the 25% discount Coupon. Finally, the third time the bill was correct.
Our waiter was excellent! The food was just average but well priced.
Delicious seafood and Brussels sprouts.
Waitress seemed in a hurry for us to leave.
She swept under the table next to us.
I asked her to stop sweeping.
The food was pretty good. The place neat and clean. The thing that got me was our waiter just would not clear any of the dishes from our table. There was 4 of us at a table that seats 4. I stacked the plates and put them to the edge and nothing. Also, the olive oil with fresh black pepper in it for a dipping oil for the bread was not that good. A mix of dried herbs would have been better than just pepper.
What a great reception when we arrived. Wait was reasonable for a holiday and food and service were also great and a great variety of choice.
Unfortunately the service was not good. We ordered wine but did not receive it for at least 30 minutes. Our waitress kept telling us it would be right there. We ordered our food around 7:00 pm but it did not come to us until 7:50. The food was lukewarm when it arrived. Our waitress told us that the kitchen was working with one less chef. Perhaps this was due to the fact that it was Christmas Eve. Our server seemed to be trying, but the bar and the kitchen were not moving fast enough to serve guests.
We ate there on Christmas eve. It was SUPER busy, food took a long time, and we still had a great time! Wine and bread while you sit, what could be better on a holiday!
Friendly service and great food. Large portions, so lots to take home!
Don't go for brunch. We went in the morning when they were open, but they weren't prepared. No hot water for tea and no pancakes. The avocado toast and steak and eggs were inedible, but the French toast was good. It's a pasta place, so we should have stuck with what they are best at.
Shrimp Portofino was excellent. Kitchen was a little slow.
Food excellent. Great Stuffed Mushrooms. Chicken Scaloppini Great. Was a great dining experience. Service ok, very nice but dirty dishes left on table too long. When they brought out dessert they had no place to put it because of dirty plates still on table.
Great breakfast brunch. The Italian sausage rigatoni was also great.
Me and my family have always liked Macaroni Grill. It is very sad that many locations are closing. Now we have to drive almost 10 miles to enjoy their delicious pasta and family atmosphere.
Service was very good and friendly.
Love this place for family dinners with relaxed ambiance.
Good food, wine and happy place.
It took 40 min to get our entrees, 2 were cold. Drink service was slow. No reasoning on delays, and poor server was stretched too far. Never saw a manager - no one addressed slow food.
I forget our waiter’s name, but he was great! The lunch menu is awesome. Perfect portions! Nice and quiet for a business lunch.
