Romano's Macaroni Grill - Summerlin
roasted chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, rigatoni, roasted-garlic cream sauce
vine-ripened tomatoes, imported buffalo mozzarella, basil, balsamic glaze
roasted chicken, shrimp, prosciutto, rosemary cream, parmesan
Came for my birthday dinner. Great time and complimentary normal size dessert.
This is NOT in Summerlin. Food was terrible. Bread was dry. Lasagna noodles were thick, no ricotta, brown/overcooked noodles. Appetizers were ok and desert was good. Service was good as well.
Ashley was our server and she is attentive, made good suggestions (diet specific needs) and personable. Thank you.
The food is outstanding ! The service is attentive, friendly and competent !
Over priced and horribly executed dishes. Best thing on the table was the chocolate cake. Will never return, wish I could get my 100 dollars /3 people back . When I pay 21 dollars for a meal, I expect it to taste much better
The service the food and the over all environment was great our server micheal was extremely nice and wonderful!
Good service, nice waiter. Food came out with red peper instead of paprika so had to be sent back. No entres under 1000 calories.
The food was excellent, the service was excellent.
The only issue was the wine selection.
Ordered a bottle of house chianti and was ok.
Got the bill and it was $34. Way too much
Not a single complaint, everything was great!
1 year anniversary
Overall a good experience. Multi generational family dinner. Lobster bisque was served stone cold to all who ordered it, but they replaced it in about 5 minutes. They really shouldn’t serve communal pull apart bread and olive oil during co-vid.
From the moment we arrived everything was absolutely perfect. We were seated immediately and our waiter was awesome.Husband had chicken parm which is hard to screw up but I had the Shrimp Portifino that was absolutely delicious. No room for dessert but we’ll be back soon so maybe next time!
There were two parties with no reservations seated immediately before us. I had an Open Table reservation for 2:15 and arrived early at 2:07 p.m. The staff member looked up at us and said “How many?” She did not say hello, welcome to Macaroni Grille, or anything of a sort. I explained I had a reservation and she said we would have to wait because I was early and she would have to check a server’s section. While she was checking, one of your managers came up and the staff member came back as well. I said I didn’t understand why I couldn’t be seated and explained that the two parties before us were seated with no reservation. The manager directed her to seat us right away and apologized for her. Don't your team members go through some type of customer service training?
On a positive note, your server Dustin was absolutely fantastic and extremely accommodating to our every request.
Went for a birthday dinner. Specified it was for a birthday in reservations. Daughter told server we were celebrating a birthday. Nothing was acknowledged and server didn’t check.
Disappointed with the service on this visit. Food server was absent most of the time and unfortunately not friendly. Guess he was having a bad day. The restaurant was not super busy so he had plenty of time to check on us but dropped the ball when it came to providing any kind of customer service. Our meal was completely eaten before he came to the table to see if everything was good. Overall the food was good so that is a plus and the hostess was very nice.
Seems like the price's have gone up and the portions have gotten smaller.
Food was not flavorful at all. Customer service was good, not bad at all. I haven’t been to a Macaroni Grille restaurant in years and now I remembered why!
The restaurant has certainly changed. Definitely not worth the cost. The meals were a real disappointment. Mediocre at best
Restaurant was very warm and uncomfortable. Had a reservation, restaurant was about 25% full but was still seated in the "bar" area where the bartender was also the server. No wine list was available when requested. Half the people at the table did not like their food. One entree was completely missing when the entrees were brought to the table. “Anything else I can get you?" "Uh, yeah my food." No one was rude, they were nice but overall a bad experience.
Jonathan was our server. Amiable, proficient and proffessional. I will always ask for his section
Air conditioning was not working properly. much too hot snd servers were overheated as well.
Impeccable Service by Jonathan,… attentive, accurate and very polite. Drink refills without us having to ask is my bar for attentive service.
The food was fresh, delicious and just the right serving sizes.
Everything was very clean too, not a spot on our glasses or silverware! Most restaurants don’t give much attention to those details.
Kudos to the management for doing the right things and keeping Romano’s a destination for great service and great food.
When we arrived, we were warned about the seating area being a little warm (must have been a/c units out) but it wasn’t even noticeable. My family and I had a great experience and will be back.
Excellent waitress and food came out super quick
Not what we expected. Stuffed mushrooms were luke warm. It was birthday dinner not too impressed.
We missed the dining experience at macaroni grill since the one in Tucson closed. I had the chicken scaloppini and the wife had shrimp portifino. They were ok. I’ve had better. Two small pieces of chicken. Less than 2 oz. and were not grilled. But plenty of capers..too many. Not much ham or mushrooms. Couldn’t even find much at all. The ham was cut in pieces so small it was childlike. Very little in fact at that. Mushrooms were scarce and small. Artichokes were ok. The wife liked hers but she also has had much better. The stuffed mushrooms were great, very tasty, but mostly small. For the price points on these meals it was: robbery on mine, ok on hers.
Experience was nice. Server Jonathan was excellent. Only thing was that it was Father’s Day and the food took longer to arrive than normal
Dinner salad had the core of the lettuce in it and when I asked the manager he said I guess. Wow, not a good response. We knew that going there would be slow due to Covid but when we get seated way before others and waiting time for our main dinner took over an hour and I asked the waiter why our entrees did get served but two tables around us who were seated 20 to 30 mins after us…he said that our order had salad and soup. So our entrees didn’t get put it right away. However, we noticed that one of those two tables next to us that were seated much later after us had their salad and soup and got their entrees ahead of us. Seriously something is wrong w/ that. Our entire wait & service took almost 2 hrs. This was totally poor and the food has declined in quality. Don’t think we’ll being going back to this Macaroni n Grill again. Just hope the rest of your restaurants aren’t this bad. Very disappointed ☹️
Out of town for a graduation
Waitress was great! We celebrated my dads birthday and worker sang my dad happy birthday in Italian. The food was yummy!!! And the noise level was low enough we didn’t have to yell at one another while we was visiting. Over all would go back again.
The wife and I decided to have an early anniversary dinner at Romano's and decided to dine in as well. The place was moderately busy, even with the socially distanced tables. Our app was the Bruschetta, and it was very tasty. I had a glass of their house red wine, and it was passable, though much deeper and drier than I expected. The seafood ravioli my wife had was great, and my chicken marsala with angel hair pasta was very good and abundant, so we had leftovers! The service was polite, friendly, and super quick. Not like they were rushing us, its just that everything was cooked perfect and served immediately. The manager was assisting all the servers and they made an effective team. No photos to show (sorry). We love our Italian food and Romano's is a favorite for all the above reasons.
I don't like having diner with dogs at another table. The next time this happens will be my last time at Romano's. The service was poor (new Help)
Food was good and service was great
Quick, efficient and friendly service all around.
Food and service were excellent!
Great food and service! Will definitely be going back soon!
It was a nice dinner early Friday night. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was good, I always have a Caesar salad -they have the best crispy crunchy fresh romaine ! The restaurant is also very clean.
We had a terrific dinner last night. We were there recently and were not pleased, BUT this dinner made up for it. We will be going back! The Caesar salad was plentiful, the Penne Rustica (our favorite dish) was hot and creamy with lots of shrimp and chicken. Anyone who doesn't know about the Monday special should check into it. And, Michael was a wonderful server--attentive and pleasant. Great evening. (Wish they had more diners.)
Haven't been to this location in several years, love the Penne Rustica, just as delicious as I remember!
We went to have dinner here for Mother’s Day it’s my mom‘s favorite restaurant a tradition we keep every year we love the food the service was amazing and exceptional
Came for mother's day. Food took extra long, which waiter did apologize for. Once we did get the food most of it was luke warm at best. Finally, placed a dessert order to go, ordered Tiramisu, received cheesecake instead. Overall, not that impressed.
