On our visit upon entering we were greeted asked our reservation time and shown to our seats, the atmosphere was really pleasant, the staff was Great! We ordered calamari which was very dry, and our entrees while the taste was great, came almost cold. Overall I’d say the experience was good and will definitely give them a second chance.
Our server Daniel was top notch. Overall food quality very good.
Hadn't been here in a long time before everything shut down, so when they opened, we were happy to be able to go out. Don't know why we hadn't been there in a long time because the food was excellent and the service was great! The chocolate cake was to DIE for!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

We waited almost two hours to be seated with reservations! A waiter never came to take out order, we had to stop and ask different waiters for help, on top of it the manager got into a physical altercation with a homeless man , and punched the wall by the table we were sitting in! Food was cold , at this point we were ready to go!
One of the managers and a customer at the bar had an altercation.
I manager was hitting or kicking things after their conversation.
We will not be returning to this location.

Service was very slow. Had four different servers including bar tender who never even smiled but rushed to take our order.
We never got sat even though we had a reservation. They said they were backed up and had too many rereservations. We ended up sitting at the bar and ordered food. We waiting for a long time for the food and eventually the cook ended up bringing it because it had been just sitting back there the whole time. Our waitress never went to go get it so by the time the cook brought it out the food was cold. Not sure if we will come back.

Was very pleased with food and service. Went on Valentines Day at 5:30pm, was seated within 20 minutes. Service, food, & drinks were all great. They were extremely busy & handled it very well. Server was very attentive and our food came out perfect.
We had a great Valentine's dinner there a couple of days ago. Being as busy as it was on Valentine's Day we waited only 5 minutes past our reservation time. The special Valentine's menu was very good and the service was prompt and done well. We had a great experience especially since it was a very busy day.

Our server, Alex, was great. She was very attentive. The food was delicious. Our party of 5 had no complaints.
We've been there several times; this was not the best. After we were seated, and ordered, two large groups, including kids and a birthday celebration were seated next to us. The noise was awful, and made conversation among our foursome impossible.
The service crossed the line. It was so fast, that we could not finish our salads before the mains were delivered. Salads, with entrees, are bottomless, but we had no opportunity to ask for seconds, because of the harried service. Our checks were presented while we were still eating, and we were not offered coffee or dessert.
The food was very good. All mains were served at the same time, and everything was hot. No problem here.
Even though we are in our 70s, we are still learning to speak up about seating: quiet area, not close to where large groups are expected, away from tables with kids. We'll be back, but will make our seating and service desires known.
The food was great, but the service was not good. The server would forget our items and then would take long to return to the table. It wasn’t super busy so I don’t know what was going on; perhaps she was new? We would go back and try it again.
The other thing is the women’s bathroom needed attention really bad - stalls were out of toilet paper and toilet seat covers - it looked messy and unkept as well.
We've been to Macaroni Grill many times over the years, but it's been a couple of years since our last visit. The food, service and ambience since our last visit was fantastic. The food was especially good as our daughter-in-law's parents are here from Argentina and her Father raved about the steak…and Argentinians KNOW steak! Great job, Macaroni Grill - keep up the stellar work!

Had my work’s Holiday lunch here! Super good service! Our waitress was so nice and got everyone’s order correct; there was 14 of us! It’s a chain restaurant so the food was okay; pretty expensive for “okay” food. Still giving this place full stars though because of how good the drinks were and how good the service was!
I cant believe it and feel like we got served a bait and switch (figuratively) at Macaroni Grill.
They had advertised a 3 course turkey dinner for $24.99 and I made reservations for 6:30 pm. We arrived at 6:20 and guess what? No turkey dinner special. They "ran out" at 5 pm. Seriously? Its Thanksgiving.
Not only that, they won't honor the 3 course special because "they have no turkey to serve." I spoke to both the service manager and the general manager. Wow! My next call will be the District Manager. I don't buy the excuse that they only get what corporate sends.
Offering me money off on a future visit doesn't fly either. Its 6:20 on Thanksgiving. We would have stayed had they honored the special with substitutions. But they weren't willing to do that.
Great Food. Great Service. Our family of 6 had Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone was happy with our experience.
I had spaghetti and meatballs and I loved the sauce. I don't like my sauce thick and this sauce was thin and had lots of flavor.
One in our party ordered the Mahi Mahi with gnocchi only to be told after ordering that they were out of gnocchi. After resolving to include vegetables instead the fish arrived with the middle ice cold and raw in the center. Even after they supposedly cooked it it was still not fully cooked. Been here before but this trip was very disappointing.
Also, the “singer” singing Happy Birthday over and over was painful.
We had reservations at 7:45. Did not get our food until 9:00 and the place was half empty. They ran out of angel hair pasta, penne pasta and Parmesan cheese. Had to find waitress to pay the bill because she’s didn’t come back for at least 20 minutes after we finished our meal. Really disappointing. Macaroni Grill has really lost its touch. Will not be going back
For Italian food it was bland at best. No spice like garlic, basil, rosemary, etc.
The best part of the meal was the appetizer and the dessert.

This was my very first time dining at Romano's Macaroni Grill and I was initially excited as I had heard so many wonderful things about this restaurant. I picked this place for my daughters birthday, I had glanced at the menu online and thought it would be nice to try something new for her birthday. We did have a large party but most of our orders were wrong. My daughters food was too salty, her friends food the under cooked. My son's food had something in I still do not know what it was. It looked like something that would be cleaned out from the bottom of the vacuum cleaner rollers. They re-made his plate but by that time he was disgusted he felt sick and didn't want to eat any longer. It was just one bad experience. At the end when the bills were due we had 4 tabs and each one had an error on it such as food from another party on it. I was disappointed.
Service was the worst

Our experience was less than average. We were seated by the man at the bar, after waiting 10 minutes even though we had reservations. Then there was a spider under the menus, we were moved. Then our salads were soupy, not crisp. Then we received our entrees before we received the soup. The entrees were placed in a warming oven. The soup was luke warm, not hot. Then we received the entrees, mine was not cooked, the pasta was not done! I informed the waitress and she did nothing! We ordered a tiramisu, which we had placed in a to go bowl. Glad to go home. There was chaos from the time we stepped into the restaurant. This has been our go to restaurant when we think of a great place to eat but not this time.
