   Arrived at 6 on a Saturday and was seated promptly with or reservation. Gina our server was fantastic! Both the Pasta Di Mare & Chicken Marsala were perfect and done well. The bread (2 orders) was hot and great as usual. My wife and I had the lobster bisque, it was perfect. Gina was on top of her game and a great representation of the establishment.

   Had to complain at the front counter when they said it would be up to 20 minutes before being seated, even though I had a reservation. Thank you Open Table, they had a table ready within five minutes!

   Theres no point in making reservations here when you have to wait 30 minutes after you show up on time for your reservation to be seated. Given the fact that it was Valentine's Day I understand any restaurant would be busy but encountering a server seating a couple of his friends that were walks ins right away was very disappointing. To top it off, 80% of their servers stay texting on their phone while walking across the dining area. Their food is good, but service definitely needs some improvement.

   Fortunately, the restaurant was not overwhelmed by Valentine's Day. We enjoyed our meal from their special combination menu. Our server, Ali, was very attentive and took the time to answer questions and we never felt rushed by her.

   They have cold air constantly blowing on you - I don’t like that especially in the winter time.

   My only complaint was that having made a reservation I would have expected a nice booth/priority over walk ins. Instead, we still had to wait for our table in the order of arrival and were given an "add on" table in a corner back to back with a very chatty young lady, despite the fact that there was an open booth right next to us, and I already had a headache to boot. However, I expressed my disappointment to the manager and he assured us the next available booth and went out of his way to make us comfortable. I would just suggest they have a better system and prioritize reservations, otherwise, what is the point?

    We have to go out for family holidays, and we understand the sacrifice of workers, having to work the holidays. So we ALWAYS tip generously on holidays. This time was the exception. Our server was so bad that it made an already stressful (with 2 elderly handicapped family members) even more work. Our server was slow, forgot one family member SEVERAL times, and when it came time to split the check made ME organize who had what and SHE STILL GOT IT WRONG! We couldn’t get a full size glass of water for more than one family member. We had to flag her down several times... and she had us ‘remind her of what the options (soup or salad) came with the specials. I appreciate when restaurants are open on holidays, but if I’d rather be at an assisted living facility having dinner than at their place of business, then it is pathetic. On top of which, food wasn’t as good as it normally is.... very disappointing.
