I haven’t been to Macaroni Grill for years, but am so glad we went! My son got Chicken Parm and I got a Salad with Crusted Chicken (get it with Italian Dressing NOT Buttermilk if you want to eat it like an Italian). Server was terrific. It’s a little too dim inside but outside of that, I’ll definitely go back.

We arrived a few minutes early and were seated right away. When making the reservation there was a question regarding the reason for the dinner reservation. I put "anniversary" as it was my partner and I's 8th anniversary. There was never a mention of "Happy Anniversary" from anyone on the staff and in fact it was almost as though no one wanted to mention it. Not sure if this was an isolated incident or perhaps the staff was not comfortable wishing such an event to a same-sex couple. Just wish that since an inquiry as to a special occasion was being asked and answered it would only seem fitting that it was to enlighten the host/hostess and staff of the event and it would have at the least been acknowledged. None the less the food and service was nice.

Disappointed to discover as we arrived that our gift cards are no longer honored. We decided to stay and dine anyway. The food was good, our server excellent.

Waiter dissapeared for 20 minutes after we got drinks and we could see him on his cell phone messaging people. food was good but took a long time to get it. Also had a reservation at 7:15 and got sat at 7:30 are entire party was there. Not busy only 1 other table had people. It was a special occasion (Birthday) and nothing special happened .
