The server, Alex, was excellent
Always good food and good service every time we dine here.
Surprisingly excellent food, big portions, and fantastic service, definitely will return. It is quite loud and raucous, however.
Family get together after football. Great time, great meal and great service. Regardless of which Macaroni Grill you visit you can count on a great experience.
Out waiter was awesome and the food was delicious!
Arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation, they seated us right away. Food came out on reasonable schedule. The food was delivered hot, with the minor exception of my fiancé grilled chicken being overly peppered it was a great meal.
The food was amazing!! Im speechless on the quality, taste, and amount. Pure food perfection! Kim, our waitress, amazing. I have no complaints. We were stuffed and took leftovers which were just as amazing reheated.
I highly recommend the lobster bisque, lobster ravioli and shrimp scampi. And definitely the cheesecake. Even the garden salad was great.
Our server, Todd, made every effort to ensure our visit was enjoyable - and it certainly was!
As soon as I reached for the door handle and it was sticky, I knew we were in trouble. We had to ask for everything and items we ordered were forgotten. The food was mediocre, at best. The only positive thing I have to say is, it’s a good restaurant for kids. The crayons and paper on the table kept our 3 year old entertained through the whole meal.
As always, the food and service was fabulous and the buy one, get one, made it all the more affordable.
We have gone to this location on many occasions and this time was very disappointing. The food was below average and very bland. My husband ordered extra sauce to be baked in with his meal and instead it came out overcooked, dry and sauce on the side. The waitress was not attentive and we were over half way through our meal before she checked on us for us to tell her how terrible the food was. Not sure if we will return
Pasta was very good, but should have been a little warmer.
I have been enjoying Macaroni Grill since it opened and have never been disappointed! The service and food have been consistently five star for years!
It’s also nice to be able to make reservations online.
Very good overall dining experience and the service was exceptional. Alex did a great as our server and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks much!
Excellent food and service. Alex was great
Really enjoyed our time there. It was a 74th birthday dinner for my sister in law and it was a great success. The food was excellent and best of all were the servers who were friendly, efficient and made us all feel comfortable. Thank you.
Great place to eat! We do not have one where we live so it’s nice to be able to enjoy when we are in town.
I so enjoyed our dinner and our singing waiter was amazing!
It brought tears to my eyes....
My husband and I went for a little date night! The food was so good and our waiter, Chris was phenomenal! Definitely going back soon!
Good choice for a good meal. Wait staff very attentive.
The cost of the food versus the service is not comparable! We had to ask 4 time for a side of ranch for our appetizer and by the time we received it the appetizer was cold . I ordered a salad and it was so small lol they had forgotten half of it . We had 4 kids in our party and they brought 2 of the four kids meal while the other two kids were hungry asking where theirs was !
The waitress was missing in action. We will not waste anymore money there !
Always good. Great food and very reasonable prices.
We love this place great Italian foods singing waiters, just a great atmosphere.
The best thing about this restaurant is the server, Melinda. She is awesome!
Our waiter, Max, was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. We don’t go out to eat very often so when we do it is nice to have a good experience. I felt he always was mindful of his tables and we didn’t have to look for him when we needed something....he is a good waiter.
My husband brought me for a Mother's day brunch, and we were seated very quickly. Surprising for how busy they were. The waitress was very attentive, and the food delicious.
Nice place for a good meal. Honor system wine, you can fill your glass without extra charge.
It was perfect for our large... loud family!!
The radio of balsamic to olive oil in the bread dipping mixture was out of balance. Too much vinegar. Preferred ratio is typically 1 part vinegar with 3 parts olive oil. The noise levels were tolerable but, even though we were seated in the back portion of the dining room, they were greater than we would prefer when trying to engage in table conversation.
Requested a table upon reservation
Hostess insisted we take the booth while tables were clearly available. Waiter was helpful and timely. Our guests and us wanted to visit but several families with children sat beside us, even though we had requested a quiet table at time ou f reservation, and upon be seated. Oui!
Only thing of note was a noise coming from the kitchen area every so often. It didn’t bother me but the two women with me noted it every time they heard it.
We had to eait 20 minutes even though we made reservations. They sat a a table of 10 and we were 11 people. When we told them to add one mre table they were trying to squeezed us in until we insisted we wanted one more table to sit confortably
I have eaten at this restaurant many times, most experiences being good ones. However, this was a complete failure. I made reservations for 4 on Easter Sunday primarily because of the excessive advertisement regarding the brunch menu that was being offered for the holiday weekend. Not wanting a huge buffet meal, this sounded like the perfect option. Unfortunately, when we arrived for our 12:30 reservation, it was absolute chaos. We were told there was "a problem in the kitchen, but complimentary drinks and appetizers were available at the bar." When we asked about the comps, we were told there were no longer any appetizers being offered, only Mimosas and Bloody Mary drinks. Since my family doesn't typically drink alcohol, this was of no interest to us. Looking at a restaurant full of empty tables, we asked when they could at least seat us, since more and more people were pouring in with no place for anyone to stand, much less sit down. We were told in no certain terms that NO ONE would be seated before 1:00 pm... no real explanation given. I could not understand why they didn't honor those with reservations with at least a table to wait, including my 88 yr. old mother. People that had been there earlier were leaving in total disgust, saying the wait was long and the food they did eat was awful. The whole situation was spiraling out of control. I called a local restaurant (Lucille's BBQ) who said they could take us right in. Since I couldn't even get close to the front desk to cancel our reservation, we just left. I received a text message from Romano's at approx. 1:25 pm saying they would be able to finally seat us... an hour after our original reservation time. Utter madness and total disappointment for our special holiday celebration. Not sure we'll be back.
We had reservations on Easter for a brunch that they advertised. We sat and waited for over 40 min without any food. As I noticed no one was being served food besides bread and drinks. I asked how much longer til food was ready. Our server said the cooks are behind but it won’t be too long. Then after sitting a total of an hour and 15min I told them we can’t wait any longer because family was coming to our house. The manager never came around apologizing. The entire restaurant was not being served food!! There were no smells of fresh food, no one eating, it was the oddest thing! We sat there hungry and never ate my kids were so patient. Ages 6,10&13!
The timing of order delivery was poor! Things that were ordered at the same time, drinks for example, arrived at vastly different times. The same was true for salads, and entrees. While the restaurant was crowded, that's not an excuse for poor management of table delivery timing, especially at the course level!
Wonderful food and atmosphere! We were in there early at 5:00 so it wasn’t crowded. The Ceasar salad was cold and crunchy.
The Chicken Marsala was excellent and enough for two small dinners. Never been disappointed there!
This time everything...literally everything was xcellent. We stopped dining there a couple years back because the quality of the food as well as the service had really gone downhill. This time I was duly impressed with the changes for the better.
The food was terrible. I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and it was very watery, not much flavor. My niece had macaroni and cheese and it had a weird taste to it. My mother in law had a salad that she seemed to enjoy. I ordered extra sauce on my spaghetti and there was hardly any on it. I was told it already had extra sauce on it but they'd bring me more. By the time they brought the sauce everyone else was almost done. Service was very poor. The food was very overpriced for the quality.
Eaten there well over a 100 times in past 12 years. Worst experience ever this time. Didn't have reservation, no wait staff helped. Took 45 mins to get drink order. My entree arrived before my bar drink and was already cold. Apparently a management change must have occurred. Used 4 $25 valid gift cards but server used one twice which and threw the rest away. Apparently threw away an unused card which left me $25 short. Went for the $40 for two Thursday special and the TWO waiters had no idea what that was and had to leave several times for long periods to figure it out. I really felt like complaining to the manager but we were out to dinner with new friends and didn't want to make a scene. I will go back but if the problems persist I will be done with them. FYI restaurant and bar were not busy at all.
nice people great food
