   First time trying out this place and the food was amazing! The Rosemary bread was super well cooked and just yummy! Every dish that we ordered was perfect, our server Kelly was so personable and nice! The Tiramisu was just perfect. Very few places make it so nice to the point where it just melts in the mouth. Highly recommended!!!

   Mother's Day, not extremely crowded, service was slow and had to ask for everything, silverware,napkins,. We were at a booth by the kitchen there were loud clanging pans people taking very loud, not plesant at all and then slow service on top of that and the restrooms were filthy. I let someone know the restroom needed some care and she just looked at me and kept doing what she was doing. I think from now on we will get take out here, because the food was really good.

   It was Mother’s Day and there were 7 of us so the service was good considering and the food was delicious. I had the Chicken Marsala and my wife had the Salmon… and we split an order of the Calamari. Nice dinner all the way around and we’ll done by the restaurant staff for a crazy busy day! 👍👍

   We made reservations 4 days before our dinner. When we got there we were told our table was given away. They made suggestions on other tables but then a half hour later said they couldn’t make the arrangements we almost weren’t seated we were told the manager will come out and talk to us who never did we felt like we were a bother to the hostesses it took forever to get our food, food wasn’t that great, but the waiter was awesome

   I understand that it was Mother's Day, but still..... Normally when we dine in, meals and service are good. Not this time. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time; drinks were botched; missing appetizers; and my meal was bad. Probably gonna be a long while before we consider returning.

    This is a great restaurant. It's always very quiet at 5:30 when we go. Even when we leave around 6:30, it's busy but not noisy. The food is delicious. My favorite is the Chicken Marsala and I order a side of mashed potatoes. Others in our group enjoyed the Shrimp scampi and loved it. The portions are generous. It's so nice to be able to reserve a table. We will definitely be back soon!

    Horrible service….wine was brought after appetizers. Main courses were brought 1 h after order and was barely warm. Every time the waiter apologized for waiting time. Never ever go to this place anymore……and those paper table covers - just disgusting.

    The food was delicious but the service was the worse I have had in a long time. We were a party of six. One of us had to ask for water numerous times as it wasn’t delivered with the rest. They finally gave up and were given the water of another person at the table because they had also ordered an ice tea. They never did refill our water glasses. One person was brought the wrong wine - a red instead of a white. One person had to ask for their salad as it had never gotten served. Two of the bills were incorrect and had to be redone. We were never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. And at that point we did not.

    Unfortunately, the calimari were not very good. First of all, they were cut way too thinly, and secondly they were overcooked TWICE!! YES, when they replaced the first overcooked one's, the second order was overcooked as well. I suggest you do more research on how to prepare and cook, and present calimari. Other than this the rest of the meal was fine. Thank you for your time. You might think about offering sliced Calimari steaks like Tahoe Joe's used to serve when they were open!!     Hubby had the "build-your-own" spaghetti dinner. He said the veggies and sausage were very good but the ground beef in the meat sauce was in huge chunks instead of being crumbly. Still tasted good though. I went with an odd combo of stuffed mushrooms and Brussels sprouts with Prosciutto and it was fabulous. I wasn't terribly hungry so a 2 appetizer combo worked very well for me. The service was great; maybe because our server was training a newbie and was putting his best foot forward for her. Or maybe he's always like that. Couldn't say for sure since he's never been our server before. Anyway, it was a great date night dinner. Thanks!

    I had reservations for 3 at 11:30. Waitress seated us, hardly any customers at that time, then a large party came in after us. Waitress brought some bread out and spilled the balsamic dipping oil on the table, then we waited 30 minutes and still had to ask for some water! Our waitress was busy elsewhere and couldn't even manage to get us water. Finally a different waitress came by and said she would take our order. Waited quite a while for our food. I had the parmesan crusted chicken salad. Way overdone chicken which I could hardly chew. Won't be going back.

    Well we have been there at least 20 times. It has always been a fun restaurant to go to. Last night it wasn’t fun at all. Horrible table. Moved us to a just as bad table. We were celebrating a birthday. The reservations showed a birthday and we told them when we checked in. They did nothing. The restaurant wasn’t especially busy. We felt rushed and not appreciated.

    We arrived 15” before our reservation and were Seated about 10” after our reservation time. Soup was served cold. Meal was not served until 60” after we ordered. I think it got lost. Then when bill was presented ($105) I presented a $50 Giftcard and server brought back a balance of $68. I had to ask her to back and redo the bill to her the correct balance of $55. I did not ask to talk to manager but I was VERY disappointed on this visit for several reasons.

    We would love to try dinner out again because, it was free spaghetti and meatballs appreciation dinner to the community special. However, not enough staff was on the schedule. Not one staff member had a smile on my faces and greeted anyone sitting around us. The appetizer were forgotten about, we were told they haven’t ever started to cooked them yet. We finished a whole loaf of bread before any water came ti the table. Also our wine didn’t come to us until the middle of our main course. The soup was cold and they forgot the salad dressing. Both of our dinners were cold. The waiter gave us the bill while we were still eating our main course. We had to ask somebody else for a dessert menu to order dessert.

    The place was busy. The atmosphere was good it was very energetic noise levels moderate. Overall I would say the food was good. The service was horrible. I'm seeing all kinds of people getting fresh shredded cheese on their food and not one time does anybody come by and ask us if we want any. Then I asked our waitress why didn't anyone offer us any cheese. She said she already put it on our food for us. Well that's a lie.. I can see and smell cheese. And I did not. Ran out of soda. Horrible service!!! My first and last time going to this place.....

    The manager was nice enough and involved. Poor treatment to everyone by the hostess and especially the bartender. I’ve not seen anything quite like it. The bread was delicious and pasta pretty good. Marinara was runny and the meatballs way smaller than I recalled. I truly miss the Folsom location. The food and and people running it were second to none.

    Wwe were seated, waited almost 10 mins for our waiter she comes over says she didn't know we were her table order pur drinks took another 15 to get. Order appetizer which was about another 20 mins. Every time the waiter came over she was complaint about how many people she was serving, she was always one food outside of the table meaning she was never really just focused on us. Tried to order another drink was informed that their was a sweage back up in the bar so it would take a min (nasty should be closed when you have sweage backing up into the restaurant) which you see the GM pushimg a wet vac between tables of guest who are eatting. finally got our food order placed. We waited about another 40 mins. We both order create your own pasta. When I got my it looked like I ordered off the kids menu literally like 15 noodles on my plate and it was cold. Husband's plate on the other hand was full and was luke warm. Didn't see the waiter again to inform her of the cold food until we asked for the bill which low behold took another 10mins to get cash out. It was just a horrible experience which I will not be returning.

    Our overall experience was not good. It was a Friday night, the server was also a bartender, my friend had a hair in her food. No one checked on us at all. We constantly had to call the server over. They never cleared our table throughout our time so we had a cluttered table. When telling our server about the hair found in my friends food, no apology was given just a “would you like another plate, something else? A refund?” Seriously? Very disappointed with our time.

    I would complain about our server but she was young and inexperienced. Our food runner was great. The manager however, could care less. He did an obligatory trip by our table but asked if we would like cheese, not what was wrong. He also promised to bring something back to our table. Never heard from him again. We have been long time customers but it will be a while before we go back. Give it some time to change managers.

    We had a great time with our friends, the service is great and hadn't degraded yet. The server did stop by multiple times to check on us - this service is becoming scare at other restaurants! Please don't change, please don't implement the "only" QR ordering, etc. and "only" expect hight tips! We'll continue to enjoy this restaurant. Thx
