   Although we made the reservation and called ahead as we were celebrating a retirement, we still had to wait to be seated. I could understand if they were busy, but half these restaurant was empty. They seemed to squeeze our table of seven into an area not made for that many people, again while half tdee restaurant was empty. I had to go back to the hostess and ask if someone was covering our table because no one had come to our table after sitting there for 15 minutes. Someone who was not supposed to be our server ended up helping us the entire night. Food was okay, but it took a long time to get it and we were pretty frustrated by then. We had ordered a cake for the retirement and they never brought it to us, just the check. Was very disappointed when we spoke to the manager and all he said was that he had put a note on our reservation about the cake and didn't know why they didn't bring it. This is the second time we have had an experience like this at this location and I'm not sure we will go back.

   Our server was friendly, however she was not very informative. I ordered a Cesar salad as my meal after our apps, my husband order a pasta dish. His pasta dish came out and she said my salad had to be remade because the cook forgot to put the dressing on the side. By the time my salad came out, my husband was finished and there were no croutons on my salad. I asked about the croutons and she said they must have been out. Well a Cesar salad isn’t much without croutons. I wouldn’t have ordered it had i known. She didn’t apologize or offer me something different. I just ate the lettuce and cheese. I would think after the salad coming out 15 minutes after my husbands meal and incomplete, they wouldn’t have charged me for it, but they did. And the manager never stopped by our table once.

   We had to wait a long time to get our drinks and the lobster ravioli we ordered was cold on the inside of the ravioli’s. The salmon and artichoke dip were really good though.

   This location has changed for the better in the last 6 months. Having management and staff that care really shows at this location.

   Was so excited to go there for my first time. Got right in on our reservation time. Server was very cheerful and smiley. Great bar service. Food left much to be desired. I had the lasagna and the sausage in it was burnt. Could not eat it. My husband had the spaghetti. Looked fabulous but flavor was so-so. Not bad but nothing to brag about. Plenty of other restaurants to go to. Sorry.

   Steve made everything so much fun. The food was great and the service was outstanding!

   No complaints. It’s chain Italian and it fills you up. Good for a quick meal.

    Food was good , service very good. Disappointed that no longer serving decaf coffee, only expresso decaf. Never been to a restaurant that didn't serve decaf
