Good for and nice facility. Overall visit took longer than expected, which dine customers may like for a lunch experience.
The food was great. I got Childs plate and it was perfect amount at a great price. My husband had meatballs and they had great flavor and quantity was great. Always have like Macaroni grill. Had to call because I could not find the location since I am not from the area. The girl that answered the phone was wonderful and very helpful. She even came and talked to us when we finally arrived.
The service was excruciatingly slow and he messed up the orders somewhat. They are close to the Grand Ole Opry - and they know it.
We had a great dinner! The waitress was amazing. The food was fantastic!
Very slow service. Wasn’t busy at time of service. Food is way overpriced and I can make it at home.
our server Nabel was very slow...the employees kept ringing a bell and it was very annoying...it took one hour and fifteen mins to get our food...5 kids meals, one chicken parm, two salads...

We enjoyed eating at Romano's and we enjoy it because it was very close to the Grand Ole Opry and made it very easy to get there on time.
Our waitress Unique was delightful. Attentive and on top of things. And OMG the bread.
The chicken fettuccine Alfredo didn’t taste like homemade. It wasn’t even creamy.
We had to ask the waitress multiple times for bread, sweeten low and tea. She even left the table while we were telling her we had a coupon.
I will never eat at this place again.
The service was great, very kind and courteous. The food was mediocre and lacked flavor. It was rather boring flavors sadly.
Our meals were up to expectation but the pasta was unusually lukewarm. Ivan, our waiter, kindly brought us a fresh, hot replacement.
Five members of my family dined at the Macaroni Grill and 3 out of the 5 meals were subpar. Of the 3, one was brought out at room temperature, the second was a pasta dish that had sat under the heat warmers with little sauce on the pasta of which dried the noodles to a hard consistency. The third dish was mushroom ravioli. It was brought out and the top of it was dried out from sitting under the warmer lights. It never should have been served to a customer. My family and I were on vacation so needless to say it wasn’t one dining experience that my family can say that we enjoyed.
We waited for more than an hour, after placing our orders, for our food to arrive. The food was fine, but the wait was ridiculous. The restaurant was getting crowded, but it had not been crowded at all when we were seated.
Delicious entrees and bread. Great value meal that came with generous portions. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We ordered two drinks, two entrees with salad, and one side—simple order. Our waiter had several tables and did not write anything down so we got the salads after the entrees and never got the side. Other members of the staff delivered all but one item of our order and we rarely saw our waiter until he came to apologize for not doing his job. My wife’s entree and the salads were good but my seafood de mare was so spicy hot that it burned my mouth. Otherwise it would have been very good because it had an ample amount of good seafood and was well presented by the kitchen-see photo below. Overall, this could have been a really good experience but failed due to poor service and one entree that was barely edible because of too much hot pepper.
I celebrated my birthday with my husband and two great friends. Excellent service from the staff on duty and I’d say the best part was when the manager on duty sang “Happy Birthday” in Italian! WOW, what a beautiful voice! Thank you again!
We love this place. Unfortunately this experience wasn't good. Calamari was horrible and needed salt. Food was not good😪
Seating / Hostess could not seat appropriately. We were not asked if we needed refills on water or the unlimited salad. I saw several people walk away because the hostess was either away from the station too long or the wait was too long with several empty tables. The Cincinnati OH location was my favorite restaurant so when I am in a city where there is a Macaroni Grill I try to go. This one needs some help especially during the Saturday dinner rush.
My cousins and I selected this location because it was centrally located and your menu stated you offered brunch and that is what we desired. When we arrived we were told we don’t start brunch until next week. I said but your website says you offer it, and then the server comes back to say they could offer everything but the yogurt and biscuits. Our server took our order and disappeared for about an hour. We had to ask another server about our order and drinks. When our food arrives 45 minutes after it’s burnt, wrong, and not appeasing to the eye nor taste buds. We were then told the Chef called out and the Manager was cooking the food. This explained the 2 hour wait we had before our food came out, they had to work a hand plan. Some of us ate our food some didn’t get any food because it was horrible. I mentioned to the server that he should have just told us the Chef who prepares the Brunch is out today and I would suggest the Lunch menu. I would have rather the truth than them being in the kitchen winging it. For many of us it was our first experience at Macaroni Grill (6 out of the 8) and none of us will visit again.
It’s was understaffed so our waiter was having to serve too many tables all over the restaurant which led to delays in food and having to remind him of orders and to bring our stuff out like soup and bread.

Felt like we were in a Cool Hand Luke movie as waiter kept calling my husband boss man
Salads and bread arrived—no balsamic vinegar dipping sauce offered
Then less than five minutes entrees arrived—no freshly grated cheese offered
Then soup arrived because it just got done
Dining should be an experience and enjoyable. I felt rushed as we were out of there within 40 minutes or less.
Food was good, bland but good. One dish was missing the mozzarella and I mentioned to the waiter and he brought back a container of cold mozzarella...oh well
Received email from corporate and they stated, From your comments it is clear we did not deliver on either of these expectations. I have personally spoken with my General Manager, as well as the manager on duty that day, to ensure issues such as the ones your described will not happen again. They did offer to make all well, but we aren’t about that—just need a pleasant dining experience.

It took about 45 minutes to be seated. They may have been short staffed, there were about 10-12 tables that were covered in dirty dishes and left over food that needed to be bussed and i only saw 1 busier the entire night who definitely didn’t seem to be in any type of a hurry.
Our food was either incorrect, nothing but wilted brown lettuce, or the pasta was under cooked. My husbands soup was even brought to him in a freezing cold bowl.
Our server, however was fantastic and tried to go above and beyond to make sure we were okay.
The food was ok at best, when it arrived it was obvious it was sitting under a heat lamp as the sauces on the plate had started to crust. The service was ok, he did not visit the table enough to check on us and we had to repeatedly ask for items from other employees.
The restaurant was very short staffed. We waited about 20 minutes past our reservation before we were seated, which consisted of the hostess showing where our table was. We had to seat ourselves. Waited for menus and eventually went to the hostess desk and got them ourselves. Our waiter was very nice but had more tables then he could cover.
My pasta was lukewarm when I received it.
While our waiter was nice the food was horrible. The chicken Marsala, spaghetti with meatballs, spaghetti with bolegnese and salmon with asparagus were all equally as disappointing. The first order of asparagus was so charred it appeared to been placed directly into the fire while the replacement was under cooked. I do not recommend this place!
The service was fine; however, the food was not that good. Our friends’ salmon was over cooked. The spinach & artichoke dip was bland. My Penne Rustica was not that good.
We dined here for a birthday meal before going to the grand ole opry. We had 4 people and the table was very small square with each of us on our own side. So small that we couldn’t even have our drinks and appetizers on the table comfortably. Then they brought the main dishes out before clearing the app plates. I stacked them and had to hold them while they placed the meal plates down so they could take them from me. The food itself tasted fine even though the chicken parm was a little burnt on the edge of both the dinner plate and the trio plate but we didn’t point it out to them because we don’t like sending food back.
The food was amazingly fresh and we enjoyed our dinner!
Pretty ordinary food, good menu variety, but a really weak beer selection.
A step up from fast food Italian like Fazolis, definitely not fine dining. Prices were reasonable. I was there with family and it worked well for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Needed a place to walk to for dinner between our GOO tour at 3, and GOO Radio Show at 7....this worked perfectly for that!
In the past we have dined there many times. The food I ordered was not very good. It was penne rustica and was so dry I could hardly eat it. There was very little of the chicken and shrimp, so it was mostly just pasta. Three of us had that item, one had a better selection of some chicken and spaghetti. Disappointing experience.
The service was poor, my order was not right, and the food was less than flavorful. My husband’s pasta was dry and hard.
What a dud! We were in town at a convention nearby and went here mainly because Macaroni Grill has closed in our hometown, St Louis, and we had fond memories. This location was very disappointing. I knew what I was going to order before I got there, the Penne Rustica, and sadly it was dry and overcooked. The bread that we used to love was cold and stale. We didn't bother to take home the left overs. The neighboring table sent their entree back three times. Highly disappointed.

Food was good but it took forever to be able to pay our bill.
The problem with this restaurant is the location. It’s in a mall and the set up makes the ambiance more like a cafeteria. Most tables are all in the middle of the restaurant lines up like a school cafeteria. It was noisy and there were a LOT of in-bussed tables. After standing in line waiting for the hostess, we decided to go sit at the bar. The ambiance was much nicer (quiet) and the bartender was great. She gave us excellent service. Food was good and very reasonably priced.
Very disappointed that I made a reservation but had to sit in the bar area seating. The dining room wasn't even half full.
Service was slow. The music was too loud. Had chicken Parmesan, not bad but the spaghetti was dried out and not warm at all.
Ivan is a crown jewel and the reason we keep coming back. The grilled salmon was amazing
