They were closed and we were not notified of this. I we still able to make reservations and all.

The restaurant went out of business the day before our reservation. It was locked up. What a disappointment as would have made other plans if we had known

The food and service was not good. They also didn’t have coffee as their coffee maker was “broken”. Food was greasy and unappealing.

The staff who were there were nice and working hard, but they were WAY understaffed. Also, we were told when we arrived that the reservation system "isn't working" and our table for 2 was not reserved and it would be a 30 minute wait (even though it was not busy there at all; they were just that understaffed). We ended up sitting at the bar. The food was good once it came out. Has potential but needs to hire many more staff to be functional.

We stopped in for an early dinner before attending the KLOVE awards. The waiter informed us that they were understaffed today and asked us to be patient. They did a great job despite the lack of help. Food was good and the wait staff worked hard to make it an enjoyable experience. They did a good job.

I’m angry. I scheduled a reservation with you and It was a time the restaurant was closed. It was a graduation party.

Not too bad… but not too good either. We chose this place because it was close to the Grand Ole Opry!

Our server was very helpful and very friendly. My mother-in-law's food was a little cold. We sent that back for a hot meal. It did take a long time for the replacement. I actually think it took longer than it did initially.

Service was slow. Bread arrived moments before entree and then salads arrived. Drinks were not refilled. Entrees were Luke warm. Very disappointed.
