Romano's Macaroni Grill - Opry Mills
We had a wonderful server, even though the ambience was a Macaroni Grill attached to a mall. The food was excellent.
Everything was great but only one waiter for the whole restaurant. He did a great job but I’m sure he’s exhausted
Convienent location, good food, fast service, friendly staff
Well serve our purpose of eating someplace nice and within walking distance to The Grand Ole Opry. Food was good the service not so much. Not one Holiday decoration in the tire place and it was Christmas Day.
Went for Christmas dinner. Everything was nice.
It's a great place to eat. The food was fabulous! A small group of us were there to celebrate a friend's birthday and when our waitress, Cami found out. She brought our friend a free dessert and sang a beautiful Italian birthday song!
Very Covid responsible and socially distanced. Great service! Food was average compared to other locations.
Overall good experience. Staff was helpful and responsive ... for a mall restaurant. This is not fine dining but it was a good option while at OM. We were there during "Covid" so it was partial occupancy ..... given that service was somewhat rushed as staff was trying to turn tables or it may have been because it is in a shopping mall they think people want to get in and get out quickly. I think they did a great job balancing level of service... Food was great. People were pleasant... Would go back.
Great! Able to accommodate a family dinner with a vegan. Thank you!
calamari,Caesar salad, Mama’s trio, and “build your own pasta” was delicious;the service was superb;the tables were sanitized between each group;social distancing was executed perfectly
Came here for Thanksgiving...always have a great experience here!
from the time we sat down til the time we left was almost 3 hours.
We were headed back home after a stay in Nashville. Great service and food. Social distancing was managed well and we had a lovely experience overall.
Everything was great! Our server was very attentive and entertaining. My only call out is that the prices have increased a bunch. Probably Covid fallout, but it will limit how many times will eat there.
It was much brighter than other Macaroni Grill’s I’ve been to in the past. Pretty generic ambiance.
Food was great, however there were not enough servers to give reasonable and prompt service.
Great food. Service was very slow.
Our server was great, very clean. The manager help me with the wine list very helpful.
We had to wait an extraordinary amount of time for an initial greeting and for water. I do not blame our server. But I believe it the fault of management for not staffing properly on a weekend.
Spaghetti sauce not as good as it used to be. Looked kinda thin
Due to the tornado they were out of two things that wanted. One big negative was the hostess who was chewing gum and pulling it out with her fingers as we arrived and some during our meal. Our waitress was outstanding.
Great food and service! Restaurant was a little loud due to a large children’s birthday group sitting near us... otherwise it was a perfect evening!
Salmon and shrimp scampi were fantastic!
Romano’s was a great place to have dinner with my husband on valentines. The music was great and the ambiance was amazing. The staff was amazing also and the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely visit again and recommend it to friends and family
Very disappointed with the food - service was good
Our server was very attentive, the food and wine was delicious, and I thought the Valentine's Day dinner special was a good deal.
Valentine’s Day dinner
The service was very good. The food was small portions and mediocre at best. Ambiance was nice. Then...the drunk girls walked in...lol.
Food was great but there were irritating little bugs flying around my wine the whole time! Had to swat them with my hand which was not pleasant
We had reservation but they seated us by bar. Waitress was nice but seemed frazzled at times. Gave our appetizer to wrong table. Ice tea refill had no ice so we asked for glass of ice and she forgot to bring so we asked for again. Food took a long while and my husband ordered pork chop and was good but in ordered the ricotta meatballs and spaghetti and it was terrible. Meatballs very dry and the Bolognese sauce tasted like chili. Usually a good restaurant but not this time. Not sure I would go back to this location.
First time at Macaroni Grill was awesome! Our serve Jonathan was very personable and relatable — we loved having him as a server and the Recommendations that he gave
The food was good, but the waiter did not know the menu and did not know simple Italian words like Milano. I am sure that it is just one not well-trained person and otherwise the restaurant is good.
My two children and I were on vacation in Nashville. We were staying at the Opryland Hotel. I used Open Table to make reservations at 7:45 pm for dinner. The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived at 7:30; however, the hostess informed us that the servers were busy at the moment and asked that we return in 15 minutes. This was on NY day and only 5 servers were working. The restaurant was not full. I was looking at several empty tables; however, we were asked to come back in 15 minutes.
It was New year’s eve. They were not that busy but they seemed short handed. There were a lot of dirty tables waiting to be bussed. Our server was nice but it took a while to be waited on.
Food tasted good but soup was lukewarm. Our appetizer was forgotten so we canceled it after our entrees came.
Our server was rude from the second we were seated, and once our dinner came out, he completely disappeared. The kitchen was out of several things, including gluten free pasta, so our person with a gluten allergy was rudely told her only option was steak and potatoes. It took forever to get our food, and when it finally came out, numerous plates were cold.
good food-not great-service was good even with a very limited staff on a holiday. It was a little noisy but it is an Italian restaurant, its supposed to be. The value was ok may even be a little over priced for the amount of food but we got plenty.
Wow. I know they were busy (NYE) but at 6 they had run out of the ravioli apps. They Gabe me broken pieces of bread in the bruschetta—I mean fragments. Stuff came out cold. They were clearly under staffed Used to love stopping here after work when I lived closer. Not worth going out of my way. I wasn’t charged for some stuff, but that’s not fair to a server who has to deal w it. Very sad.
They were short staffed and packed which is understandable, but the hostess was rude. The service was decent, but our food was no good at all. Maybe they rushed cooking it due to them being busy. I would have rather waited longer on food than waste our money on food that was not enjoyable to eat.
Waiter seemed preoccupied and UN organized
Line was long, but because we had made the Open Table reservation, we were seated promptly. Ordered from the special fixed price menu. My grilled salmon and wife’s chicken scallopini were served hot and delicious. About half the tables were empty, but again that did not affect us. Nice (and over worked) server got a tip worthy of Christmas Day. Just don’t go without reservations!
