We had a 615 reservation but did not get seated until 635. They seemed short staffed. I had the turkey dinner which only came out lukewarm. The stuffing was soggy and the broccoli was too hard for me to eat. I ordered a second drink but the waitress forgot to put the order in for it. She was very friendly though. We wanted the pumpkin cannoli but they were out of both. Everything was just ok. Most meals you have to pay for a salad. I wouldn’t be able to afford to go back.

Turkey dinner on Thanksgiving 2023 was truly awful. Turkey itself was ok but Caesar salad and gravy had a nasty, bitter flavor. Potatoes were bland. No rolls. Regular menu looked at little better. And it took 2+ hours. We'll never be back.

Food was good and service was very good. I would have loved to see the return of the wood-fired pizza to the menu, especially since Romano's Macaroni Grill was purchased by a different corporation this past summer.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal. The food was hot,fresh, very good. Our waitress was experienced with multiple tables at once, she did a good job . I believe her name was Jen .She kept our drinks refilled continuously, fresh bread with a great attitude. The cook's did a fabulous job with the presentation and flavors of the food .

Ate there for the Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Everything was good. Service was just a little slow, understandable for the holiday. Beautiful environment, a little high-priced. I wish they used more sustainable containers for take-outs and leftovers (paper rather than plastic).

Server did not write down order, and then 2 meals were wrong. Server forgot about our salads. Server spilled a coke on my daughter and didn't even bring a napkin. Two of our four meals were cold. Server never asked about our meals or gave us any refills on drinks.

Great evening for our family. Food was great. Service was really amazing. Our waiter had been there for over 20 years and loves the place. We dampens lots apps and then entrees arrived. It was a lot of food and felt some entrees were a. It “heavy”. I would lighten up in portion size and butter! Bud great experience!

What should we expect it was Mother’s Day. Open table reservation for 7 pm. Ot was 15 min before we were acknowledged at the table. Our order was not taken until 7:44. The hostess and waitress were apologetic but there was not a manager in sight. They were too understaffed to have taken our reservation and the manager should have come to the table to apologize.

The menu had a lot of choices. The chicken scallopini was perfect. Chicken was flavorful and tender. We had great service. Starting with delicious bread and Bellinis YUM. My new go to for Italian. Was so pleased. The table next to me had the chicken parm and it looked amazing. My husband got the chicken caprese and he enjoyed it to!

I understand inflation, but $18 for 20 cents worth of pasta & 30 cents worth of pesto? Oh, can’t forget the $1 bread. And it wasn’t even hot- room temperature. Maybe if it were fabulous, but mediocre at best. They need to step up their game.

Start at the parking lot, it looked like a war zone huge pot holes ext. Then the building itself was in bad condition run down nasty to look at needs immediately attention. Inside the bathrooms were old dirty and nasty. The menu wasn’t up to date didn’t have certain items then the food was terrible no flavor and overpriced.Don’t ever go there!

Dinner was great. Service was okay. Waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed. A good runner brought us our pasta dishes and didn't offer any cheese. By the time our server came back we were half finished. Asked her for cheese and think she forgot for another 5 mins or so. All in all good, would have been nice to get our cheese when the food arrived.

My meal came out after a bit of a wait and it was cold. I told the server and she had them make me a new one which was excellent. She did take care of it immediately but cold food should never be sent out. I blame the kitchen.

we were welcomed warmly, and seated immediately even though most of our party wasn’t there yet. Our Server took our drink order, offered bread and appetizers for while we were waiting for the rest of our group to arrive. She was very attentive from start to finish, super friendly and very efficient! All of the sstaff went out of their way to make things very enjoyable for our group. We will definitely be back.

Nice server. Just too many tables. Big table behind us remained unbussed for entire meal. Gross. Had to go to other tables to get utensils and napkins. Salmon overcooked. Pasta cold. Bathrooms were old gas staionish. Not sure why anyone would eat there twice.

We made a reservation via OpenTable for 7. When we arrived they would not acknowledge the reservation in any way shape or form. the Hostess says that They do not accept open-table reservations. we did get a table after a half-hour wait. Service was good but my food was cold—and generally not all that great.

Could not have been more disappointing. We had a 6:45 reservation. The restaurant was full but not enough wait staff to accommodate. We were asked if we would take a high top in the bar for dinner. We were told that 2 servers were working the bar that evening. After being seated it took 45 min before anyone approached our table. Was finally brought bread and water. Never saw a server. Our order was taken by the bartender who wrote it down on a corner of the paper table cloth with a crayon and then ripped it off. The food was poor. 3 of 4 dishes lacked an ingredient. At best warm. I will not be going back to Macaroni Grill.

Server did the bare minimum, didn’t bring bread/oil (or offer it) never checked back after dropping off our food. Never offered drink refills. Dropped the check off and we had to flag him down to ask for a dessert menu. Edit: The restaurant GM reached out to me directly, he was very professional and kind. I will certainly give the restaurant another chance.

Ate there on Christmas Day. Food and service were good. However, we asked to be seated further back in the restaurant. We were told that our seats were preassigned. Our table was next to the kitchen area and one of the first up front. There was a lot of yelling about the orders from the cooks. In addition, every time the front door open, we had a rush of cold air on us.
