Waitress didn’t take off coupon amount until we pointed it out to her. She had to go back and redo it.
Prior to this, we ordered lobster bisque soup as a starter and she brought tomato basil. After telling the waitress, she insisted that it Was lobster bisque...it wasn’t!
She also brought the main course before we even had a few spoonfuls of the soup. We chose to eat the main and had to take the soup home as a result. We let the manager know of these errors and he brought the soup in a to go container, didn’t offer to take it off the bill.
The experience left a bad taste in our mouths and we won’t be returning as a result.
One of my favorite places to go for some good Italian food. The service is always excellent and the food was exceptional as always. Hope to visit again soon
Just wish you had more offers!
Seating sometime near the cooking area
Can be loud.
Sadly I was the only one in my party to enjoy lunch. I had a great salmon with a side of truly delicious or so with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. No one else was happy with their meal. The service was excellent without a doubt and of course the ambience is very nice and The restaurant is well decorated. There was no one else in the restaurant for most of the time we were there so the noise level was very quiet. Are used to love ROMANO’S MACARONI GRILL but it just didn’t please the rest of my party.
Server too busy, food not hot, sauces pasty tasting. A disappointment for Fathers Day celebration.
I was not at all happy with this place. We were seated where there was a broken fan so we were freezing cold and seated next to a pile of stacked chairs where we could barely squeeze in to sit and service was horrible. Had to constantly ask for things. Food was cold and just not enough for the price. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here ever again
Great food. Derek did a good job with us! Forgot they had brunch! Menu looks amazing.
Food was ehhh. My sons pizza came burnt but they had already fired another one for us. Service was ok.
Great experience. Guy was a great server. We will be coming back for sure.
First of all, I want to say that we use to eat here often and it was always very good. This time I was highly dissappointed!
I booked brunch for Mother's Day. The menu looked amazing and I was excited. My BF and I were seated quickly. The waitress came by and asked for our drink order quickly. I ordered water for the table and my bf ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp. My parents arrived and we all ordered our drinks and then our meals.
We were never brought bread yet all the other tables were getting offered bread so I asked for some. The waitress dropped off the bread and walked away, we poured the oil and were never offered the vinegar.
Our drinks from the bar never did come and i had to ask for those also. The waitress cam back and asked questions that did not apply to my drink and verified my dads drink. She apparently had not even put our order in! The Bloody Mary looked nothing like the picture or the description, but she did tell us that the bar was out of bacon...on Mother's Day, seriously? We waited a very long time for those drinks and even longer for the food. I don't think she had entered our order for the food either. I watched table after table be sat, eat and leave before we had our food.
I ordered the Avocado toast and my dad had the hash, both of which came out barely warm and earlier that the other 2 orders. The egg was sunnyside up which he didnt ask for, in fact, he wasnt asked about his egg at all. My mom and bf ordered the eggs benedict which came out incorrect. My moms was supposed to be egg medium hard with pesto and the other one was over easy with lemon sauce. The hard egg was on the lemon sauce and the potatoes on both plates were luke warm.
All of this for $101!! I don't think so... Highly disappointed!
Food was awesome 👍🏻we always get the Brussels 😋our entrees were fish & 🍝 always a winner
Gary was our server ~ did us well*stars 2U!!
Husband's food wasn't as hot as usual but everything else was exceptional. Bartender did a great job, we will probably request him again!
Not right now it was understaffed for Easter the Service even though understaffed was impatient and not accommodating at all. They missed a couple of dishes some of the food was sub par like soup not fully blended through the dip didn’t have enough cheese . Pretty poor experience
Overall the experience at Romano's Macaroni Grill was awesome for our 50th Wedding Anniversary ! Our waiter, who also was the bartender for the restaurant, wasn't very attentive to our needs as I expected. Next time I will request a person that is on the regular wait staff. Also nothing special like a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate our special day from this restaurant but it still was nice!
We were the only table in the restaurant, and the food came out at various times and it was not all that hot
Love this location! Everytime we come in we have great service and the menu items we love are consistent. Just found out they have brunch so we are trying it out soon!
I’d bypass Henderson and go to Fadhion Show. Maggiano’s is so, so much better. Service was poor. This was a business lunch.
There weren’t many people in the restaurant. One of our party ordered the soup/salad. Look sad. My salad was delivered well behind the other 3 meals. It was drenched with aweful dressing. Everything tasted wilted, old , and it was just bad.
Our server was absent, at best.. he definitely didn’t want to be there.
We celebrated 2 birthdays and had a total of 8 guests. table was nice and secluded in a quiet spot. the service was very slow. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Our waitress came and took 2 peoples drink order and left and didn't come back for at least 15 minutes to take the rest and then anoterh 10-15 minutes to come back and take our order. We spent a total of 2 hours in the restaurant.
We had a party of 14... they do an excellent job with big parties! Great service and yummy food!!
Had us waiting for 30 mins before they told us it was gunna be an hour and a half wait had to go the the macaroni grill on rainbow and lake mead where they had excellent service and we where sat down as soon as we got there. Excellent food and the waiter kept up with everything over at rainbow and lake mead location.
Our waitress is attentive but the food is just not good. We ordered the Calamari although it was hot, they over fried it and it is so crunchy. My spaghetti with meatballs came cold and the meatballs were very cold. I complained to our waitress and her first question is “how cold is it, frozen cold?” So, I touched the halved meatballs and advised her, it is very cold, maybe not frozen, but it just got thawed!! The waitress apologized and said that she will ask them to make a new one. When I finally got my food back, I did not eat it because it looks like they just put it in the microwave. Ver disappointing.
We had Dania as our waitress last night and had a great time! This is definitely are fave place in Henderson! :)
OpenTable is great. No waiting even on Friday night.
Seriously terrible. Bread took forever, service was very slow. Food time was over an hour for 2 people. No managers in sight. Food was cold, dry and flavorless. I am so disappointed.
The restrooms were dirty and seemed ran down.
I did not catch our waiters name, but we have had him before and he is attentive, informative and professiojnal!
HAVE TO BE HONEST....HAVE NOT BEEN THERE IN YEARS. HAD A GIFT CERT...GUY OUR WAITER WAS OUTSTANDING... THE CALAMARI WAS GREAT AND SO WAS THE GELATO. THE WINE (HOUSE) WAS DECENT. YOU WERE OUT OF THE PORK CHOP WHICH MY FRIEND HAD WANTED. HE SETTLED FOR A STEAK AND POTATO DINNER....STEAK HAD GOOD FLAVOR BUT VERY TOUGH AND NOT A GOOD CUT OF MEAT. THE CAESAR SALADS TASTED LIKE THEY WERE OUT OF A BAG WITH STORE BOUGHT CROUTONS....BREAD WAS GOOD.
I WOULD ONLY GO BACK BECAUSE OF GUY....NOT THE FOOD.
We went on Christmas Day at 4 pm thinking it would be early enough to miss the crowd. Everyone must have thought the same thing. I think they were understaffed. We were seated right away, had a waitress take our drink order right away but took a bit to get them. She took our food order but it was 45 minutes before it was served and then they missed one person's order and had to wait another 20 minutes to get it. The waitress kept apologizing and comped the missed meal. But the restaurant should have planned ahead with enough staff. The food was good and was hot when we got it. Once in a while while waiting someone came by and asked if we needed drinks. My husband's coffee was only filled once while we were there.
The lobster bisque was a joke! it was nothing more than tomato soup with over cooked hopefully lobster pieces. tasted more like shrimp. WE had to ask for side plates and stainless ware. Our beverages took forever to be delivered and my tea didn't have the cream I requested. My lamb shank was tender and satisfactory. The sauce was over bearing the meat and that is all I tasted. The mashed potatoes were lumpy and undercooked throughout the serving. I cannot in all honesty recommend your establishment to people who are looking for a great dining experience. respectful regards, Steph Banko
Always a great time here! We love the opera singer and Aubrey is the best waitress there!
Waitress Denise is fantastic. Chef gets an aplus..
Their Thanksgiving dinner was awesome and only $25 for 3 courses. Good value and tasted great! Had Favian for our server and he did a great job, very happy and outgoing. Restaurants need more employees like him! The restaurant was decorated beautifully as well! We will be back!
A very tasty dinner with something for everyone. A fine selection of regular menu items plus a Thanksgiving menu for those wanting a more traditional meal. Very glad they were open and well-prepared for the crowd with plenty of service personnel who were attentive and pleasant.
I was so happy to find out that besides the offered Thanksgiving menu, you could order off the regular menu. I was quite happy with that given restaurant turkey can never compare to a home cooked meal. I started with a salad with Caesar dressing. The restaurant was not serving its traditional Caesar salad given the romaine lettuce situation. Then I had chicken Marsala which came with capellini. The chicken was moist and delicious. Considering it was a holiday the restaurant staff were delightful and really made you feel welcome as a guest although they were working on a holiday. Extra kudos to The Manager who came around filling up soda glasses and bussing tables. That’s a Manager that really sets a team atmosphere. I ate at a different restaurant last year, that I would never go back to. My friend and I really enjoyed everything about this dining experience and most likely will he back next year!
Ordered porterhouse and the server did not know what sides came with the $30.00 steak? Also ordered lobster ravioli and the same server Guy, brought it out cold, yes plate was cold ravioli was hard and cold. Will never come back here and will advise anyone not to go to this place. The server took the plate of lobster ravioli and 5 minutes later came back with the $20.00 ravioli microwaved! Are you kidding?
One of our party ordered an appetizer as an entree which didn't arrive until after we had finished our meals (which were not hot) and even after complaining to a manager it took another 20 minutes. The appetizer was also served cold and was inedible. No drink refills were ever offered. The service was the worst any of us had ever experienced.
All our food was luke warm. My wife's Pasta Milano had maybe one piece of chicken in it, pasta was way overcooked, and the dish was cold.
We were extremely disappointed.
Restaurant had only a few customers and it took over 30 minutes to receive our order of two salads. Our server said the kitchen was having problems with the chicken and that other people have been walking out. Once the salads did arrive, the chicken seemed undercooked. Will not be coming back.
Had to wait to be seated not busy at all
Air conditioning was not working very hot
