Poor service & mediocre food. Not worth the money
The only problem was it seemed like that were out of a lot of the items on the menu. With Valentines Day I could see how this was possible. The Manager made it right. We will definitely go back again. We live in St George, UT and this is the closest location.
Waited 45 minutes for lunch to be served. We mentioned to the server we were there for lunch and had to get to the office with in an hour. We ended Being there for and hour and a half. Each person’s entree was brought individually at a time. The server was nice but horrible timing and we had to ask multiple times for water then bread and refill on drinks. Other tables who arrived after us were served before us. I love the food but I will never dine in again I will order out only to ensure I don’t have to wait. Too bad. Never again even if it was free.
The atmosphere was energetic, not in a good way. Older kids in the booth next to us climbing back and forth into the adjacent booth and jumping up and down on the cushions prompted me to ask to move. The waitress seemed irritated at my request. Calamari was cold, order came out wrong. Served fries instead of soup. Waiter brought the soup and tried to act like the (cold) fries were a bonus. Commented that they were not eaten. Soups were not great. I got lobster bisque, my daughter got tomato basil. She said it tasted like spaghetti sauce. My daughter pointed to the full size entree when ordering, however, she was brought the lunch half and half. That was fine because the food was not great. I got the caprese sandwich. That was actually pretty good.
I was not very happy with the restrooms, one stall was not flushed, the next one was new toilet paper roll, but I was unable to get it started ( the person who reloads should start the roll off) and the handicapped stall had a dirty diaper laying out and the toilet wouldn’t flush, really kinda of ruined my experience
Our server was Jacob and he was absolutely wonderful. very helpful, informative and happy. I am on a restricted diet, and he offered me substitutions and made many suggestions.
Horrible restaurant run out of appetizers . Silverware glass and sit and table dirty
Waitress and manager do not want it totally to us because they were busy. Caos in the kitchen . People waiting long time for their food. I will be reporting to the health district and Romania maccorini grill corporate office. We left the restaurant right after we order . Soup bowls nasty and soup spill all over.
The food was not quality and tasteful. There were tables around us left dirty not bussed not a very pleasant feeling. It seems the quality has gone down the excellent food no longer sad.
it’s been years since i’ve been here. i don’t think i’ll be back after tonight. the service tonight sucked and they were not busy when we got there at 5:30. we ordered as soon as the waiter got to us. when my lobster bisque arrived, it was cold and i had to send it back. my pasta milano was cold around the edges, which means it was sitting there for a while before it was brought to the table. i didn’t want to be that person who sends everything back, so i ate it and it was salty. our waiter was not attentive and i had to get his attention a few times. it took more than 10 minutes for me to get my credit card back. by the time we left, it was after 7 and this meal should not have taken that long for a party of 2.
We had reservations on 12/25/2019 for 3 people at 6:30 pm at the Macaroni Grill in HENDERSON, NV. The restaurant was slammed. When we arrived at 6:25 pm for our 6:30 pm reservation, we were told that reservations were running 30 minutes late and walk-ins had a one hour wait. We were seated at 7 pm. The servers were very busy and obviously exhausted but trying to remain cheerful. No one told our server that we had been seated, so our drink orders were taken about 15 minutes after we sat down. Our non- alcoholic drinks arrived about 15 minutes later. About 30 minutes after that, we had to flag down a server to ask for bread because it had not been served yet. We ordered our salads and entrees (two people in our party had to order a second choice entree because their first choice entrees were sold out) and our salads were served about 8 pm. Our entrees were served at 8:30 pm. Two steak entrees were very over cooked (were ordered rare and medium rare) and had to be sent back. The new steaks were both very rare and bloody. The person who ordered his steak medium-rare could not eat his bloody rare steak, so he did not eat dinner.
We made reservations and when we arrived 15 minutes early we were told reservation were pushed back one hour. The place had open tables and the hostess who really is the incompetent person of the evening making an easily manageable night a tangled mess of angry patrons. As all the reservations were waiting for exact seating arrangements by said hostess she proceeded to seat a walk-in party of six.... clearly there was almost mutiny and the manager had to be called over as she had also been telling all other walk-in that it’s a 2 hour wait... her excuse was she had a booth that would fit them. My husband proceeded to ask her (he’s the chill one) why this happen and when could we with out 30 minutes past reservations could expect a table and she basically brushed him off with a there are 2 ahead of you. Husband proceeded to get us a second glass of wine and told the bartender what was up and he had one 4 top in his section, he went over to hostess to say he was seating us at that 4 top and proceeded to ignore her objections (table was empty the entire time we have been there). Hostess then tells me there is a party ahead of us, I looked at her like she had six heads. Bartender then spoke with manager and hostess was removed from the front of the house. The bartender and our server Dustin saved the night and dinner ended up tasting very good.
Christmas Dinner was very relaxing and fun becaue of our Fantastic, Professional, Joyful waitress SALLY!!!Sally checked on us frequently and we enjoyed her a lot! Things were backed up because of a large crowd but that did not bother us because of all the attention Sally gave us. I felt sorry for all of the employees as they had to work with a shortage of tables and supplies. Before we were seated, I went to the bar to order 2 beers. The first bartender was very annoyed that I was there asking him what was the darkest beer available as he was busy waiting on other vustomers - then a man (I am a 4'9", 96 lb, 74-year old lady) came to order at the bar and he gave him his order right away. (Ggrrr lol) BUT THEN another bartender arrived nmed DUSTIN and although he was also very busy, he immediately waited on me answering my queation and we chatted while he was doing that. DUSTIN gets an A+ just like SALLY! (Side Note: My husband has to pull a arge oxygen tank and he noticed a lot of trash on the handicap ramp waking out of the restaurant. Maybe the winds blew it in.)
Sorry this is so long..... All in all, a very nice Christmas Dinner experience.
Hostess was awful, poor communication, poor communication about wait times, waited 50 minutes passed reservation time to be seated. She seated people who walked in after us, before we were seated. Seating was only expedited after speaking with management.
Server was good, food was good, only things that saved the meal.
We arrived on time and were told we had to wait 30 minutes. While waiting, people were complaining all around us. Seated with no food after 2 hours, take out orders not prepared after an hour wait, etc. We ended up leaving!!
It was Christmas and even though it was super busy it didn’t take away from the service we received.

It's been quite a while since we've eaten at this Macaroni Grill in Henderson. It seemed a little chaotic and slow for their Christmas day service. Our server seemed out of sorts and distracted. In honesty, it kind of felt like the "2nd string" servers were working on Christmas day. We heard plates being dropped & broken several times while were were there waiting/eating. We ordered salads with our meals but the entrees came out before the salads did so we just canceled the salad orders. Food was good as expected however not the same Macaroni Grill caliber of service and quality that we've experiences in years past. It wasn't a bad experience per say but it definitely wasn't a great experience that's for sure.
Our server was great! Very attentive to our needs and got our orders correct (some of us are particular on what we like so thank you for your patience). Nice, friendly atmosphere! Food was good and definitely coming back for happy hour!
Waited for food for over an hour. Really wasn't that busy in there either. People who came in after us already ate and left by the time we got our food. Did waiter forget to put in order? Was order lost in the kitchen? I don't know, but I do know won't be going back there again
Waited 20 minutes to be seated, even with reservations. Food came out at different times, so no one ate together. We did have 12 people in our party. Server was great
We were there on Christmas Eve, and they were busy! Same tasty food and good service.
Service was very bad and food was bad as well. Some dishes were even cold. Maybe they were just having an off night.
Had tomato basil soup which was super salted but more importantly i think it was their tomato sauce. Fettuccine was so so nothing I’d go back for. The ambience was bright and empty (customers) cold. Playing bad music that was not Italian. Occasionally a Italian song would play followed by a X-mas tune in which a waitress would start singing! Awful!
Tabatha was our server. She was great! Friendly and sweet.
Waiter didn’t write down our order and brought us the wrong main course. Never received the wine we ordered. They were out of lamb which is what one of us wanted. They never cleared our table we had dirty dishes under fresh dishes.
I went to Thanksgiving here last year; food and service was great. This year the service was terrible: started when server spilled vinegar on table and didn’t bother cleaning it up and this happened twice. One person ordered traditional turkey meal, which came with a starter salad. After about 20 minutes we had to ask receptionist to find out where the salad was as the waiter hadn’t come by the table at all. He then brings the salad and 2 minutes later so does the main course. I had chicken parm, which was ok but the spaghetti tasted like it had been premade and laying there for a while. The other dish was chicken Marsala and the ziti served had no sauce all all. The turkey meal looked very unappetizing..with thick sauce smothering everything, (or hiding the food?). Ran into an acquaintance who ate there later that night as well and she said it was terrible too...same reasons. Very disappointed and wont be going back next year.

Always a great meal and great service here! We highly recommend the Chicken Parmesan and their Tiramisu...two favorites that we get almost every visit. Love the changes they have made, good managers, new smiling faces and more. Now if they only made tacos, we would eat here every night! ha!
Our party of 4 were celebrating two birthdays. Three of our plates of food was barely acceptable. The fourth one was remade from scratch because he explained when he ordered that he was vegetarian and the server was unaware that the sauce had beef broth in it, so it was remade and very fresh. Obviously his food came out much later than the rest of ours. I ordered ______ rustica which had either sat around for a while or left u set a heat source until it the pasta was hard and gummy. We come to Macaroni Grill every year for birthday dinners but next we will be going someplace else...terrible food. The kicker was that the restaurant was empty on a Friday night at 7. This should tell management that there is a problem in the kitchen.
Great place to enjoy a first date and continue from there
Waitress didn’t take off coupon amount until we pointed it out to her. She had to go back and redo it.
Prior to this, we ordered lobster bisque soup as a starter and she brought tomato basil. After telling the waitress, she insisted that it Was lobster bisque...it wasn’t!
She also brought the main course before we even had a few spoonfuls of the soup. We chose to eat the main and had to take the soup home as a result. We let the manager know of these errors and he brought the soup in a to go container, didn’t offer to take it off the bill.
The experience left a bad taste in our mouths and we won’t be returning as a result.
One of my favorite places to go for some good Italian food. The service is always excellent and the food was exceptional as always. Hope to visit again soon

Sadly I was the only one in my party to enjoy lunch. I had a great salmon with a side of truly delicious or so with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. No one else was happy with their meal. The service was excellent without a doubt and of course the ambience is very nice and The restaurant is well decorated. There was no one else in the restaurant for most of the time we were there so the noise level was very quiet. Are used to love ROMANO’S MACARONI GRILL but it just didn’t please the rest of my party.
Server too busy, food not hot, sauces pasty tasting. A disappointment for Fathers Day celebration.
I was not at all happy with this place. We were seated where there was a broken fan so we were freezing cold and seated next to a pile of stacked chairs where we could barely squeeze in to sit and service was horrible. Had to constantly ask for things. Food was cold and just not enough for the price. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here ever again
Great food. Derek did a good job with us! Forgot they had brunch! Menu looks amazing.
Food was ehhh. My sons pizza came burnt but they had already fired another one for us. Service was ok.
