   Food was decent for the price. Service needs to be better. We had to wait before we were seated even with a reservation. Waiter/waitress didn't check our table so we had to walk up to the host for help. Service team seemed a bit disorganized and understaffed. For a casual dining, this locaion may just serve the purpose. For anything more than that, such as celebrating a special day, I would not recommend this location based on my recent experience.

   bathroom was in disrepair and the hvac made a VERY loud noise. the food was not as good as years ago but portions were fine. wait staff was pleasant and attentive.

   The drinks were great and the appetizers. Definitely a good value to add the unlimited soup/salad option. The chicken from the parm was rubbery and the lasagna pasta was so overcooked. My seafood ravioli had great potential but it was luke warm and the tomatoes were mushy. The special shrimp scampi was amazing.

    Worst experience ever....had a reservation for 545pm, not seated until 650, patrons all around us were severed food. Our waiter kept saying our food would be out shortly. At 800 still no food. Then Manager said there was a mistake and asked if we would still like the food to be cooked!!! Offered a apology but no offer of compensation for or time. Waiter said to talk to the manager "he is handling it" then said, "I asked the kitchen about your order several times". Unprofessional and so, so, unacceptable... over two hours, and no one could figure it out. We waited that long because the waiter kept telling us ...it will be coming soon.

    We were greeted warmly at the door, seated immediately, graced with drinks and bread promptly, menu questions answered clearly, food served promptly and hot. Both meals were delicious.     We reserved a Thanksgiving dinner. I called ahead to make sure everything was good. We got there and then they told us they were out of Thanksgiving dinner. We asked for bread for the table, but they said they were out of bread. Our drinks were left empty until we flagged someone down. My father’s side dish was too spicy and he mentioned this to the waiter 3 times, but the waiter never offered to replace the side dish. His side dish remained uneaten. My girlfriend’s truffle Mac and cheese had some chocolate on it that someone in the kitchen must have spilled on there, so she had to pick the chocolate off of her food. We had some $10 gift cards that they refused to accept because they said they didn’t know how to type them into their computer. It was honestly the worst dining experience we’ve ever had and it kinda ruined our Thanksgiving.

    Food was soaked in grease making the food almost inedible. One individual did send back their dish. All dishes should have been sent back but I don't believe substitutions would have been better. So nobody ate their food. A waste of money. Will not go back

    It was my husband’s 60th birthday and let me just say, he as well as his family was very dissatisfied with the food. My friend use to work at this location many years ago and it was awesome then and now it has gone completely down hill and the food was atrocious, cold and seemed like it came out of a jar or can. My God I would not even tell my enemy to eat here. You all have fallen so far off the map as being good. In one word, the food was GROSS🤮🤮🤮🤮

    We made reservations for 7:30, but they stopped seating people because they had too many take out orders and the kitchen was backed up. So they prioritized the take out orders and made people with reservations wait over 45 minutes to be seated. We finally got seated at 8:20 after complaining to the hostess. Once we were seated the service was awful. We ordered a 2nd round of drinks and they never came, but they still tried to charge us for them. The food quality was awful. We only got appetizers. Calamari and stuffed mushrooms were ok, but the Brussels sprouts were burnt and the spinach artichoke dip was awful. Never again will we eat here.

    Gone downhill. The menu has been reduced. The quality of the food isn't as good anymore. The portion sizes have shrunk. The service was iffy. We had to ask for silverware and refills twice. We had to ask for parmesan cheese a second time. This Macaroni Grill used to be one of my mainstays. Not anymore. I'm using up my gift cards from Costco then probably not going anymore.

    I had not been to the Macaroni Grill in about 2 years. I forgot how good it was. Our waitress was very good, friendly. The food was delicious. I will be back again soon.
