Great service. I wish I could recall our server's name, but she was very helpful. Two of us have a gluten allergy. I was initially disapointed that the restaurant did not have gluten free pasta, but our server offered to have my shrimp Portofino made with asparagus instead of pasta. It was very good.

We had the traditonal Thanksgiving Dinner menu. The service was excellent, the atmosphere pleasant, the food was properly cooked and served hot. This will be on our short-list to chose from next year.

Everything was fabulous including the server. Just 2 things...I wish the lighting was a little dimmer for more ambience, and there was an older lady that came up to our table begging for money. My husband gave her $20 but that was before our server came back and told us that she comes in there all the time saying the same thing. I would have liked to have our $20 back for sure!

The food was decent to good and the service was average. There were a couple of times service was a little slow and we ran out of drink refills. The prices are very high compared against Carrabbas & Olive Garden.

All food was served hot which sometimes is an issue at restaurants. Stuffed mushroom appetizer was very good. Decent size portion of lasagna which my husband states is the best he has tasted and mushroom ravioli was delicious. We enjoy dining at Macaroni Grill.

Excellent chicken marsala. Also stuffed mushrooms were perfectly prepared. Lots of food so half my dinner went home with me and made a great dinner the next evening. Cannoli was crunchy and full of great flavor. And the staff did not rush us. My friend and I were playing catch up after not seeing each other for almost a year. I'd definitely go back.

The food was delicious. I did not feel particularly rushed through my meal. There weren't many people there for a Saturday night, so it's just as well they weren't trying to turn and burn the table. My party did the 2 sets of 2 antipasti, entrees all around, and a kid's meal, plus a glass of wine for all the grownups, and everything came out tasting great. I miss having more locations, but the quality made up for the long drive.

Appetizers awful, ordered 3 and 2 were not edible..brushetts and brussel sprouts Waited 70 min for entrees. Never arrived. Waitress kind and attentive. She talked with her manager regarding situation. Manager still charged us for 1 Appetizer and 2 drinks. Manager never spoke to us. Will Beverly go back

Seems like this restaurant has gone like all the others since covid…it was just meh. It wasn’t bad, but the bread was cold, and the oil just had sprinkled pepper, not the fresh ground like they used to do. The food was alright…but overall just not as good as a few years ago.

Didn’t honor reservation that was made 5 hours before. Arrived at 5:55 for a 6pm reservation and wasn’t seated until 6:25. No use in making a reservation. Service was average at best. Wanted us out the door as quickly as possible. Food was not as good as it was years ago.

My only complaint, and it was mine to correct, but it was a blistering cold day and we were set closest to the front door. Every time the door opened, we got a blast of cold air. I should have asked to be moved. There were lots of tables open. Not sure why we were put there. Again, I could have asked to be moved.

On Saturday, Dec. 3, my wife and I had a 2:30 reservation. Upon arrival we saw many open tables and as we notified the hostess of our arrival, the manager came up and told her not to seat anyone else for at least 20 minutes due to a large group of 12 that had just placed an order. The hostes explained we had reservations and the manager's response was, "I don't care!" We waited for 10 minutes and went back up, inquiring about being seated. We were told, "When the manager decides." We chose to leave and eat elsewhere. As we were walking out a mother and daughter were leaving after their meal. They saw us walking away from the hostess and heading for the door. The mother commented that we really didn't want to eat there as the staff was in a foul mood, service was extremely poor and the food was miserable. Obviously the manager's unprofessional demeanor influenced the performance of his entire staff. The restaurant we opted for was absolutely 5☆ and total contrast to Macaroni Grill.

Hostess was not at her stand upon our arrival. The bartender had to serve us and take orders. My date didn’t like her food at all. We waited 15 minutes before being seated and had to wait just as long for her to take our order. Our waitress was nice but definitely overwhelmed and short staffed. We tipped her $20 because she did her best.

I have always enjoyed Macaroni Grill near Mall of Georgia! So it was an easy decision to book with Open Table for Thanksgiving 2022, especially since they offered a full Thanksgiving Dinner option! The food and service did not disappoint! Our pumpkin tiramisu was positively outstanding! Based on our wonderful experience yesterday, we will be sure to book there for Thanksgiving 2023!!

I do not know what surface that you use on your floors, but it is too sticky. Our shoes were all sticking to the floor. It feels like maybe it is suppose to be rubber, but the stickiness made us think that it was just not clean. The tables were also sticky. After a great meal, I went to the ladies' room and that floor was definitely unclean sticky! So, if I were you, I would change that flooring. We won't be going back because I have plenty of places to get a great Italian meal and not worry if the floors are clean. Also, we were seated against the wall directly in the back from the check-in stand and it was hot. When I went to the ladies' room, the side and hallway were very cool. So, clearly, you will lose your customers, slowly, because the food is good, but the experience is not. Service was outstanding. Anything we asked for was brought promptly. It has been quite a while since we have eaten at Romano's Macaroni Grill. We had chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs and a chicken seafood penne. Dinners were plentiful. With one salad, one soda and 2 waters to drink, the bill was $66 before tip.

Food tasted great; however, the Easter special was overpriced ($30). The floor was sticky & needs to be cleaned. The paper tablecloth was dirty. The fryer beeper & the cooks yelling the waitresses names are both very loud in the dining room. Waitress was very good.

Even with a reservation & small amt of customers we were still seated in the bar area. So, bartender was doing double duty. She kept forgetting to bring things, like a new napkin & bread. Waited about 45 min for the main meal. Asked for 5 oz wine & was billed for 8... after dropping off the check, she completely forgot we were there. Luckily you can pay online, so we stopped waiting for her. Mama's trio was good. The make your own pasta bowl had almost no flavor.

When we arrived we waited for someone to seat us, my husband went to the restroom came back and no one had acknowledged me yet, so we walked out. There was only a couple tables with people at them.
