Always enjoy going there. Good quality food and great service. Wonderful that they gave back to our veterans. My husband really liked the spaghetti and meatballs.

Very happy with the meal and the service. Covid 19 precautions were followed by the staff, and spacing was adequate. Would recommend and would eat there again.
Apparently, they are having issues maintaining employees: the management had to step in to fill positions where employees did not show. We were not informed of this until after we had waited 45 minutes for our food; on top of that, this is Macaroni GRILL; our food tasted "steamed".
The food was good. Our server wasn’t the best. My fiancé and I had been servers so I understand, but she was not busy at all and neglected to pay enough attention to us. She messed up my fiancé’s salad order and then came and picked it up after we got our entres and it took almost 20 minutes for her to bring him a new one.... it was a slow night and we had to wait a while. We both got the unlimited salad for 2.50 and not once did she ask if we wanted a refill... it was my first time going to macaroni grill and I was disappointed...
I went for lunch for my Birthday and we were one of only 4 couples there. It was great food and the service was great. It has been along time since I have eaten at Macaroni Grill and I was very happy to be able to go in and have a nice sit-down meal.
Corp needs to finally close this location. constantly the food comes out COLD, we have NEVER received our two meals at the same time, and food is not the meals that we order.
First time eating in a restaurant since lockdown. We were looking forward to our favorite salad at Macaroni but it's no longer on the menu. Small portions for $13. plate. for the salad we did order. We should have looked at the menu before going there. Seems like many restaurants have eliminated our favorite dishes from what we've been told or seen online menus. So disappointing. The waitress was nice but she didn't listen carefully to some of our needs. We will not be going back until we an get the salad that we like.
Pasta too expensive no salad.service was so slow.waiters and hostess was like no knowledge.id never come back.

I had a reservation at 8:30pm. I didn’t get seated until 10:30pm. The hostees was very slow . There was about 8 empty tables at once and they still weren’t seating anyone. Not organized at all .
Went for Valentine’s Day. The restaurant did not honor our reservation. So we waited an hr in the waiting hr. Moved to the bar to order food because we were hungry at that point. Waiting another hour just to receive food that was ice cold. The butter wouldn’t even melt on my steak. However the service in the area area was very well, but overall it was a horrible experience. I will never eat there again nor recommend it.
Open table over booked the entire restaurant. Romano’s didn’t bother checking their reservations for the night. Valentine’s Day is the biggest night of the year for reservations but myself and others we’re left scrambling on the biggest date night of the year.
The ONLY non-perfect part of the meal was the wait time. Our reservation was for 6:00 pm, but we weren't seated until @ 6:20. Everything else was very nice.
Service was slow and I didn’t like sitting so close to the open kitchen and hearing the chefs shout.

We were celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday and the Food and service were great.
Very disappointed in how Macaroni Grill gas declined. Took about 15 min minutes to get utensils after appetizers arrived and plastic to go utensils were provided since no utensils were available (business was slow too). Main entree was undercooked and portions were very small. Also overcharged for salad that was included with entree. I hope they turn around and correct these issues.

While I love Romano's Macaroni Grill it seems this location struggles.
My husband and I arrived for a late lunch/early dinner. I ordered the create-your-own pasta and he ordered a pasta entree with a side of meatballs. We both added a caesar salad to start.
Our server looked busy, although there were only about four parties sat in the entire restaurant at that time. Then we realized why...as she brings our water, soda and bread about 10 minutes later we (and she) realized that the salads weren't being made.
Due to the open concept kitchen area, in front of which we were sitting, we watched her sit in front of what we assumed was the salad station waiting. Almost done with our loaf of bread and still no salad, she went back, put on gloves and made our salads.
So when they were brought to us, and she did apologize, our meals came out almost right after. She asked us if we wanted another helping of unlimited salad though, at that point with hot meals in front of us, even though we might've enjoyed that earlier it didn't make sense then.
Our meals came and, while I requested pine nuts added to mine, it had none. While my husband requested a side of meatballs we waited patiently, thinking she only had two hands and would bring that out next, but they didn't come. So while she was chatting with her backs to us with another waitress, we pardoned ourselves and called across to inquire about our meatballs. She starts talking to one of the cooks who, in Spanish, admits he forgot them.
So the meatballs come halfway through my husband having finished his pasta.
We actually felt badly for the wait staff. It seems there was no manager on duty and the stations were unmanned so she really did the best she could on her own.
We will give it another shot simply because we love this chain and their food offerings but a regional manager needs a second look at how this restaurant is being run. This is the second time we've come and found the experience lacking.
Went fo. friend’s bday. Told Open Table. Told receptionist. Told server. All responded. Four other tables also having bdays (restaurant was almost empty). Three of four recvd dessert w sing and candle. We recvd free dessert acknowledged as such by server and NO CELEBRATION Otherwise. Server was not very attentive but at least one other table of hers had bday things. Other server was very responsive to his tables.
I was very disappointed for my friend. I went there though it’s a bit more expensive than other Italian restaurants because they always do nice celebrations. Couldn’t believe almost empty. Sent word of complaint to cooperate but have only recvd emails everyday w discount coupons. No acknowledgement of concern.
We arrived to a nearly empty restaurant on a Friday night. The floor was so sticky our shoes were nearly adhered to the ground with every step. Even though there were hardly any diners, the service was absolutely atrocious. Not only did I have to ask for water EVERY TIME my glass was empty, but the server and other employees (including the manager) left dirty dishes on the table long after we were finished eating, to the point where I had to flag someone down to get them removed. We will not be back.

Our only issue was the seating hostess. My reservation specifically asked for a table at the front due to my disability. She sat the first arriving guests at the booth all the way in the back! When I got there, I asked to change to one of the many available tables in the front. She reluctantly moved us to the front booth but didn't speak and had a scowl on her face. However, before she moved us, she left me stuck standing there with my cane and disabled legs while she sat 2 other tables first before she would finally speak to us.
