Although the food was very good, our service was not. I think our server might have been new. We had trouble hearing her. She seemed to be soft spoken and needed to project more to be heard while wearing a mask. The food was overpriced. Our entrees did not include a salad and a cup of coffee was $3. Will not be going back. Much prefer Provino's.
The food was excellent and our server very good. However, the entre came before the appetizers, so we just cancelled them. They said the kitchen was backed up. Since there were few diners, I assume the back up came from take out orders.
Excellent dinner and timely service. Although we always sit AWAY from the kitchen because of the noise and distraction. Thank you!
Restaurant was understaffed. Table was sticky/dirty. Slow and disinterested service. Food took over an hour and was poorly prepared. Second bad visit in the last few months. Will not return
Overall it was great! My husband and I enjoy going to the Macaroni Grill. I set up a reservation but when we got there we didn’t need it as it wasn’t very busy which was great. The service was a little slow though for not being busy. The food was great and our server was kind so still a great time

Upon entering, this Macaroni Grill looks like every other one I've been to. Watching the flames grow as they prepare your meal is always fascinating to me. I was in a party of 2 and there was no wait. I had made a reservation but there was no one waiting when we got there pre-dinner rush so it really wouldn't have been necessary. On the evening I dined here, there was also a room off to the side full of around 20 people for a wedding rehearsal dinner (or so the sign said.) This party entered after my guest and I. However, our orders were somehow sent to the kitchen AFTER this party, by mistake we would later learn from our server. So it was around a 45 minute wait between the time we received our bread and salad to the time we got our food. I understand mistakes like that happen, and we got a discount off our meal for the wait, which was nice. What would've made it a more pleasant experience would've been if we were informed earlier, and if we would've gotten drink refills during that time. I started with a glass of wine, which was empty after the first 15 minutes of the dinner, and the entirety of the 45 minute wait. My meal, when it arrived, was absolutely perfect except for I prefer my meal more salty than most. I asked for some salt, which was brought out a full 20 minutes later. The excellent food wasn't really worth the very slow service.
We were very impressed how the Covid guidelines were in place.
Clearly the best dining experience I have had since last March.

The food was great, the delivery was a little strange. We received one of our 2 appetizers and my husband's entree at the same time, then our other appetizer and my entree about 5 minutes later. Not a huge deal but we did order the appetizers planning to snack on those while we waited to enjoy our entrees together. In the end we ended up taking most of it home.
They are very skim on the meat portion that is added to your pasta. Its almost like where is Waldo for your food.
Had 7pm reservations and didn’t get to sit down till after 8pm. They seemed to not be properly utilizing their tables with the Covid distancing. They had plenty of tables that were far enough away but I guess they were not measuring it out and tried playing it safe. The result was maybe using 25% of their seating capacity. Maybe they should be doing reservations only. The hostess and waiter were nice though. The food as alright.
The Valentine's Day Menu was an excellent and delicious value. While we did have wait an additional 25 minutes to be seated we could well understand they were doing the best they could to keep up with high demand. Everyone was quite cheerful and competent and the food was properly cooked and served hot. It was a wonderful evening.
I took my family there on Balentines day. I reserved a table for 5 and when I got there they tried putting 5 adults and a baby at a table for 4. Had to wait 20 mins to be seated at bigger table. Then, we waited TWO HOURS for our food to be served cold. We demanded to see manager who comped the meals and gave the excuse that the “to go” orders were swamping them. Sorry but what??? We drove 90 mins each way and left hungry. I was super embarrassed as I had sung the praises of Macaroni grill. Never again. Lost a customer for life.

We love the food here. On our last visit we had their Valentine's Day special. On of the best meals we have ever eaten there. The waiting staff is always courteous and attentive. Our choices were bruschetta for the appetizer, grilled salmon and steak and potatoes for the main course and cheesecake for desert. Perfect.
Service doesn’t seem tight.
Hostess seats us in the section where no one comes for 15 minutes. Then another waitress comes to tell the hostess, “you sat someone in the section where someone hasn’t arrived to work yet.”
The seasoned waitress was kind enough to come over and take our drink order, but as it turns out the person assigned to a section arrived 15 late to work anyway.
It resulted in us being caught between two people and not being able to find anyone when we needed Parmesan cheese, or another drink.
It really was quite awful service. This is the third try we’ve given this place in the last year and he just can’t seem to get it right. I tend to think it’s lack of management.
We probably won’t be going back. We tried to give them a chance!
The food was delicious and we will definitely return.

Always enjoy going there. Good quality food and great service. Wonderful that they gave back to our veterans. My husband really liked the spaghetti and meatballs.

Very happy with the meal and the service. Covid 19 precautions were followed by the staff, and spacing was adequate. Would recommend and would eat there again.
Apparently, they are having issues maintaining employees: the management had to step in to fill positions where employees did not show. We were not informed of this until after we had waited 45 minutes for our food; on top of that, this is Macaroni GRILL; our food tasted "steamed".
The food was good. Our server wasn’t the best. My fiancé and I had been servers so I understand, but she was not busy at all and neglected to pay enough attention to us. She messed up my fiancé’s salad order and then came and picked it up after we got our entres and it took almost 20 minutes for her to bring him a new one.... it was a slow night and we had to wait a while. We both got the unlimited salad for 2.50 and not once did she ask if we wanted a refill... it was my first time going to macaroni grill and I was disappointed...
I went for lunch for my Birthday and we were one of only 4 couples there. It was great food and the service was great. It has been along time since I have eaten at Macaroni Grill and I was very happy to be able to go in and have a nice sit-down meal.
Corp needs to finally close this location. constantly the food comes out COLD, we have NEVER received our two meals at the same time, and food is not the meals that we order.
First time eating in a restaurant since lockdown. We were looking forward to our favorite salad at Macaroni but it's no longer on the menu. Small portions for $13. plate. for the salad we did order. We should have looked at the menu before going there. Seems like many restaurants have eliminated our favorite dishes from what we've been told or seen online menus. So disappointing. The waitress was nice but she didn't listen carefully to some of our needs. We will not be going back until we an get the salad that we like.

I had a reservation at 8:30pm. I didn’t get seated until 10:30pm. The hostees was very slow . There was about 8 empty tables at once and they still weren’t seating anyone. Not organized at all .
