Overall terrible. Amateur server forgot 1/3 of our meals. Very slow. Obvious why the other location has shut down.
The service was slow and the restaurant was not crowded. The seat of our booth was all ripped and torn on both sides where we had to sit. The food was just OK for the price we paid. The kids portion was extremely small compared to other restaurants. Our waitress did not check on us often and we felt the service was poor.
Food and service were excellent! Plenty of choices on the menu. It even lists calorie counts for each dish.
Super slow service, long wait to order a drink and appetizer. Watched the waitress walk past us multiple times without eye contact before any interaction. Once food was finally ordered we watched it sit on the chefs wait area for 15 minutes. Steak was cold, salad soggy and the Calamari was over breaded, deep fried and tough to eat.
The redeeming part of this entire meal experience was the hot greasy bread. Although the arrival at the table was after the slow appetizer, it made this terrible dinning experiences semi palatable.
Normality, this is out mid week family “go to” restaurant, but the last few visits have been a huge disappointment and I’m upset with myself that we returned for me to experience this all over again.
One of my favorite restaurants so when i got the email Christmas morning that they were open 12-8, i decided to add them to my day. Went to Open Table and made a reservation for 6pm. Arrived shortly before, told them i had a reservation. It didnt look too busy so i requested a booth. One was open just not cleaned but waitress said it was reserved. There was no one else waiting so I said fine and she took us to a table by the fireplace. One and only nice part of the evening.! Waitress greeted us, seemed flustered which seemed odd as restaurant didnt seem busy at all, not at all close to being full. Decided to choose the 3 course for $25 special. I asked to substitute the make your own pasta as that was my favorite thing on the menu. She said fine so we ordered. My boyfriend ordered the lamb shank which was included but extra charge was noted on the menu. We only ordered sodas and the special meal. We knew it wasnt going to be good when we didnt get our salads almost an hour later. They were small and sparse- nothing special at all( menu said Rosas Special Caesar salad) didnt even get croutons?? Then 3 min later our food arrived.! So we pushed aside our salad plates. Food was good but presentation needed help. About 30 min into our visit we noticed that a manager had come out to talk to a table next to ours. Then he went to the next one also. We both knew then that this probably wouldnt be the best meal. We asked out waitress for an extra piece of pie, which we never received. When she brought the check, she told us that because of eveything they deducted $25 off the bill. So I thought how nice, but the total was still $48!!! What did she charge us for every drink refill?? Theres no way it still should have been that amount as the special was 3 courses for $25!!! We just paid the bill and left. My boyfriend still tipped but come on! This was ridiculous! Not even sure if Macaroni Grill is still my favorite after this! Sooo Disapointed!!
Food and Service were very good. We were disappointed to go for dinner on Christmas eve night and not one Christmas decoration was present. No tree, no greens, no Christmas flowers, nothing!
We had a party of four. Restaurant was out of the appetizer we chose, one of the meals, and another persons dessert. Service was mediocre at best and for the price I would have expected a better quality experience.

Made reservations online for Thanksgiving afternoon but when we arrived there was no listing of our reservation. The hostess was still able to seat our party of 8 quickly. The place was clean and orderly. Our server Deborah was very pleasant with a good sense of humor. She worked well with us. She did a good job for our group: Thank you Deborah! We all ordered the traditional Thanksgiving entree which turned out to be underwhelming. While the bread was yummy the soup was just okay. The turkey portion size was good but bland and slightly dry with just a drizzle of gravy, it was there but not enough to have with each bite or with the mashed potatoes. The potatoes were thin and room temperature. The apple-sausage dressing was just cut up slices of bread mixed with some apple pieces and cut up sausage thrown together and heated. It didn't have a "dressing" texture. The crispy brussel sprouts were more burnt than crispy. The pumpkin cheesecake came to the table slightly frozen with just a hint of pumpkin flavor. While price was reasonable for a 3 course Thanksgiving dinner next time we will pay more and dine where Thanksgiving fixings are given closer attention. That being said, if you were to decide on Italian food for Thanksgiving then you might give Macaroni Grille a try. They are excellent at doing Italian all year long.
The stuffed mushrooms were fair, the lamb shank was tender but small, chicken with carmelized onion was very good, vegetable ragu not recommended. Chocolate cake was good and share sized.
Was nice. Server was great! The two for 40 deal was pretty cool. Otherwise, feel like it’s become more of a fast food place, the food was salty, very generic. Chocolate cake dessert may have been preserved for countless years can’t tell- was dry and obviously not a fresh item. Won’t be back again but it’s a good value for a quick bite if you’re on the go.
They were out of pretty much everything we wanted and the seats were ripped up. Food was ok. Won’t go back
I was very disappointed in my meal. Your site showed 4 stars. It was not good nor very good. The food was not delicious. The salad had chopped lettuce rather than leaves. It was dry as if veggies had been sitting in open air for quite a while prior to serving.
I had ravioli. I did not like my meal and my server seemed to disappear so I had no opportunity to change my order. I won’t come back. I will be more wary of customer ratings.
We went to dinner with the family. There were 7 of us. The food was decent, and the service was good. I had the Chicken Scaloppini. It used to be much better in the past than it is now. Mine had little sauce and I needed to ask for extra artichokes, which the waiter graciously provided. My son ordered the same dish, and he had less sauce than me, no tomatoes like I had, and no capers. 3 of use ordered the same meal, and each were slightly different from the other. It seems to me there should be more consistency in the meals, especially when all going to the same table.
The dinner was outstanding, only made better through our waiter Calvin. the experience was made 5 star by the complete group effort. The chef and his or her staff should also be given 5 stars. Thank You all for a great dinner and it will not be as long before we are back.
My family enjoyed a relaxed dinner for Mother's Day with lots of menu options for everyone. We love the appetizer combos and the olive oil for the fresh out of the oven bread! There are new menu items to try, too! Grilled salmon was my choice and I enjoyed the slight spiciness along with the grilled vegetables.

I've been to this restaurant many times and have usually had a good experience. This was not. The server was incompetent. The classic was when I inquired as to what had happened to the glass of Sauvignon Blanc and the appetizer we had ordered fifteen minutes earlier. Ten minutes later she appeared with a glass of red wine!! She was surprised when I told her that Savignon Blanc was a white wine. It then took her another 15 minutes to return with the wine. Though part of it I blame on management (she had tables spread in two different areas of the dining room) I was just amazed at her lack of knowledge.
I asked for a table for handicap, didnt yet it had to go up I’m one step in for a handicapped person with a walker,it took forever for the food to get in there.
Only thing that was nice about it was the waitress
