Service was spot on on Saturday. Lisa our server was very good and personable. Salmon with broccolini as perfectly done and delicious. My husband had the seafood ravioli which he ate every last drop and loved it. Thank you for a nice evening

Food was bad, seemed precooked. Came out very quickly, salad then entree almost simultaneously. Was rushed by server. We were not even 1/4 way done with entree and asked about dessert. For the high price it was ridiculous. Will never go there again.

My friend had the spaghetti Pomadorina, was excellent. I ordered the Romain salad with crispy chicken, with ranch and balsamic dressing in the balsamic dressing is to die for the best we've ever had anywhere. We were visiting from Buffalo New York and found this restaurant online and decided to try it and everything was excellent including the service our server Mason was one of the best I've ever had.

Our server, Jessica, was very accommodating and friendly. We originally were seated in a booth but some in the group preferred a table and she had no issues moving us. I was pleasantly surprised with my pasta choice, Pomodoro Tortellacci; the sauce was DELICIOUS , tasted homemade and not over seasoned. It was excellent.

We had Jess as a Server and she was amazing! Very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The host staff was also welcoming. The temperature of the food was great and so was the taste. Our party grew in size and without a hitch, our parties were joined.

Waiter was extremely rude, made us feel as if we were a bother by being there. Many open tables so we couldn't chalk it up to staff being overly busy. Very disorganized. Got one of our plates after everyone finished eating however they did take it off the receipt without our asking. Would not return or recommend this location at least. Food was good quality.

A very nice variety of menu selections with a broad choice of wines. Their pastas and sauces taste like it's homemade. I prefer light dinners, I found lighter sauce with lighter pastas very accomodating. Nice to know they have a longer then usual happy hour that runs into the dinner hour.

Went here with our out of town son and daughter-in-law. Had a marvelous meal (as usual) and the service from Jessica was fantastic (as it always is). Thank you also to Letty who had our table and spot all ready for us. Love this restaurant and everyone here! #heartstonemembers

It was better than expected. It was Easter and thought it was going to be crowded, it was not. Our server Eric was the absolute best. He was very efficient, and the food came out warm and delicious. Give Eric a raise!!! Love Macaroni Grill

We were celebrating a family birthday. Our server, Eric was attentive, professional, and made our lunch experience thoroughly enjoyable. We had special requests for gluten-free meal options and he was knowledgeable about what was available. We also loved the menu items that were back by popular demand- the eggplant parmigiana and shrimp scampi entrees were delicious! Our family will be back soon.

Had a decent time. The service wasn't great but the waitress was really nice. The food was good Besides the Mac and cheese bites. They were frozen and came out at the same exact time is our food. supposed to be an appetizer. Definitely wasn't busy Especially for Valentine’s Day. The salmon was outstanding. Just needs better service our waitress forgot a lot. Again she was so nice but wasn't the best about remembering anything.

Food was tasty. Hard working waitress couldn't do anything but run from table to table because she was only one working. The floors were filthy as were the tiles next to our booth. No music? Keep the restaurant clean and I might come back.

Yes, it's a chain. Macaroni Grill gives a personalized service by the wait staff and offering "create your own" pasta option. I had the seafood ravioli and changed the lemon butter to garlic 🧄 cream sauce and was outstanding! Two private party rooms work great for large groups and the bar area is a more intimate area than big dining room. This building has been remodeled at least twice and is gorgeous compared to the tired looking Olive Garden down the street. The location was convenient to our after dinner destination and prices reasonable (drinks, salads, bread, entree under $75).

When I made a reservation for our 45th wedding anniversary, I asked for a quiet location. We were seated in an area of occupied tables. Not quiet at all. Our server was the best we've had in the past 10 years. Including other restaurants. I believe her name was Makayla. She was definitely a highlight to our visit. The food was very good. Very tasty. Overall,our experience was very good.
