    The Alfredo with chicken was very good. So grateful to find a dish that didn't have garlic!

    We sat at 6 which was our time on the reservation. Server at some point said she would be with us. Never saw her again for at least 25 minutes. Table behind us thought the server quit. Another table got up and left. The hostess brought us bread and water Another hostess brought us more beverages. Server finally came over. Ordered a bottle of wine and appetizer along with our dinners. She brought our wine and never saw her again forever. Finally tracked her down to ask about appetizer. She said oh I forgot. So I asked for the salads. She brought them to us which were hot and wilted. Another person brought our food and she never checked on us. Dropped the check. Which had the appetizer on it still. She took it off without even apologizing about forgetting it. We are restaurant people and we understand how things go but this was a very unpleasant experience.

    When we arrived, they said they couldn't find our reservation. They said the open table reservations were not coming through to their system. The hostess was kind of rude about this. I'm not sure if it's a macaroni grill problem or an open table problem. They did seat us in 10 minutes. It was Mother's day and busy. They were short staffed, and service was very slow, and we waited for everything. But our server Jess was great and she made the best of it she could and the food was very good. The Alfredo needed more sauce. Overall, it was good.

    We love this restaurant, but over the past few years the building etc... has gone down hill. The parking lot is full of pot holes, the landscaping is all overgrown with weeds. It is sad, it really looks like the restaurant is getting ready to close.

    Incredibly long wait for food that was flavorless and dry. Not worth it. There was food and napkins on the floor. Seats weren’t clean and had large tears in them. Not worth it in the least. Only good thing was our server was very very nice.
