When visiting Loreto, a beautiful outdoor restaurant not to miss is Romanita. It is located on the Camino Real, the walking street to the Plaza with friendly professional staff, beautifully prepared meals and a stunning bar with margaritas prepared to your individual taste. We have been many times and enjoy taking friends. The music is lovely. but quiet for conversation.

I really enjoyed my evening at Romanita. The music was great and the ambiance was very nice. All of the servers were ready to serve when needed. The main flaw I would say about this place are about the food and drinks. I had two cocktails (2 different drinks) and I did not feel a thing from the alcohol. For it to be labeled 2 oz pours, I could not taste the liquor or feel anything and I am a small woman. It makes me wonder if there actually was any in the drinks. The tortilla soup was mainly a bush of tortilla strips and not so much soup. It was just a broth with a lot of strips with slices of avocado. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly to my liking. That meal was delicious as well as the sourdough bread that we ordered. That was very good! For dessert we had the apple crumble (I believe that's what it was called) and we could not taste any apple. It was more of a custard of some sort. I could have gone without ordering that as well. Overall, very nice place especially for the area and would return if ever back.

We have dined at Romanita twice. We love the ambiance....and it was even more special with the music by Santiago last night. The service is excellent as are the cocktails. I would rate the food as excellent the first time we dined there, and very good last night. We plan to return in the future.

Great chill space; fun ambiance. Food was very good. Though there was a timing issues with one of our courses, the service overall was professional and attentive. Definitely will be back

The setting is a beautiful outdoor setting with heaters for the winter months and fans and shade for the summer under the palms. The service is first class and the food is wonderful, a lovely experience with soft background music. We highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return many times and bring friends.
