   We had a very nice dinner..The papaeradelle ragu is lovely ..We had an early dinner as we were going to the fashion show at Gallery House.. Unfortunately two adults with about 6 very rambunctious kids were there at the same time. The adults did not seem to notice the activity nor the noise level. Obviously not the restaurant's fault. I suppose these days it is not appropriate to ask a customer for inside voices. just made it very hard to hear..But the food service etc was lovely..

   Our go-to place for taking guests and celebrations. Consistently excellent Italian food. Well-cooked and delicious. The staff is attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

   We made a reservation for Valentine’s Day at 8:30pm and arrived at 8:15 to be met with a line 4 couples who also had reservations. Despite their being only a 1 slot available inside, the manager tried to seat everyone inside. We were not sat until 9:05 pm. There were still 6 couple behind us. Once were sat, the manager, David, offered to cover our first round of drinks and we don’t drink so this was of little consequence. We sat for 10 minutes before they brought out bread, no butter or oil. Another 10 minutes and a server took our meal order. We didn’t see anyone stop by our table for another 25 minutes when I had to flag down the manager to see what was going on. He apologized and offered to grab another sweet tea for my wife but forgot. It was 9:45 when our food finally came out and we were legitimately about to stand up to leave. The food was bland and the manager offered to take 20% off our tab but didn’t tell the server who came to our table for only the second time. Even the manager said “he wouldn’t blame us if we never came back again” and I can assure you we won’t.

   Overall, the best experience were the staff. They were very nice. Shout out to the host, an older gentleman who explained the menu very thoroughly. The food was not the best I’ve had unfortunately. We came here on Valentine’s Day, we just wanted to eat out but nothing too fancy so settled for here. We were excited to try some of their menu items, however they only had a special menu for Valentine’s Day, which had none of their regular items. That was the downfall. The mista salad was subpar, only enough for 1-2 people and was a whopping $15 for mixed salad and vinaigrette. We ordered calamari… which they forgot and only received until after our meal (we understood though as it was really busy). The calamari was okay. There was a mixture of deep fried artichoke and string beans. I got the Ravioli Gorgonzola was good! Topped with white sauce. Con: only 5 pieces of ravioli and it was $30… My partner got the Gnocchi with marinara. I’ve tasted better at deli markets. Overall, it wasn’t too bad. Reading previous reviews I was excited to try the place, but I don’t think the menu on Valentine’s Day was the best.

    We definitely enjoyed Roma. I knew nothing about this restaurant and made the reservations because it was one of the few available restaurants that had an opening. Once we were there, we were pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the service was even better. We ended up sitting outdoors, and there were enough heaters to where we were comfortable and ended up having a pleasant evening.
