Roll’n Pin’s kitchen bustles as chefs prepare absolutely delicious American fare from scratch. In the morning, skillets sizzle with omelets, pancakes, and waffles, later giving way to hearty steak dinners, burgers, and pasta.

We had a reservation and there were open tables but were told it was managers policy not to seat people if the kitchen was slow. Waited 20 minutes. Waitress said "itll take at least 30 min to get your food" before she even said hello, got half way through taking our order and then literally walked away. Didn't come back for 10 min. Food was ok but not worth the hassle.

Chose this restaurant because they accpeted reservations and we were attending the Garth Brooks concert. Ambience was rather plain. Menu was usual American fare, with a few nice different items. Both ordered steaks. Mine was a bit overdone and the flavor was so-so. The vegtables were outstanding though. Would I eat there again? Yes, if I was in a hurry and wanted pretty plain fare. Would I call it excellent cuisine? No.
