1人で伺いましたが、 14席のカウンター席があり、3席しか埋まっていないのにテーブル席へ回されるという意味不明な対応。カウンターに座り、職人の握りの所作や仕事っぷりをみながら、出てきた鮨をすぐに口に運びたいのに、テーブル席では、出来上がってから運ばれてくるので鮨の「ライブ感」がたのしめないし、ネタは乾いてしまっている。他のホテルに入っている鮨屋も伺いましたが、この対応は初めて。なんのために鮨屋に1人で予約を入れて足を運んでるのか慮れないのかなと思う。全然ダメ。純粋に鮨を食べたいなら、他の店を選んだ方がいいかな。

We had a great time celebrating our birthdays. The food was great. Our sushi chef was very nice and explained every dish very well. The overall service was very good.

Very good modern Japanese decor from the beautiful counter right down to the dishes. The sushi is good but not magnificent or even great. The best part about this restaurant is the ambience and location for those in the Roppongi Hills area. Expected a bit more from this place in terms of the quality of the food but certainly above average overall. I'd give it 3.75 out of five stars.

お寿司を頂くならこちらのお店でと、思うほど美味しかったです。ねたもよいですし、お腹パンパンにならず、いろいろなものが食べられる所が女子にはむいています。なに食べたい？どこ行く？と迷ったら六碌❗️と言いたいです。

Honestly, for a $300 dinner, the sushi should have been better. Very small portions, the abalone was super tough. Just generally underwhelming... had better sushi at the fish market in ginza for $20. Also the wine list.. not a glass under $27-$30, and no bottles under $120. Cocktails/hard liquor/beer were priced normally. The restaurant and ambience are quite beautiful, very fashionable crowd, just not the amazing sushi experience in Tokyo you're hoping for.

先ずは折角のお鮨なので、カウンターで食べたかったですが、テーブルに案内されました。カウンターが良いのですがと聞くと駄目と言われました。先付けや焼き物と煮物はいまいちの感じです。肝心のお鮨は一貫一貫は普通ですが、組み合わせというかバランスが悪くて残念でした。デザートと女性の店員さんのサービスは良かったですね！ディナーコースを注文しましたが、不満が残ってしまいました。お鮨をお好みで食べるお客様優先と感じられました。多分、次は無いと思います。

誕生日で利用させていただきました。お料理とても美味しかったです。ちょっとした誕生日プレートと写真を撮ってくださりとても嬉しかったです。

ネタは良いですが、全体としてボリュームがいまひとつ。ハイアットの中のお店なので、そこは求めてはいけないのでしょうね。

One of my most favorite restaurant in Tokyo. Great sushi you may have as to be at hotel restaurant. Not to mention, their hospitalities are one of the top you may receive.
