Classic, locally-minded Asian cuisine in a comfortable, cozy setting Led by a team of local restaurateurs and chefs passionate about dining and service, Roka marks the newest addition of a locally owned, locally minded Asian concept to the Tulsa food scene. Chad Stanger and James Shrader saw an opportunity: create a locally-owned and operated restaurant concept with a comfortable setting, where quality, classic Asian cuisine is crafted with the local community in mind.

n addition to our gorgeous bar & traditional dining rooms, Roka offers 2 private rooms ready to host any event in your life. From business meetings, to birthdays, and family reunions, let Roka do the hard labor for you. Our smaller private dining room, called Thailand, seats 20 and is equipped with a 120 inch drop down projection screen and HD projector. Our larger room, called Indonesia, seats up to 40 and boasts an 80 inch HD TV, hidden behind a mirrored wall. To book either room for a private function, we simply ask for a minimum of $200 spent on food and beverages for every 2.5 hours booked. Rooms are booked on a first come first serve basis, and we do hold a credit card number to guarantee each spot. Whether you are pitching to clients, using a slide show to celebrate your life in pictures, or just want to have the big game on, our private dining rooms feature amenities not found elsewhere. Great atmosphere Service good. But the food was not very good. Not terrible. But it would keep me from returning.

We've been to Roka a number of times and have always had a good experience . . . . except for this past Thursday (3/22/25). The waitperson disappeared for extended periods of time. We had to ask for service at the bar to get our drinks replenished. When the food arrived, on one of our dishes, the veges were quite literally cold. When the waitress came back around, I asked that it be warmed. She took it, apologized a few minutes later. Half the veges were fine and the other half stone cold. When I pointed this out to her, she apologized and brought a separate bowl of this vegetable, and to her credit. It was actually hot. They say the third time is the charm but in this case it wasn't.

Everything that was ordered had an amazing taste. Well will go back just for the bread pudding, but overall great experience.

Sambal ayo on everything we ordered, even if it didn't say so on the menu. Let guests request it before putting it on all 4 rolls we ordered. We couldn't taste much else :( Shout out to Levi, he was a fantastic server

Highly recommend the Utica Roll and Roka Roll. Asian nachos are amazing as well.

Took my sister here for her 57th birthday; reservation request was perfectly filled! I had the Grilled Tuna Steak; the burst of flavors of the spices and sauces did not over power the full bodied taste of the Tuna. Service was great during a peak hour for dinner crowds.
