The food was decent, and the ambience is always great, but I really did not appreciate that. The server assistants moved us twice. At our final table we were sat, every single course was dropped off at the wrong table because they had moved us.

All around bad, slow service bland food and they forgot one course. I visited during restaurant week so it may be because they swamped but I don't really see that as an excuse as these weeks and menus are planned. Even if I received all my food and on time I would not return.

I’ve eaten at Roka Akor at least 50 times. The service has been going downhill — esp in the lounge — for a while. But this was the worst ever. Really not good enough for such a place

Me and my significant other went for her birthday and we can confidently say it was the best dining experience we have had. We loved every dish we ordered and even received a complimentary dish of eggplant wedges that were phenomenal. To top it all of the service was extraordinary, my significant other was wished happy birthday before we even sat down and many more times throughout the night by the awesome staff members. She recalls that the combination of great food and fantastic service making her feel like royalty. Please take your loved ones here for special occasions it is truly an incredible experience!
