Honestly this was the biggest waste of money ever spent! I went here with my girlfriend for her birthday this whole experience started with us getting a wobbly table that we had to get up from 2 separate times for them to try and fix before just seating us somewhere else. to start we ended up getting the omakase “trust the chef” and from the start we told the waiter to not put tuna in the food because of allergies and on the first course they did. secondly, half of the foods brought out where either overcooked or undercooked / cold in the middle or raw. We where also very disappointed with the sauces they brought out with each dish as well and the dishes that where chosen for this experience. After all this they tried to pass of some crappy steak as wagu the texture was rough and chewy and cold in the middle. We finally got to dessert and they give me a spoon that was covered in grease / food left over from someone’s else Meal. I am still very disappointed with how this place handled everything that happen that night and will never be going back

Food was super clean and delicious. Very was also amazing as everyone was so on top of everything. We went for our anniversary and were very fortunate to receive a scoop of ice cream followed by some champagne.

Usually love Roka Akor but the service was terrible and the food was not as good as it usually is. Have been there over 6 times, this was my least favorite experience

Our waitress, Leigh, seemed to truly want us to have an awesome experience. She was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu and was cheery and attentive the entire time. Fish quality is amazing, the rice is even better. And whatever Ube dessert we had was one for the books! Great experience all around.

It was our first time here and it was lovely :) the food and the service were amazing and kind. Hopefully next time my boyfriend and I will come here again!

The food was decent, and the ambience is always great, but I really did not appreciate that. The server assistants moved us twice. At our final table we were sat, every single course was dropped off at the wrong table because they had moved us.

All around bad, slow service bland food and they forgot one course. I visited during restaurant week so it may be because they swamped but I don't really see that as an excuse as these weeks and menus are planned. Even if I received all my food and on time I would not return.

I’ve eaten at Roka Akor at least 50 times. The service has been going downhill — esp in the lounge — for a while. But this was the worst ever. Really not good enough for such a place
