   Staff is always friendly and helpful! Food was fast and very good. We got our food before our margaritas though which was not ideal. Overall a good meal!

   We were seated at our reservation time 6pm and were served chips& salsa immediately. After 15 minutes our server brought water & took our drink order. After 15 minutes we noticed a lot of drinks at the bar area- sure enough our server eventually brought them to our table. They had almost no ice, perhaps warm glasses? Food was meh and cold. Server was very slow, lacked energy. A woman who was perhaps a manager appeared to be delivering food and drinks to most tables. I would not recommend RoJo, Maple Grove based on our experience tonight

   Good local place for Mexican food and drinks. Service was even and friendly. Would recommend and go back again to try a happy hour.

   We made a reservation and I am glad we did. The food was very good, enjoyed by all on our party. The margarita was a bit watered down so lacked flavor. Still worth trying again.

   Food was ok. The chimichanga was not has crispy and lacked flavor. Same with the shrimp fajita. Service was great and the place is very well designed and nice.

    Food was great as always. We were seated next to a large group, which made it more difficult to converse throughout our meal. We had to ask our server for the margaritas we ordered, since they still hadn’t arrived by the time we got our food (which was very quick!). She returned to tell us that our drinks had been made and sent to another table, so I’m not sure what would have happened if I hadn’t asked about them. She didn’t check in on us at all throughout the meal, and I had to flag her down to ask for water refills while we waited for our drinks. To compensate us for the delay, she brought out a complimentary fried ice cream dessert for us to share, which we appreciated. Once we finished with our meal, we waited for about 30 minutes for our checks, with our server saying “I suppose you two want your checks, huh?” We paid promptly but realized that our cards had been swapped. Luckily our totals were within a dollar of each other, so we didn’t need to have it corrected. As we were leaving at 8:30, we discovered the restaurant closed at 8:00. Our server was just not in any rush and was inattentive to us. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad night, or was very new to the job, but if I had to base my experience just on this one visit, I wouldn’t be back. However, Rojo is one of my favorite restaurants, and will give this experience a pass.
