Their specialty tenderloin was so tender I cut it with a table knife. Best thing to happen to Los Altos dining in twenty years. Go and enjoy.

Great food, service and ambiance! Had cauliflower starter, pear and arugula salad and trout main. All dishes were very tasty!

Very accommodating staff, fun menu with lots of choices, the pork chop Milanese was outstanding. Love the indoor/outdoor seating, great ambiance, attentive staff and wonderful food.

A little disappointing, not as good as the old Asa. Came for our anniversary, but don’t think the host/owner even looked at our OpenTable reservation. Most places will at least say Happy Anniversary and some even offer a complimentary sparkling wine or a dessert to mark the occasion, but nothing here. The short rib adobo pasta was “still being cooked” at 6:45pm so wasn’t available to order (it’s one thing if it’s sold out, but how can you have something on the menu that’s still being cooked and not ready to serve!). Also, the pistachio pana cotta dessert wasn’t available. Ordered the pork chop in the end and it wasn’t fully cooked through (actually was still raw along the bone, but the rest was fine). For $48 though they really should include some vegetables or potatoes with the chop, not just an arugula salad. Used to be a regular at Asa and this was third time coming to Roja since they bought out the previous owner. Will probably be a long while before going back to Roja.
