Server was great. Feels a bit sterile but that is the way things are right now. Happy hour is excellent value.
Food wasn't the best. Got the goddess bowel and it was bland. Got poutine as well and it was a small portion size. In addition, got moscow mules and there was way too much ginger beer. Not impressed with the drinks.

We ate outdoors. Noon time construction noise from building across the street (loud pounding). Maybe it was just that day and time??

We like the new items on the menu. Most of the food was good. Lettuce in the salad was brown and had to be returned. Best fries ever though. Green Goddess Tofu Bowl was very good as was the steak. Overcharged on the wine that was ordered. Overall, average experience.

The service was fantastic, from front desk check in wait staff. I had the Smashed cheese burger...best burger I have eaten in a long time. The location is fabulous, coming over from the North Shore to meet friends from South Vancouver. Overall.... EXCELLENT.
Great location and trendy place to dine. I felt the cost was excessive. Entrees were on the high end of market prices, but the extras were way overpriced, in my opinion:

Great place to have a casual dinner with friends, service was friendly and prompt. Even though we missed happy hour they still had daily drink special which were really awesome!
Great table in a corner which was perfect for a few firmer work buddies to get caught up. Had the Thai Beef salad. Delicious.
I liked the place only thing is that the waiter came to check on us a lot and even brought the bill without us asking for it so it makes you feel rushed.
Deco and ambiance was great and we could have a good chat. Waitress was distracted and hard to catch at times. Also no Malbec available at all was very odd and a bit disappointing - waitress didn't have any suggestions to replace it either. Overall a great night though and would be back again.
My boyfriend had the steak which was pretty good. The lobster mac and cheese was pretty runny. Wouldnt order that again. The white chocolate cheesecake was the best part hands down :)
A very convenient location to meet friends. Several large parties there on the evening we were there but the staff looked after us. Nice wait staff - helpful and friendly. Sweet chili cauliflower and the romensco hummus EXCELLENT. will definitely return.
Wonderful location and ambience. What appears to be largely original woodwork and staircases are showcased nicely. Some might find it a bit dark ... but very nice for a dinner IMHO. Menu may be a bit disaapointing for anyone looking for something different. Pretty mainstream. The seafood chowder was just OK. Not too salty (nice!), but doughy and not creamy.
It was a lovely Christmas get together with my friend. They put us in a quieter corner so we could chat. My friend’s martini at Happy Hour was so weak she commented on it but they comped it and apologized profusely. Otherwise all good.
The dry ribs and Hedgehog ice cream cake were delicious

Amazonas experience, everything was perfect. My wife and I were celebrating one year in Canada, and they gave champagne to us. The customer service was pretty good!

Our server Nick was amazing and super funny and personable! Part way through our meal we were switched to a different server who was good but wasn’t the next level of service that we had received with Nick. The food was pretty good and the sangria was great!
food was great, place was good too, the service was mediocre though. I booked a reservation, me and my friend came early and we still had one guest waiting. At the front, instead of leading our last guest to our table they just told her to “take a look around” but the restaurant is huge so my friend had to go get her.
Our waitress was not the most respectful either, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I’ve worked in restaurants too. Food was amazing, I just wish they had a little bit better service.

I made a reservation for a birthday and it was the best service I’ve ever had! My waiter was amazing, I wish I got his name! He Kept the drinks flowing, checked on us and was super funny. My experience was very enjoyable, i can’t wait to come back!
